I had a great experience at Galpin Mazda. I came from out of town to look at this car and Juan made sure the car was in the perfect condition before I took the drive down there! He was attentive and went above and beyond to send photos and answer all my questions! He made the entire payment process as quick and painless as possible! He even checked in the next day to see how I was loving my car. Bryan the finance officer helped to ensure we had our DMV documents and warranty in check. He was very kind and took his time to explain everything! I recommend them, and will be back in the future if I need a car!

Bought my first Mazda with Galpin Mazda a few days ago. It was an enjoyable experience. Rudy was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. He was thougtful and clearly explained all the questions I had. Also, he went above and beyond to meet all of my requests. I didn't feel any pressure during the whole process at all and the whole process was very smooth and efficient. It was such a great experience! Highly recommend this place and Rudy.

I live about 68 miles away from this dealership about 3 and a half hours away including traffic for driving. I bought a Certified Used Vehicle with 29k miles on it per my salesman Guillermo and Fernando Sales manager that proper inspection was done on the vehicle, when I got home I encountered an error about the 12v battery needs to charge I called Galpin and Guillermo left voicemails which were never returned. I had the battery replaced myself and pay for a new one, as it was a long drive going back and forth to the dealership.Recently I had the car detailed and noticed that the right front tire had bulged on the sidewall. Called Galpin again and spoke to Guillermo who said was going to call back but never did. I called again and looked for Fernando sales manager who informed me that they do not warranty tires. We never drove the vehicle that far and only had driven a few miles since we got it. I feel that having these type of issues should not be present to Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles as we only owed it for only three weeks. It feels the vehicle was not thoroughly inspected before it was sold as a Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle. Future buyers make sure to inspect or bring a mechanic if you are buying your next Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle from this dealership and do not rely on the documentation they had you sign and acknowledge that the vehicle was inspected.***Update: Guillermo did call back at 5:40 pm that was after the fact that Fernando has informed me about the no warranty on tires.***Update 11-03-23: Neda Vega, Director of Customer Relations has contacted us directly regarding the second issue of the defective tire sidewall bulge. Since we only owned the vehicle for three weeks she has requested upper management to warranty and approve the defective tire. We drove back to the dealership and had Danny Talamantes from Service write up paperwork and take care of the tire replacement with no charge. I have updated my review to three stars. I would have put in five stars if the two issues; the faulty battery as well as the defective tire was taken care of the first time without intervention from management. I wish to take this opportunity to thank Neda Vega who went out of her to take care of the defective tire and Danny Talamentes who was willing and eager to get the service done as quickly as possible.

Juan C was absolutely outstanding! He was very knowledgeable about each car and all its features, as well as competitor brands/cars to use as comparisons. Juan took the time to learn about what exactly we were looking for in a new car and gave recommendations appropriately. He was understanding and reassuring when it came to discussion regarding the best financing options, and clearly explained each option's outcome and benefits. We did not feel rushed, pressured, or judged in any way during the car-buying process, as we had asked probably a million questions. Once we received the car, Juan explained every single button and its corresponding feature in great detail; I simply had no questions left at the end of it all! Juan is a poised and well-spoken salesman, and I would definitely recommend any friend or family member to complete their future car purchase at Mazda with him. I am very excited to have this new car and grateful that we had the pleasure of having Juan guide us through the process!

In April 2022, I purchased a brand-new and gorgeous 2022 CX-5 Turbo Signature. Rudy Catalan was an excellent sales associate and helped me through the process of getting into a new car. He made the decision making process between the CX-5 and the CX-30 an easy thing. Mario Saber, the Finance Manager, was excellent as well, and he made the financing process, the optional extras, and the "hard part" of buying a car easy and pain-free.Post-buying process, the service department at Galpin Mazda is top-notch! The staff is extremely friendly, the service loaners (if needed) are excellent brand-new Mazda models, and the experience is great. I think Galpin Mazda has treated me better and to a higher quality service standard than the prior Audi dealership, I went to during the 3 years I owned my Audi.I want to give a major shout-out to Chris Archer, the service manager at Galpin Mazda, who has gone above and beyond for me with my car. Having issues taken care of under warranty is very easy and painless, unlike my experience with other automotive brands/dealerships in the past. Chris has taken the time and effort to show that I am a valued customer at the dealership and has ensured that I will be put into a service loaner any time there is a service that requires my car to be out of my possession for a longer period of time. After my recent experience, Chris has solidified my relationship with Galpin Mazda and has kept me a loyal customer for many years to come. He gives 110% and genuinely cares about the customer, something that is often lacking in other dealerships - this is what makes people like him an absolute gem in the automotive service industry.My ownership experience so far for the last 6-months and 9,000 miles has been an absolute pleasure. First time buying with Galpin Mazda. Juan Catalan was great with helping me buy a used 2021 Mazda3 with low mileage. He mostly let the car speak for itself and it didn't feel like he was trying to push me into any thing I didn't want, but he was able to get us exactly what we needed in terms of financing and add-ons. I've very happy with my experience and would buy again if they had the inventory I wanted!

