Great place to take your car. They fixed my windshield in a timely manor. Would bring my car back there for sure. Very nice people and they did a beautiful job.

I've been going to Thorssons for years! Unfortunately I've had quite a few accidents. I think I've actually used thorssons probably around 5 times. I'm a big fan. Phil and Theresa are always on top of it. The quality of work is first class. They gave me a free tow from Hayward to Novato when my car was not able to drive. I highly suggest coming year because they treat you right. Not many shops like this around anymore. I have used Thorsson s a few times from basic auto repair to major rear end car damage. Each time I have been very pleased from the quality of service to the final result. I had an excellent experience with Thorsson s.Customer service was great. The quote process was simple and friendly. They did excellent work on the car and I got it back really nicely detailed. I would highly recommend them.

Oh God. My husband has been asking these guys for nearly a year to work on our car. Always some excuse. They always have a story as to how important they are.Then he asks them for a referral today and they say they don't know anyone who does what they do. Oh really? There must be tons of companies? But one's who jerk people around? Maybe that's why no referral? You're the only body shop in town who screws people over?I would say as to reliability and the ability to follow through, these guys are not it.

At the recommendation of a friend of mine i brought in my 67 bronco. The doors wouldn t open and close and one was not properly aligned. They nailed it perfectly. I was so glad to get that problem resolved. Service was speedy too!

I had my Cadillac STS 2001 fixed here and they made my car look better than it was before .so u need a body shop .go and get it fixed at Thorne's ok

Called for a last minute estimate for damage done that morning l, as I was leaving for vacation the next day. Called 2 other places. Needed an appointment. Got me right in! Very professional and friendly!
