Poor customer service. Was told to call back in a few hours, so I did. My call got forwarded, I waited 10 more minutes and then l called back. They just let it ring. I had told them my matter was urgent, and instead of taking my time seriously I feel like it was wasted. I had to schedule an appointment for another day at a different place that would have been able to help me today if Pars didn t have me wait 2 hours to forward my cal.

I had the worst experience at this shop and would not recommend it to anyone. This place not only was unable to give me a deadline for when my car would be done but also took possession of my car without even working on it. It took two weeks to finish the job when it was supposed to take one week. Further, I paid all cash for a small scratch on bumper that needed to be repainted and it was not done properly. I will post a photo below. The proprietor then told me that I was being difficult because I was stating the facts and held them to their word which they gave me. The owner is very unpleasant person and the prices are very high and low quality. Im worried because the paint is already chipping away.Service: Painting

I m in the middle of moving my family to the East Coast with my car being shipped out East in 2 days and of course I had a car problem. The motor of my car window broke and I was unable to roll my window back up. I happened to be at a friend s house who recommended we take my car to his guys . I couldn t be happier. They were able to track down the part needed to fix my window the same day and as I was driving away noticed my brake light was out and ran out to get the part to fix that as well. They were so kind and understanding of my time crunch and fixed the car with no hassle. I highly recommend the service at Pars Auto Body. The price was reasonable and the service is second to none. 10 out of 10.

I came to Pars Auto Body for a smog check and to look into an issue I was having with my Ford Explorer with my electrical lights going on and off. The team at Pars not only took care of my smog service but fixed my light issues and I was in and out in no time! The staff was so helpful and they didn't try and rip me off like some other shops do. They are trust worthy and give quality service at reasonable prices. Thank you Pars Auto Body!

Vanik and staff are great! Vanik is prompt and detailed. Honest and very forthcoming. I felt like family and it was my first time there. Thank you for handling my auto body needs. With this pandemic and working in the medical field they made the entire process as easy as possible. I'm recommending them to everyone I know.

these guys are the best. I've been using their services for 6 years and I can tell you it's really hard to find another mechanic as honest as them. Their prices are fair and won't suggest repairs that aren't needed. I highly recommend them.