I am a very detailed person and I have done extensive research online before purchasing my used vehicle, and I have talked to numerous sales persons before. After reading the reviews for Galpin Mazda and the sales person Pilar, I decided to have a try with them. It turned out that Pilar is indeed the best here! She is very honest and offered the quote including every detailed items to me when I reached to her via email. Even though the Mazda I wanted was not very suitable for me, she still tried to find me another vehicle arriving in the next couple of days with detailed prices as well. I finally went to the dealership again on the next couple of days, took a glance at the vehicle and I drove it home in less than 3 hours! The final out of door price is even lower than the one she offered in the first place, without any annoying additional fees that some dealers would usually confuse you with. After all they earned my trust and I m pretty confident that I ll buy another Mazda in the future there again!

My experience was much better than when i first came in here 3 years ago. Came during my lease-end, already expecting the sales talk and the not so low-key pressure that's typical from car salesmen, but I was pleasantly surprised. I was helped by Elvi and she was accommodating, helpful and seemed (dare I say it?) sincere. She kept this attitude with several decision changes in a span of several weeks, and the deals she offered held their own against other dealerships i was checking out on the side. I don't know if the culture has shifted drastically in three years time, but this is the least hostile car buying experience I've ever had. Will definitely go back here the next time I need a car.

I just bought a new car here today. My experience is super great. Luis helped me a lot in selecting the best car for me. It's very straightforward and effective. All other staff here are also very nice and friendly. We had a lot of fun here. Luis and the financial manger William both are very straightforward and honest to customers that you don't need to have too much concerns. They will give very detailed explanation for each item and the pricing. We also got very nice AAA insurance here with the help of Luis before we left. Luis was very patient in introducing the features of the CX-30 and taught us how to use them. It's our first time to buy a car and we think this is the best place to do that, after comparing with many other dealership. Anyway, thanks again for your great service! -- Yuchen

I recently turned in my old lease to Galpin instead of my original dealer due to a less then great experience. I made my appointment online and it was super easy. My sales rep was Manny and he texted me to ask what models I wanted to see so he could have them available for my appointment. The day of my appointment the super sweet receptionist called to confirm and asked if I had any questions, needed directions, ect. Once I got there Manny was ready with the car I wanted to try and showed me other models which I ended up going with his recommendation instead of my original choice. Manny went above and beyond and made this whole experience easy, transparent, helpful and fast. Not what you typically expect from a car buying process. Manny was patient with dealing with myself and my family and never once did I feel like just a sale. He answered every question I had and made sure I was happy with my new car and my experience. He even checked in a few days later asking me how my car was (I love it). I highly recommend Mannys amazing service and everyone at Galpin was stellar too. Thank you Manny for such a great experience!

In February 2024, I received an email about my end of year lease options for my Cx30. I went ahead and made an appointment with the lease coordinator at the North hills location. We went over all the details and towards the end of the appointment I got introduced to Rudy.He was very welcoming and well mannered so I felt immediately comfortable around him. I was very particular about what I wanted but he was able to show me a few options. Rudy answered all my questions and was so professional throughout the sit down process. I came close to making a deal but I wasn t 100% set on walking away from my cx30 just yet. Rudy was very understanding and we agreed to revisit this a few weeks later.Throughout the weeks, Rudy was very good about keeping me informed about all my options and new inventory. Towards the end of March, he invited me to go back in to look at some new cars that came in. I ended up falling in love with a 2024 Cx5 carbon edition. Of course the deal was too good to pass up. I m very happy with my decision.Overall my experience at Mazda North hills was amazing! Rudy was a pleasure to work with. I highly suggest you make an appointment with him. You won t be disappointed.

Had my new Mazda CX 5 serviced with a first and early oil change, filter change, and tire rotation. The employees were helpful and really liked the way they updated me with a video. I usually am skeptical and get worried if the job gets done incorrectly or doesn t get done at all as I ve heard stories of shady mechanics and mechanical work done poorly. But they took care of my car and even appeared to have washed or cleaned it. I m truly appreciative. Thank you Galpin Mazda Team for all your hard work.

I was there for a routine check of all car systems. And after this check, I found that the cabin air filter is not properly installed and they did not close the air filter cover. I had to check the whole car myself after that. Also, after checking, the mileage increased by 7 miles. They also promised to wash the car for free, but they did not wash it. In total, I paid 35 dollars for the servic.Also, the wheels were mixed up in places, I have different tires on the front and rear axles!

Bought from galpin more than once over the years. The Ford side tends to be a little more efficient and friendly in my opinion. Friendliness goes a long way for me and Galpin mazda is so so in that category. If it weren't for David Martin my experience would have been a little on the underwhelming side. Thanks David! I'll be back to buy a truck next year!

They were great! We got an MX-5 hard top and Elvi helped us throughout the whole process. We were able to negotiate to where we can meet in the middle and got a great deal. Highly recommend reaching out to Elvi if you're looking into buying a Mazda.
