We are so happy with our custom shower stall glass door! We needed a non-standard door and we were pleased that Novato Glass could solve our problem within our budget and within our time line. Rick did a great job measuring, estimating and explaining our options. The installation was super smooth. I feel the quality and performance of the product is excellent. Looks great, too.

We called them when our son accidentally kicked a soccer ball through an older style window in our home. They were very professional and polite. Their rates were reasonable and they were able to take care of everything in a just a few days.

Had the glass replaced in a picture frame. Don't think I was there more than 7 minutes. Repaired & paid for that quickly. Wonderful service.

Sorry I had bothered them. Asked what type of window screens they had & looked at me like I was a clown. Since Novato Glass is an established business, they don't really need to try anymore. I left my screens to be measured and get a quote. I called the next day & asked if my screens were measured & what the quote was. He said, "I wasn't here yesterday".(what?) Found out at Pini hardware that there indeed more types of screens & frames to choose from.
