I had my car fixed here they did a great job the only reason I give this place one star is because i got my personal information stolen within 24 hours be aware to not leave your private information in your car. One of the employees stole my identity and maxed out my credit cards. There s no denying it was here because they left oil stains all over my bag. Be careful and aware whoever did this that works there seems to know exactly what they are doing. They charged my cards and sent them to different states.Service: Body & Trim

if you re looking for a rude manager, you re at the right place! i came in for a quote + estimate, guy told me because my car doesn t have factory paint it might be difficult to match and i said okay but we would go forward anyway. fast forward a few weeks and at my drop off appointment, they can t take the car because of the same paint issue, keeping in mind that they already knew this + have seen the car. i had a rental ready and when i told the manager i have already paid for a rental for this week he said that it was my fault and that it was on me for doing that? completely rude and condescending and i wouldn t recommend at all.

I had an awesome experience at this facility. It was the second place I went to when looking for a quote to replace my bumper and liners. They gave me a great price (less expensive than Schiros) and did their best to keep it at the estimate. My car was ready on time and they even took the time to wash it. Their repairs also have a lifetime warranty which is great! From the moment I called, I received excellent customer service and really appreciated their update texts, which you can opt out from.Service: Body & Trim

Bless them. After some heartless thieves cut out the catalytic converter from my the prius, Service King was able to replace the stolen converter THE SAME DAY i brought it in. No waiting - keep in mind a different autoshop told me it could take up to a MONTH to do the exact same repair. 6 hours vs. 1 month. What a difference. Can t go wrong with these guys. They even seemed to have wiped down the interior of my car for me. Thank you endlessly for taking care of my baby. Both front desk girls were kind, empathetic and knowledgeable.

Brought in my car after smashing the front bumper on a tire on the highway, and could not have asked for a more seamless experience. My car looks brand new now, Elexiss was very attentive and communicative throughout the process, and she even got me set up with a last minute rental car which made everything that much easier. Will definitely be back for any future needs!

Great work. They text me updates through out the week letting me know the status of my car. Then, I received a call letting me know when my car was repaired. It was ready and clean on time. No complaints, it was super easy working with this company.

Someone tried to steal my truck. Punched my door locks and tampered with my ignition cylinder. Service King in North Hollywood did the job in record time, a perfect job and even washed and cleaned it better than i have in 10 years. I will be coming back here and referring all my friends and my work(picture cars and transpo for the major film studios).Nice job Folks!!!Service: Body & Trim

Great place, friendly and knowledgable staff. They are also quick. They helped me thru the process and called me to help identify some damage even I over looked.I would have given give stars but there was a slight oversight the first time I had to take my vehical in, but I have to say they were ready to correct the problem and were a pleasure to deal with. Brought my car in to get the cat converter replaced. They were swift and informative and the car came back in great shape, all clean and everything. Would definitely get work from them again.

Elissa was very friendly, thorough and communicative when preparing an estimate for repairs to my car I got three bids and Service King was the lowest by far, and the customer service is excellent

It s taken them a week to even give me an estimate on repairs. Still waiting. And it s like pulling teeth to get any updates at all. If you need your car fixed in a reasonable amount of time, go somewhere else.

Parking is very limited, and the way in is a little difficult if you have to turn from vanowen to Vineland. I'm sure iys a great place, but the valley traffic makes it bad already, with out having to block traffic just to get in
