I was looking for a repair shop for my brother's car, I found them the closest to his residency, I spoke with Leonardo who sounded like he knew what he was talking about, so my brother towed in his 2014 Volkswagen Passat SEL TDI from Volkswagen dealer to European Auto Werke, I told Leonardo the car jumped the timing belt which also damaged the cylinder head since the car has interference engine, Leonardo diagnosed the car and advised he needed to open the cylinder head to look for any damage to the cylinder head and the valves which we already know they are damaged, Leo quoted me $150 an hour but when the car came into the shop, Leo hiked the rate to $175 an hour. They claimed they repaired the vehicle by rebuilding the cylinder head $1700 ( brand new $850 Ebay) , by law they were supposed to show my brother the original old parts which they didn't, they kept the car in their shop for 3 months , they didn't communicate well via email or by phone, they don't return phone calls, finally they called my brother to pick up his car but the car was smoking, not driving over 30 mph, Leonardo told my brother he possibly needed a new turbocharger ( turbocharger was working perfectly), they damaged the glue plug harness they wanted to charge my brother over $5K I argued and told them he was quoted $3800 for total repair cost and it was written on estimate, all we heard from them is lies, don't trust them for any mechanical repair, worst of all they rip you off with prices. They used the coolant fluid that was in my brother's car, also the scanning tool my brother had in his car was missing so he doesn't scan the car when he came to pick it up, my brother took the car to another mechanic who told my brother there were several marked loose bolts around the cylinder head, the alignment was messed up and the vehicle was smoking badly from the exhaust pipe. I don't recommend this place for mechanical repair.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

I recently had my car serviced at European Auto Werke. What impressed me the most was the step by step communication I received. Usually when I bring my car for repair, I am left in the dark. With the team at European, they called me upon booking, told me what to expect. Then they texted me every step of the way to let me know what they found and what they were doing, and they even included pictures. For me the quality of the work was amazing but the experience with the team was exceptional and is what will keep me coming back.

Karissa is very prompt in replying and managing the whole auto repair incident. The whole staff is friendly and apt for the car repair.Very pleased with the service. Highly recommend them.

Took my car for service, Leo did a great job, he is amazing, professional and knowledgeable on various models and car brands.To my surprised, Loe did extra work on my car and didn't charge for it.I definitely recommend his services.

I needed to repair a lot of parts with my BMW. Leo did such a great job of walking me through everything and making me feel comfortable with the repairs. He also went above and beyond with the service. I truly don t think I could get similar service elsewhere. Leo is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. I m really glad I brought my car here. I couldn't be happier to have found European Auto Werke! Karissa and Leo are super knowledgeable and did such a great job replacing the tires/breaks on my Volvo. They both really took the time to educate me on what was going on with my car which I really appreciated. They really care about their clients and it shows. Leo and Karissa are amazing miracleworkers. I brought my 2105 Audi Q3 into be serviced for an oil change but quickly found out there were some other issues going on. I have, previously, been seeing another mechanic for many years which he has never brought up any of these issues. Without Leo and Karissa, who knows where my car would be at now. They are beyond kind, professional and truly know their way around cars. Thank you again!

The customer service was excellent! The repairs were done timely and my car is running wonderful. The price for all the parts and labor was so affordable. I am so pleased with the work done on my Mercedes and have already reached out to my friends to share this wonderful new find I made at this body and repair shop! The staff did a great job in repairing three different major damages to our Nissan Rogue. The vehicle looks brand new especially with the fresh new coat of paint. Karissa and Leo at Europrean Auto are above and beyond with customer service and professionalism with getting the job done!! Brandon was wonderful, thoughtful, conscientious and went above and beyond.I live across the country from European Auto Werks. Brought my car in after my coolant system malfunction light started flashing and my engine started to overheat. They were able to replace and fix the issue the same day and left my car and engine looking and driving like new and for a very reasonable price. My engine is literally shining! After taking my car to traditional corporate auto body shops, it got even more screwed up. European auto werkes was not only timely in the repairs but they also were very communicative and helped me work within my budget. I highly recommend any of their techs who all are incredibly knowledgeable and truly professionals in their trade!
