I am very pleased with the service/professionalism of Ali and his team. Paul helped me secure my new RAM TRX and guided me along the whole time. Telling me where the dealership was ripping me off. They were able to get me about $2000 off the price of a vehicle that goes for 10k over msrp. Plus they helped me through selecting the correct warranty from the manufacturer which saved me another $2000. They must ve answered my calls over a dozen times over the course of the last two months. Ali is incredibly friendly and genuinely wants to help navigate the process of securing the best deal for whichever vehicle you choose.

I highly recommend this business. Their understanding of the car market, responsiveness to my needs, clarity and ability to navigate around in a very difficult market made this a good experience for me.I'm impressed at the level of professionalism along with the friendly demeanor of Crystal and her team. I started out very indecisive about what I wanted, and through a series of conversations where she was very patient, I was able to clearly articulate my needs, what was important to me, how much money I wanted to spend, desired amenities, my timeline, and other important aspects to buying a car. I never felt any pressure to buy anything when I wasn't ready. My specific needs were taken into account. This broker worked hard for me in a very difficult market to get me the best value for my money. The car I ended up purchasing is one that I'm very happy with. The whole process went much more smoothly than it would have had I been doing everything on my own. There were a few times when I thought I was close to making a purchase, but it ended up not being quite right for me, and I was able to walk away because I had someone with a level head who was easy to talk to and reason things through with.I highly recommend this service.

My Hopscotch story starts with a friend referral from Chad Heschong, who had an amazing experience working with Paul over a 5 month period in finding his perfect car. Chad got me in touch with Paul via email and I also inquired about the services via the myhopscotch website. Paul called me right away and I told him I had gone to a dealership for a new car and I wanted to see if the numbers from the dealer were good or if he was able to beat them. I wasn't happy with the amount that they had offered me for my trade in and he said already I know I can beat that! And from that point I was in and hired myHopscotch. Paul gave me a list of things to do to help with the process and I was able to do them relatively fast. He called me within 2 hours and said I found your car! I was totally surprised and amazed that he had found a car that quick and was trying to secure it right away. On a Thursday, Paul said when do you want to pick up your car and I said tomorrow? He said absolutely! Everything happened so fast, and at one point, I was like holy hell, I'm buying a new car! Paul was amazingly�helpful and made it very easy to say yes to buying a car, the process was painless for me. I basically said to myself that any time I needed to buy a car or if anyone I know wants to buy a car that I would 100% recommend using myhopscotch!

Hey ya ll. Let me say this right away, in case you don t like to read: This will feel too good to be true, but it is true. This was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. I did the whole dealership thing once and was hugely taken advantage of for not knowing any better and trusting the dealership to have my best interests in mind. Then I tried buying private party and spent a year going back and forth with different sellers who just wanted to get rid of their car. MyHopscoth has literally saved my day! Hear my conviction when I say, I will never buy a car any other way now. This is how car buying should be!'For those who want a little more:I had been searching for a car for a little over a year now.Due to COVID, my desire for freedom was through the roof so my need for a car was non-negotiable. It sucks to have such a strong need and have to go up against a world like the car buying business. It s stressful and tedious and at times hopeless. I really did not want to end up with another lemon car and disappearing salespeople because I was desperate for wheels. I found myHopscotch when giving in to possibly having to go to a dealership to find a reliable, low mileage car with all the fixings I needed. Personal car shopper that will do all the negotiating for me and all I have to do is hire them? Deal!It took me a minute to call because I didn t know exactly what car I wanted. I left a message asking if they could help me decide but I didn t expect they would. I kicked into gear and decided on a Subaru so I could move forward when they called. Then, impressively, Samantha called me the next morning with options! She was excited for me that I had done some research myself and we moved forward with the model I had in mind. After that, I had the chance to speak with Paul, who I felt like family with right away. It was kind of strange but also really rather lovely to speak to someone who was so authentic and kind. I could tell this wasn t just about business with him. I felt even more special when he took notice of my youth and suggested a more attractive model - which he absolutely nailed I would like! A few hours later, Dante sent me my first option but didn t pressure me to buy. In fact, he encouraged me to look it over and let him know what I didn t like so they could optimize my choices.At this point, I am completely relaxed and even excited about the process. I felt taken care of in the team s hands. I was looking forward to the next option I could dissect on Monday and was blown away by the stellar deal the team found me. I couldn t believe it. They had found me this beautiful 2019 Subaru with all the fixings and incredibly low mileage in the colors I wanted and nearly brand newness that I needed! I was so blown away that I did a happy dance that night, and then had a terrible freakout in the morning. I messaged Paul with my concerns and I felt so well reassured by him. I don t think any other car dealer would have suggested we slow down and think this through logically, even pause efforts if we needed to. That alone comforted me. When I learned Paul and the team would be there should I decide to sell or need any other help, all my fears went away. I no longer felt alone in my decision, like I had before.After that hiccup, we continued smooth sailing. I did not once have to leave my house, hence the sweatpants and socks in my pictures. The team took care of the searching and negotiations and paperwork for me - all I needed was to sign the papers when the dealership brought ME the car! I am still swirling from this high of excitement and satisfaction. I am so impressed by the communication, professionalism, skill, and care of the team and feel truly blessed to have found them. I was extremely happy with my experience with Paul at myHopscotch. He found the exact, rare car we were looking for.He saved us some money but more importantly he did everything possible to help us purchase our car. The dealership was across the country and he knew exactly how to deal with them. He helped get the car shipped quickly to the West Coast. We also had a problem with the licensing and he helped resolve that for us. I highly recommend getting help from this well run company!!

