I think Kris the Manger is such a great person takes care of business keeps the place looking so good . I don't even live there but live close and it's the most quiest place ever that's amazing and I appreciate that.

Kris is an absolute sweetheart. She got us in on short notice. And when my job changed at the last minute and we had to leave, she was very understanding. She has maintained this little park beautifully. Great neighbors. Quiet and clean.

We have had outstanding service at Gold Country Mobile home park. They have done some incredible work in the last year improving the environment and helping people fix up they re mobile homes. I know almost all the people who live there and that are very kind and considerate. Kids can play freely in the nice grassy lawn in the middle of the park. The only thing I would recommend to the owners of the park is to possibly purchase a new swing set for the kids, they need a new one really bad. I love seeing the kids ride they re bikes around happy and joyful, it really makes my heart happy.

I love living here in North San Juan,Ca. This is a town whom is one big happy family. Living here at the park is the most affordable place to live up here. We are a great community. We take care of each other. Family orientated.

Nice location at the end of a road. A quiet and safe park to stay at. Has blackberries & wild plums growing next to some spaces. Has a nice short trail to take dog to walk around. Has a nice large grass area to sit under shade & relax. Doesn t have restroom or showers so you will need to have working ones in your Rv.

This park provides an important service for a small town that is short on affordable rentals, especially rentals that are professionally and responsibly managed like these are. The manager Kris McCarty really cares and goes above and beyond, for the park and the entire town.

It has been cleaned up a lot! The unsavory elements are fewer and there are less junk cars in the common area now. So much so that the common area looks more like a park-like setting. The grass is kept and mowed and the grounds are cleaner.

Very beautiful area park manager was very niceHowever people seemed sketchy in the areToo much poverty seems to have gripped the community people looked desperately poor and malnourished
