Paul is the only mechanic we trust with our cars. He was recommended to us by a family friend years ago, and we've stuck with him since. Fair prices, honest assessments of issues, and they take pride in their work. Good, honest mechanics are hard to come by, and Paul and Superior Automotive are the absolute best. Wholeheartedly recommend.

Had a great experience with superior auto after my ford escape broke down recently. Communication was prompt, honest, and easy to understand. I really appreciated these guys and will go back to them over sunrise ford in NoHo any day

We were recently involved in a car accident and were devastated with the amount of damage sustained to our RAV4. Paul and his team at Superior Auto Clinic worked quickly and efficiently to restore our car back to its pre-accident condition and was fair with his pricing. We re very grateful to have found his business. I would definitely recommend Superior Auto Clinic to anyone in need of car servicing.

I went for car breaks inspection and the printed a list of 6 different more items, and tried to charge me $1500 with labor cost of ~$1000 but when I refused to do their service they charge me $140 only for just opening tires they mention we inspected your car.Thief's. if there was zero start I go for that.

I've been coming to Superior since 2010. Paul and his sons and staff are the best example of a great family business that does great work, cares about their customers and gets you the best possible price every time. I used to live in North Hollywood, but now I moved to West Hills, and I still drive 45 minutes to take my cars to Superior. I recently had my catalytic convertor stolen, and they replaced it on the same day, while every other shop was quoting me weeks! Can't recommend this business enough.Services: Auto exhaust system replacement, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Paul and his skilled team successfully diagnosed and resolved the issue preventing my 1996 Mustang from starting. Moreover, they expertly assisted in finding a set of new tires. They are fair and honest, all of the qualities I hoped to find in a mechanic.

A year ago I brought in the car for a smog test and because the gas gauge was broken. I had also mentioned the license plate needed to be put on.The car was returned with only the smog test done. Thinking nothing of it I accepted it.Two weeks ago I brought my car in for a flare tire. And set up another appointment the following week to get the gas gauge fixed, a checkup and the license plate put on.Two days after getting the tire replaced by them, the break lights wouldn t turn off and I have had to get it jumped EVERY time I want it to start.On my appointment day i was told the license plate would be put on and that I needed a new battery and that would fix everything. He then proceeded to tell me everything else he thought was important to get fixed.I spent $1500 to get it fixed and working. Upon calling me to pick up the car, I asked about the fuel gauge to which he had forgot and needed an extra day to look into, this showing he hadn t even tried looking into it.THATS TWICE NOW I brought it in and hey didn t fix what I asked them to do that would make it run.I JUST went in to inform them that their diagnosis was incorrect and that AAA who had done a test while jumping me said my battery had been fine and wasn t old. So they conned me. I told them they didn t put the license plate on and now they want me to pay for another appointment to look at the initial reasons I brought it in.First he tried passing me off to his son who I had never met and had nothing to do with the situation. I told him I would only be speaking with the dad as that is who I had been speaking with and gave the false information. He began to raise his voice, creating a hostile environment while approaching me from behind the counter saying you re making me mad . This is unprofessional and highly illegal in a business setting.DO NOT GO HERE. Twice now they have not fixed my car to even run but charged me $1500 and said it was fixed. Zero accountability and unprofessional hostility that I will be moving forward with legal action.Services: Tires, Vehicle Inspection

Too many good things to say about Paul (owner) that I am going to just highlight a few. However, I am happy to answer any questions or add more if requested.Paul is knowledgeable, honest, and understanding! He loves his job and it shows. I would recommend Superior Auto Clinic to any and ALL, especially if you are tired of being lied to, misled, disappointed, frustrated, or are a female! He treats all his customers like they are special and truly just wants to help you, me, and everybody. Thanks Paul (and Rudy) for all you do to keep our cars running smooth!

I can t say enough great things about this shop. Paul and Berj are both incredibly friendly and great at keeping you in the loop. They let you know the ballpark price and don t BS you. After I was rear ended I initially went to the other party s insurance company s preferred shop and was told that my car was totaled. Brought the car to Superior and their quote was less than half for MORE work done than the original shop was going to perform. These guys literally saved me thousands and I ll be bringing my car back here for everything.

Paul always does an amazing job at a decent price. Recently he patched a tire for me. I ended up paying a lot less than if I had to buy a new tire. Paul doesn't overcharge you when he can do for the job for less. I have gone to him for years now and I am always satisfied with his work and prices. I highly recommend him!

