Ken is MAGIC! My Tesla model 3 was scraped on the passenger side taking the paint. Ken came highly recommended by a dear friend. The process from start to finish was seamless due to Ken making it so. The professionalism of Ken shined through with his attention to detail by his timely response time, great pricing, and formal updates. When I picked my car up I couldn t tell if anything had ever happened and he professionally detailed my car as well! I couldn t recommend Ken more.Ken thank you so much for taking care of my car as if your own! You have another fan added to your list!!!

After a hit and run and years of sun damage I decided to fix all the body damage and repaint. The guys at Auto Body Auto Care are the best and they delivered! If you need any AUTO BODY work done Please call Ken Rosenfield atAuto Body Auto CareI have known him for years and he s truly the best.He has a VIP pick up service that made getting my car getting fixed in a more timely manner with my busy schedule completely stress free.The car was picked up from my house but my husband and I went to pick the car up because my husbands car had a very long scratch that within 30 minutes was also totally fixed.It was so sad to get the first ding on this car, but he fixed it up perfect and I think it was even cleaner when I picked it up today than when I bought it!Turn around time was less than expected which was also amazing. Had a really pleasant experience with the owner Ken! He went above and beyond to make sure my car was well taken care of. The timeframe expected to repair could have been almost two weeks, but they were able to get it done within one week! :) I really appreciate the level of professionalism and customer service I experienced during the process of getting my repairs done . 10/10 highly recommend:)

I had my rear bumper repaired after a rear-end collision with Ken, and while I was having the rear bumper repaired, I had my front bumper repaired from a previous accident as well. Ken was awesome - he was very accommodating with the millions of questions I asked and also very accommodating with when I was dropping my car off due to my personal scheduling issues. Ken also gave me a estimate for the time it would take for the repairs, and he was right on time! Price was reasonable, and my bumpers look brand spanking new and my car back to new. I love it! I am very glad I had it repaired with Ken at Auto Body Auto Care, and hopefully, I do not need any other repairs due to collision, but if I ever did, I know where I would reach out to have my car repaired! Hands down to the best auto care place so look no more! I had a problem with a piece of metal falling under my car. I randomly found this place on Yelp and was hoping that they could get it fixed with a reasonable price. The owner was super nice and honest. He did a quick check and was able to fix it on the spot free of charge. I thought it would take a day or two to fix but nope it was done within 5 min. He didn't sell me anything extra but he genuinely wanted to help. 100% recommend this place for their wonderful service. And I will definitely come back!

My passenger door was side swiped while I was parked at some point. Contacted Ken at Auto Body Auto Care on Saturday, sent photos, had an estimate Sunday and dropped car Monday. Ken and the team took great care of me and within a week the car was ready. Door was beautifully repaired an other scuffs overall cleaned up too! Car looks new, and a very fair price. Going to take the other car in to have some wear and tear scuffs and scratches cleaned up. Couldn't be happier! Thank you Ken!Service: Painting

Had a fantastic experience with Ken after I needed major work done to my car. Even on a weekend, he was quick to send back a quote for the work and laid out all the work that was going to be needed. He personally came to pick up and drop off my car. During the process, he provided regular updates for how things were going. Work turned out great, and he took care of all the dealings with my insurance. He went the extra mile to clean and detail the car as well. My car looks as good as new. I was referred to Auto Body Auto Care by someone I work with. Over the years we've all been to different body shops whenever we've had an unfortunate incident. It's always discouraging because pricing can fluctuate so much and you never know when you'll actually get your car back. But Ken at Auto Body Auto Care is straight up and and honest. Ken runs a very nice business with a great level of professionalism and integrity, accented by a personable treatment of his customers. His work is pristine and flawless. When I picked up my car it was a little dusty because I wasn't able to pick it up right away, but Ken detailed the car and gave me the keys to my now like new, beautiful looking car. I highly recommend Auto Body Auto Care! PS Ken is well known for auto detailing so if you need your car looking like new again, you now know where to go.

Great experience overall! My Audi had a dent and some damage to the rim and both were fixed beautifully. Ken was very responsive and picked up my car on a Monday night and returned it on a Tuesday evening. He touched up some other small paint damages as well and returned the car with a full detail. Great to have someone reliable and efficient on the West Side! We will definitely use him again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Ken and his team does a phenomenal job. I messaged him via Yelp for a quote, and he got back to me within the hour. We worked out the details, and the entire process took about 5 days. It would be an understatement to simply say that I am satisfied with the results. Bonus: they detail the car!! Ken personally came to pick up my car and then dropped in off. Highly recommend Auto Body Auto Care! Ken, who runs the business, was super communicative and responsive throughout the entire process. Starting with the quote, he made sure to tell me when he could get me quote details by, and he was even willing to match quotes from other reputable shops. He offers free pickup and delivery, as well as a full exterior detail and clay bar hand wax as part of his services. My car was shining, smooth, and sparkling clean when I received it. The repair was performed well and I couldn t tell that my car had been damaged in the first place! On top of all this, he delivered my car to me one day earlier than promised. Kenny is one of the best providers out there. If you need something for your car, he is the guy for you. Very respectful, honest, hardworking, and overall an great guy. He was very responsive and had great communication. He provided me with updates and made everything work out perfectly. The car looks great brand new. He can come and pick up your car and then bring it back so you can continue with your work. Easy as ABC. Don't hesitate give him an call.

