Crew is transparent in the scope of work they recommend/suggest. Honest, never felt they were trying to force repairs on me but would make suggestions. Loved them so much I've started taking my wife's & my mom's car there.

My go to oil change place is One Stop because not only do they service my vehicle quickly, but the mechanics are always so friendly and helpful. While I was in to get my oil changed, I had a few questions regarding an oil leak which they checked for me and gave me advice on how to determine what the cause could be. They always go above and beyond for their customers. I m so appreciative of their service and their upbeat & funny attitudes!

Went in for an oil change, quick and simple. Asked whether they would install a center media console since the car doesn't have bluetooth. Instead, got a helpful tip to get a Bluetooth FM/ aux receiver instead - costs much less and portable from car to car. Thanks, Stanley!

Hands down the best experience I've had getting a car repair. I requested a diagnostic test, not knowing what was wrong with the car, and when the results came back, they let me know that nothing was urgent, but some things could use our attention soon - instead of taking advantage of the situation and telling me I needed an unnecessary and expensive fix right away. After learning what was going on, they fixed it at a very reasonable price, topped off my fluids as a nice bonus, and I actually left the shop paying less than the original estimate!Service: General repairs & maintenance

This shop used to work on and repair all of my gasoline cars before we switched to electric-only vehicles. If I ever again add another gas or diesel vehicle to my driving choices, this shop will get my business. They're knowledgeable, especially with hybrid gas-electric technology. Stan, the owner, is super nice and just plain easy to deal with, especially when he provides specific feedback outlining what it would take to properly correct major and minor problems.

These guys are quick and professional. I only had an oil change but it was fast and they checked fluids and put air in my tires. They also advised me to take care of something soon but did not at all push or even suggest I make an appointment there. I will definitely be back.

I've been going to One Stop for years for car care. I go there even though I moved to Petaluma. These guys are very good at what they do. I trust them with my car and therefore my safety. Mike is the Man. Always friendly, helpful and efficient. It's a wonderful thing to have a mechanic I can trust.

My go to for oil changes, about 15 minutes, about $39 for Altima 2007 (including tire pressure check, and fluids check). Tuesday I called and asked for help with my glove compartment "door" which had fallen off (I know, inconvenient). Stopped in, and within 10 minutes was on my way again with door in place. Thanks guys.

Had a flat tire. Three kids the car. They had a new tire ordered and put on in less than an hour. Wish I d gotten the employee s name who helped us. He was so great and one of the hardest workers I ve ever seen

One Stop can work on you car whether a vintage or sports car or a socker Mom's van. This is where to take your car for anything the other garages say they don't do. Go to One Stop