After reading all the 5 star reviews I got in touch with them some time in June 2022. I was looking for specific make and model and I was aware that the car market was/is tough out there. But they only searched for my preferred choice for 1-2 weeks and said I need to cool down for couple months and see if the market gets better. I wait for couple months, reach out to them around September and the person who was assigned to my case, looked into it for only ONE day and no update whatsoever since then.Will pursue my refund.

I have now used MyHopscotch for my last 2 leases. Each time, I didn't have to deal with anyone from the dealerships. I ended up actually getting money for my first lease to lower my payments of the 2nd lease. Paul is incredibly fast and reliable. He was working on a deal for me all the way up until 9:00 PM on a Friday night because he didn't want me to lose out on a car with how hot the market is right now. I would recommend their services to anyone and everyone in the market for a new/used car to buy or lease. Would you buy your house without professional help? Then, why would you try to buy a car without someone in your corner making sure you don't get taken advantage of? The costs of this service heavily outweigh just the time and hassle of buying a new car. That's not even mentioning the money they will save you by getting you exactly what you want for the lowest achievable price.

I highly recommend MyHopscotch as an auto broker service. I hesitated at first, but honestly, the money I invested was returned back in the saved time, price, convenience, and satisfaction I experienced throughout the entire process.Crystal and her team were responsive, quick to find the car I wanted, and worked with the dealers so that I wouldn t have to. I had never used an Auto Broker before and with how fast, easy, and responsive Crystal and her team were I may never go back to dealing directly with car dealers. I set the team on a task to find me a particular truck knowing full well inventory was scarce and many orders were being placed before arrival. I wasn t optimistic I was going to get the truck I wanted but low and behold MyHopscotch were able to get the exact truck I wanted 30 minutes away from my house. Fastest purchasing experience I ever had. This team not only increased my trade-in value but landed me an APR so low I thought it was a misprint. Definitely referring everyone I know here.

We were referred to myhopscotch by a friend and we were apprehensive about the whole car buying process, but as the whole car buying process started, myhopscotch's value was totally justified.Paul was assigned to us and throughout the period, he was very knowledgeable and honest with the advice that he gave us. We were able to save a substantial amount of money and time because of them (they did negotiations with the dealer, insurance agent and since I did not have a car prior, arranged for the dealer to pick me up as well!).I would truly recommend availing their services if you are completely new to the car buying process, short on time or want to have a knowledgeable presence with you. Once they come into picture, you just sit back and watch their expertise at work

This was the best car buying experience I ve ever had. Crystal snd her team are amazing! The found me cars based on my preferences and great deals within a few days I was driving home my new Jeep. No hassle at all. They did all the work in getting me out of my previous lease 6 months early and even managed to het me an equity payment from that vehicle.I will never go back to buying a car the standard way again!! I worked with Paul for the second time. As a busy professional, I don t have the time or energy to deal with car dealers and I m also certain I would not be in the cars I wanted with the deals he was able to put together for me. He s respectful and breaks down priorities if I need to make trade offs to get what I want within my budget, which is still more car than I could probably negotiate on my own. And the best part no sleazy experiences at the dealer along the way, which I am unfortunately all too familiar with before finding myHopscotch.

MyHopscotch was the perfect solution for my car search. I had no time to look for a car, not even weekends. My schedule is always packed.So my wife and I gave them a try. We told them about our budget limits and the kinds of cars we liked. Within three or four days they emailed us pictures, to give them an idea of which cars to pursue so that they could begin negotiating for us. 3 days later, after some dialogue with Hopscotch professionals, especially Paul, we were driving to a dealership to test drive a car. It was the perfect car for us and exactly within our budget! No hassles, no bargaining and negotiating, just as we were told. myHopscotch saved us about $3000, plus we were most impressed by their service, even direct conversations with Paul ( from the YouTube video!) Plus we were spared the drudgery of car shopping. The next time I buy a car, I will go through myHopscotch again!

My experience with hopscotch was everything I had expected and more. It was fast (1 week), great price, great financing, cheerful, friendly service. I will never buy another car on my own again. Just wish I had known about hopscotch before.

