My BMW got hit and I learned that I had to pay for it out-of-pocket. I saw a business card in my window the next morning. I called the number and it was ALI from crash monsters. He came by the next day to look at it in person for no charge. Give me an estimate and let me know how to get it towed to shop. Prices were extremely fair and the turnaround was damn near instant. I will be coming back. This guy is a lifesaver.

We came in with some front end damage to our Mazda 3. The passenger side fender and front bumper had seen better days. Ali quoted us a fair price, and to save costs, was honest that the fender was repairable but the bumper was not. He was consistent with communication and updates. The car was ready when he said it would be. The work was clean and showed an attention to detail. Finally have a body shop I can trust for the future.

Ali was such a legend. We had a unique case of a Japanese import car, which got damaged. He did so much incredible research to help us out and find ways to get the parts imported to the States.Ali always communicated clearly with us & kept us informed. He was so kind, helpful and he enjoyed the challenge of this unique project. Sadly, we had to move on from LA before we could get the work done, but he did an amazing patch job for us so we could keep using our Van, which we are so grateful for.Thanks so much Crash Monsters team!

Ali is really outstanding to work with, his professionalism, knowledge, and communication are all top notch. My experience with Crash Monsters was getting my rear bumper inspected to see if I could get better fitment. He ended up doing the inspection for free and provided estimates for different options on the same day. I have not decided if I will go with any or just live with it, but will definitely come to Ali for any auto body issues I have in the future.Service: Body & Trim
