Great service. No lines. Oil change in 10-15 min. 5 starts!!

Fast service, though I really don't like when they always suggest a new filter or two, unrelated to the oil. The waiting room is outdoor, so it was a little warm, but they did offer cold water. Haven't decided if we'll repeat our service or not.

Have been taking my car here for years, honest prices and labor! Super accommodating and extremely fast turnaround. No matter what part of LA I ll live in, I ll make the trek to Lube Masters.Even during the winter holidays this past 2022, they were able to get my car serviced for breaks, oil change, air pump, and a few other things in just a few days before 12/25.Cannot recommend them and their hospitality enough.

I always get taken care of here. All the staff is very friendly and easy to work with. I have always gotten fair prices here.EDITI have been coming here for years and thought i had a reliable mechanic. Unfortunately, after some staff changes, I have found that the young men on the staff here can be immature and lacking in responsibility and professionalism. Even more unfortunate that the management covers for them instead of taking ownership. That's all I'll say on this. Never going back here.

On 11/11/2022 I went to see if the mechanic shop could help me solve the issue with my windows.They would not close. So the mechanic(bald w/ glasses) told me that he would charge $140 just to check it and tell me what the issue is. He also estimated that the issue would cost around $350 extra. I thanked the mechanic and went somewhere else to check their prices. The other location charged me $140 to solve the issue and checked the window switches in front of me on the spot( no $140 fee). I could not recommend this place to anyone. The oil change part of the business I give them 5 stars. I'll have to go somewhere else after my experience with their mechanic shop though they lost my trust.

Attendant was very helpful and informative. Price was very reasonable. Job was done quickly. Will definitely come back here. Two thumbs way up

Very straight forward and honest people, I always get my oil changed here. Kevin is really genuine and I appreciate how thoroughly he describes the issues before and after they re fixed. I was nervous to find a trustworthy mechanic when moving here, but I m glad I found this place! :)

Great place to go. I looked and looked until I found some honest mechanics that aren't too greedy and and do a very top notch service to my vehicle everytime. And my girls car too. Good place seriously don't even waste your time with anyone else. Too many crooks out there. These guys are straight up and the only ones I trust with my BMW X5. Check em out you will not be disappointed I promise.

These guys have decent prices, give you a realistic eta, work efficiently, and answer all your questions professionally.This is my favorite place to get my oil changed and when I need bigger maintenance done on my accord.I usually time it so I can grab breakfast or lunch at the taco place across the street while they work on my car and it's usually done before I get back.I highly recommend these guys!

Very helpful. Everyone is very nice and let's you know what your car needs but won't push anything on you. I get my oil changes there and if you go super early you are out in 20 min. They are quick.

They replaced the oil with the oil filter in less than 15 minutes. I had my own oil and oil filter, so they charged me only for work. In addition, they switched all my tires for an additional $10. The main advantage is that their shop works on weekends. As you know, most local shops are closed on weekends. In general it was a good experience for me.

I am so grateful they work with me yes it cost me more then I wanted to pay or effort. Done on a timely matter. Friendly staff and always a call away if I had to bring in to them. Answers your questions as best as they can. Thank you very much with my van. I will give a thumbs up and tell everybody to go to them

Pep boys would not help me because there alarm was malfunctioning and sounding. I found lube masters via Google Chrome right down the street. They took me right away. Very friendly and courteous staff. I just needed an oil change. They explained the cost and it is right and competitive. I recommend this service center.

Went in this morning for a routine oil/filter change. Brought my own materials so I was only charged for labor. Employees were very polite and warm. No hard up-sell on extra things I didn't need - just simple, quick service!

Hey! I didn't know you guys were on Google just wanted to leave a review and let everyone know about you guys. I took my Infiniti 06 for an oil change and I had a few questions and they answered them all. I was really happy with their service and Jose was very helpful. They will be my #1 shop in my neighborhood in North Hollywood.

When I lived in North Hollywood, I would bring my car for oil changes and service repairs several times. After I moved to Santa Clarita, I find myself having to come back for the affordable prices. Also Good service and nice honest people.

Been going there for years, even when I moved out of the neighborhood. Never taken my car anywhere else. Went for an oil change a few months back, during a time when a lot of people were dying of covid and masks were required. The employee who greeted me came up to my car without a mask and had the whole conversation that way. When I asked him to wear a mask while in my car, he agreed. There was a maskless dude in the waiting area, so I had to stand elsewhere. When I got my car back, the employee had left his used mask on my passenger seat.I loved this place but they put my life at risk. I can't help but wonder what other stuff they do that isn't so obvious. Never going back. Now I have to find a new spot for the first time since moving here.

So great and a huge relief to know that there's a place in LA that's fast, fair & friendly for my car. Jose was able to take my car without an appointment, change my oil and filter. He also pointed out things that my dealership didn't take care of. This is the go to place. I wish there were a chain of Lube Masters all over North America. Take your car here, you won't regret it!

It was 95 degrees out but have been putting off getting my car in for oil and filter change.. I didn't feel like driving over to van nuys to a place someone recommended so I looked up the best oil changes in a 5 min drive. I found one and they are the best.. I was in and out in less than 15mins and they even did things to car that I didn't know I needed, but the price stayed low and fair and they called me back at home later to check if the maintenance light was still on and told me to pop back over anytime.. I was over the moon with the service and professionalism.. They rock.

Ive been looking for the right mechanic in north Hollywood for oil change for my car and general auto repair and I found a place which is lube masters automotive. There's a reason they have great reviews online plus being at that same location for 20+ years.

I was visiting a friend in nobo from Fontana and forgot I had to do an oil change asap I googled oil change and came to Lube Masters Automotive. Real nice place and people with good prices, plus free wifi while you wait! Since I was there I told them to check a few things on my car and they did. I really like this place too bad there's not a closer one to me.

It s sad, I use to come to this place awhile ago for oil changes all the time and they did a good job, now the hire a new guy, which did a poor job, they change my oil and must have left something loose, when I came out in the morning to start my car, there was oil all over the ground, when I checked it, the oil bolt screw was loose, barely screwed in, I will never go back to them again!!!

Jos� the store is very friendly and helpful, if you want a trustworthy shop that will not take advantage of you because you don't know any mechanical work this is your shop, prices are very affordable and they don't scam you on labor they put their full effort to make sure that you're a happy customer as if you were a family memberService: BrakesService: Brakes

A great place to get an oil change. Its not the first time I came here because I appreciate their attention to detail and excellent customer service.