Just got home to Hartland, Michigan with my new Ram 1500 truck. Sill can't believe the deal that Myhopscotch.com was able to get me. Over the past two months I have been to 4 dealerships trying to workout a deal to trade in my 2 year old truck and purchase a new one. None of them offered me what I owed on my current vehicle and, if I wanted the discounts from the manufacturer I had to finance it through Chrysler whose interest rate was several points higher than a Credit Union. The dealerships were also very reluctant to come down very far from the sticker price. I also spent quite a bit of time online trying to find out the average price people pay for these trucks. I tried three different companies who boast that they help you find the lowest price on a vehicle and a dealer to buy it from. Each one of these services simply funnel your information to several dealerships who try to sell you a vehicle at the highest price they can. Out of total frustration I contacted Myhopscotch. What they promised almost seemed too good to be true but I gave it a shot. Paul, their representative was able to get me this unbelievable deal...A trade in of $2,500 more than what I owed on my current truck, several discounts bringing the cost of the truck down $10,000, a lower interest rate than what I currently had and having to pay zero down. This is the first time in my life that I've ever walked away with a lower payment when purchasing a new vehicle. Full disclosure, I had to drive an hour and a half to get the vehicle and of course you have to pay myhopscotch a fee.I was happy to do this given the fact that I saved over $10,000 on the vehicle and came away with a lower payment than I currently had. Keep in mind, there was no negotiating on my part, the dealership was friendly and they were happy to make a sale, all I had to do was sign the paperwork. I realize it sounds too good to be true but these guys know the inside business of how dealerships operate and sell vehicles. Most of which we consumers are not privy to and there is a lot of stuff we don't know. I will never buy another vehicle the conventional way. MyHopscotch is how I will purchase or lease any vehicle from now on. By the way, Paul is a very nice guy and makes the buying process

(DETROIT, MI)I was in a very bad situation with auto loan. my jeep had over 143k miles on it & I still had 2 years of payments left & I owed more than it was worth. I spent thousands to repair it and there were more repairs needed. after listening to the Myhopscotch ad, I called and talked Paul.I was skeptical about the fees at at first but, the fees were well worth it. Paul negotiated everything and somehow he got more on the trade in value than I owed. I don't think I can express how much I appreciated myHopscotch and Paul's expertise during my car-buying process, yet I will try. I was a huge skeptic when I found myHopscotch through my employer's benefits program. I saved thousands of dollars and countless hours by using this service. Even without the employer discount, I would use myHopscotch again and highly recommend to my friends. Jeannine worked extremely hard to find me my perfect vehicle and I m forever in her debt! This is the second car I've bought with Paul and myHopscotch. He found the exact car I wanted at a dealer in Kansas (I'm in Los Angeles) and arranged for my trade-in, transport the old car there, get the new car back, all in the span of a couple weeks. I saved about $8,000 on the MSRP even with transport costs factored in. This is a great service, and I'll never buy another car directly from the dealer again.

Thinking of hiring these guys? Do it. Hopscotch comes highly recommended, and I found out this was for good reason when I hired them myself. I worked with Paul at My Hopscotch to buy a new Honda Accord. Hopscotch was able to quickly identify a deal on the car I wanted at a big discount not just to MSRP, but the discounted price I might expect to get through many mass market auto buying services. The price was substantially better than what I could get, for example, through Truecar. Hopscotch then arranged all aspects of the deal with the dealer, and walked me through what to expect before I went, so all I had to do is show up, test drive the car, listen to a brief, half-hearted pitch from the finance guy for the usual add ons -- that he knew in advance I would almost certainly not go for -- and drive away. Throughout, Hopscotch was at the ready to step in, via phone, if there were any last moment hitches or additional details to negotiate. Bottom line: financially, Hopscotch delivered value that can be measured in dollars that more than covered their fee. Hiring Hopscotch, for me, was simply a good financial decision. Beyond that, though, Hopscotch ensured this was the least stressful, smoothest car buying experience I've ever had, saving me time and stress.

I signed up with them only to be disappointed. Multiple times they simply disappeared from communication for WEEKS, then MONTHS at a time. Needless to say they stopped sending options and weren t negotiating. When I called once to ask for a refund, the woman who answered the phone was confused who I was (even after giving my name and though she was my account manager). Really disappointing experience. Had to write for a refund 3 times over the course of months to get it. And completely unapologetic. Seeing all the positive reviews had me interested initially, so balancing this out with my first-hand experience for anyone else reading the reviews.

In my 10 years in the auto industry I've been a Salesman, Internet Sales Manager, Finance Manager and most-recently a Sales Manager for the Audi brand. Crystal was a rock star. I was in the market for a new luxury sportscar that was very hard to find in my state. Crystal started the search and found me the nearest options for that car. Crystal and her team found my car out of state and helped me all the way through finding carrier transportation to get the car delivered to my front door. Why would you buy a car any other way? This is my second time getting to work with them. Their expertise, knowledge, and just general advice and hand holding made getting a new lease pretty much painless.I don't understand points and lease terms, and Paul patiently explained them to me, steered me towards a car that would drive the way I wanted and SAVED ME A TON OF MONEY. Can't recommend highly enough. If you LIKE hassling, haggling, fighting tooth and nail to pin down a car contract, this isn't for you. If you want to sit back, and let a professional figure it out and make a solid recommendation based on years of car experience, look no further. Based on time spent, alone, I would do this every time. You won't be sorry.