Ken and his team are the best auto service company I've ever used. They are diligent, experienced, fair, prompt, incredibly "high touch", and easy to work with. Our particular job was to return our cute little Ford C-Max to shape after two "fender benders" suffered while our new driver daughter was at the wheel. Result: ready for the showroom! Ken is definitely the best around the area. We got quotes from all the other places suggesting prices that are over half of my car s current market value. When we contacted Ken, he knew well my cars value and where we were standing at in terms of budget. He was willing to give us all the options available (and he showed up in our place to just do an estimate !) . He s patient and communicative when we re making decisions and never pushed us into committing things. He s also very friendly, honest and also response to our questions quickly. And even it s budget work, the outcome was better than we thought and they re definitely works with high quality ! He also did a nice cleaning/touch up both inside and outside of the car for free. Pickup and drop off service was definitely convenient saving a lot of traveling hassles too. The service he provided was just awesome and can t ask for better! I d definitely recommend him to everyone. Thank you Ken for saving us a lot of money !

My brother, and I were looking online for a professional detailing crew. There were a lot to choose from, but Detail U.S.A had the most incredible reviews during our research. Prior to detailing two of our cars, I wanted them to fix a minor damage on my bumper. Ken sent Victor over for the repair job. Victor arrived right on the time that we agreed on. He did a fantastic job of repairing the bumper. After a few days, Ken and one of his guys came by to detail the cars. Again, they arrived right on time. Needless to say, the cars looked exceptional afterwards. They are very meticulous in their detailing process. Since I was very satisfied with the service, I had Ken give me an estimate on another car that I had, with quite a bit more body damages. The car needed to be taken to a body repair shop, and Ken offered to pickup the car himself. It was great that I did not have to drop off the car, and have to find transportation home. After about a week, Ken delivered my car back to me, no need for me to pick it up. That car haven't looked so beautiful in ages. What's more impressive though was that Ken had order a "jack cover" for my car, a small part that probably fell off years ago. He even paint the cover to match my car, all for no additional charge. But I never mentioned anything about this "jack cover" to him when I asked him to repair my car. That's what I call customer service! Wish I can give them more than five stars, they really deserve more. You can't go wrong with these guys.

Someone hit my car in a parking lot and was nice enough to leave their number. They referred me to their Auto/Body/Detail guy Ken Rosenfield with Auto Body Auto Care and said he would take care of it. Not knowing Ken but reading the numerous reviews I felt OK but very cautious to not only have this guy take my car fix it and tell me he'll bring it back. Ken was not only on time but calmed my nerves with proof of insurance and a picture of his license. He took my car and brought it back in better shape then when he left with it. And much cleaner. His work was as advertised, Perfect! Having your car hit is a hassle but for me, I now have a trusted GO TO detail and body repair man and feel with 100% confidence referring him to anybody. Ken did what he said he was going to do, was pleasant, reassuring and his communication was solid. Thanks Alison for the referral and Ken, You Rock!

I selected to work with Ken because he's probably got the greatest collective of reviews I've seen on Yelp...in any category.Well, the reviews proved to be nothing but accurate. Ken was an absolute joy to work with in bringing my car back to better shape. He replied to my initial inquiry immediately. We discussed over the phone what needed to be done, and an estimate was sent my way right thereafter. I decided to take one repair off of my order, and Ken gladly adjusted the estimate without pushing me to go with the 'full shabang' of fixes I had originally requested.I had to leave town so Ken worked on my car while I was gone, and kept me updated on my vehicle's progress while away. I wound up having to stay out-of-state longer than needed, and he kept in good communication with me and could not have been more kind about keeping my car safe for me until I returned.My treat upon arriving back to LA was Ken being available to meet me the night my plane landed, directly after I left the airport....and a spectacularly-improved car in waiting! He was wiping the windows even down to the last seconds as I got into it, and made sure I was happy with the results.He's energetic, kind, and a superstar at his work! I would -- and will -- recommend Ken to anyone around LA needing car detail work and body fixes. Hats off.

Auto Body Auto Car treating me so well I can t even say enough! I crashed my new Polestar 2 which is a new electric car that has very little information and parts available. Ken at Auto Body Auto Care is AMAZING. The best customer service I've ever received. He picked my car up from my house, repaired the bummer, gave me text updates the whole time and returned the car back to my apartment while I was at work. Ken and Victor saved my life after a rough morning and a few scratches later on my brand new Tesla. Victor did an amazing job repairing my bumper...it looks like new. Being new to the sate we took a chance with Auto Body Auto Care and we had an amazing experience with Ken at Auto Body Auto Care. Honestly the best car service I have ever dealt with. I felt we were treated like VIP but I'm sure every customer is treated the same way we were. My wife was calling constantly and she always able to get Ken on the phone and get the answers we were looking for. Ken also updated us with every step of the process with dealing with insurance. I highly recommend Auto Body Auto Care!

Kenny is the best guy I've found in LA.Aside form detailing my car 2x a year for the best price, He's completely fixed my car after 3 accidents. Very reasonable and my insurance doesn't go up.He's quick and trustworthy.I have him coming back next Saturday to do more work!!I highly recommend him!