I needed my brakes done so I went to my normal shop where I had gone to for years to get my basic oil change and whatnot done. They did a brake inspection and quoted me $350 for resurfacing rotors and new front pads.My friend recommended Superior. Paul gave me a quote and told me to come down for a free inspection. They did it in minutes, quoted me over $100 less and could do the job in an hour in a half. Sold. Thanks for the honest quote and great work. Will be coming here again and recommending more people to go here.

This place tooke in when I was ignored in the other place where I've had an appointment..I've called them same morning and they were able to takee I. Right away on a Saturday. I'm just adding to Paul's and his staff great rep. First things first, every shop is in it to make money, but it is all about how the make their money and what the consumer get. Paul will walk you through the process and tell you exactly what's wrong. Then he'll tell you what needs fixing now and what can wait, keeping safety a high priority. I've been a customer for years and each work I've requested has been major and my car is running great. You get your money's worth. The quality of the work is top notch and Paul will be in constant contact, and will confirm before undertaking any additional work. Aditionally, Paul and his crew always have alternatives. If it doesn't work for the budget they will give you option, rather than strong arm you into getting the work done. Finally, they are honest. I recently put it to the test when I took in my car knowing what was wrong (engine light on) and Paul did not embellish or add to it. He gave me options. I can't say enough about this place. If you made it this far, you might as well see for yourself.

TRUST is the most important component for me when it comes to finding a mechanic. We put so much trust in our vehicles to get us where we need to be safely everyday and so when it comes the upkeep of my car, I need to trust that the proper repairs are being made and trust they're being done correctly. Paul established that trust right away by giving me his diagnosis (which was spot on with what i thought needed to be done) but then also gave me 3 different tiers of options on how to go about them. No pushy sales tactics, just honest advice. My car needed attention in a few different area's and what I estimated would take a couple of days, only took he and his crew a few hours. Superior Auto Clinic lives up to it's name for multiple reasons and I can't recommend enough.

Fine for oil changes and inspections, with pretty quick service. Replaced a transmission mount correctly with no issues.I won't ever be taking my vehicle back here due to a number of red flags. Have not been back in over a year and a half and now I do all the work on this car myself - most recently, a transmission replacement.Problems over the past multiple visits include telling me I don't know what year my vehicle is (they are wrong by all accounts according to the VIN, title, and window sticker in the glovebox). Telling me my car does not have a transmission filter (I replaced it myself in about 2 minutes shortly after they told me it didn't exist, by watching a 2 minute YouTube video). Told me they drained the transmission and refilled it instead - a few months later after encountering some front driveline issues I checked the (inside the transmission) front differential fluid (a separate drain plug & dipstick) and it was bone dry, I didn't check it before taking it there so I can't say with certainty that this shop was the place that drained it and never refilled it - after refilling the front differential fluid there were no leaks - due to the timing of the issues I -suspect- this shop may have drained the differential fluid and never refilled it, but it's all in the past as I have replaced that transmission myself with another unit. I had them replace the balljoints with their own expensive replacements and they loosened up and almost fell out a couple months later while driving due to their improper installation. Then they charged arm and a leg for replacement of the balljoints that they failed to install correctly. I replaced the balljoints myself after those promptly wore out and haven't had a problem with them in over a year now.I really want to like this shop, but I can't.Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Paul and his staff really take the time to understand the issues at hand before taking action. It was very refreshing to hear him and his team really drill down to exact sounds and the timing of events when speaking to me so that they could understand how to proceed.At each step, Paul explained the procedure and also provided options for cost, i.e. we could go with after market or branded items and the pros and cons for each action.This is a great shop with a dedicated crew. It's almost like I don't want you to know about how great this team is so it doesn't become overrun with business but that would be wrong.

A friend recommended these guys and they were great. They correctly diagnosed a fault with my Dodge Ram where others had failed. They know their stuff and so can explain what's wrong clearly and simply.Now I have no excuses, I need to pick up 30 bags of mulch and get my the backyard done to Mrs T's satisfaction!

I first went here because I lived only a block away, but I'm glad I did. I've never found a mechanic as high quality as Paul and his crew, in terms of speed, price, and quality. Top notch.

Mechanics you can trust! We had our brakes checked and they were very straight forward and helpful. They told us we can wait to do the back brakes, but we'll be back to get the back brakes done here.

If you own a Toyota or Lexus automobile, IT IS A MISTAKE to go anywhere else to seek automotive maintenance or repair services! You will always receive great service, peace of mind, and a fair price! Ask for Paul...he is excellent!
