I have coming to to this location since 2007. They always did a great job on my cars and fixed my flats for free. I made an appointment for 8AM on April 6th a week prior so I could pick up and take my mom's car in for an oil change and tire rotation. When I got there early, I was NOT greeted by the person at the counter, a white guy in his 70's with a thick unruly mustachio who looked beaten down by life. Which would explain the rudeness I got when he told me I had 5 cars ahead of me. I looked around not seeing anyone waiting for a car. I looked outside did not see anyone waiting there either. He told me I had to leave the car for 3 to 4 hours. He said the answering service does a bad job or coordinating appointments. I told him I made the appointment online. The previous guy would have put me in front and got me out of there before they had to call the owners of the other cars(which I doubt they were awake on a Saturday morning and eagerly waiting for a magical phone call). Then he switches gears and says "what can we do for you". I just turned around and left. My words and time were worth more than talking to this guy. I was going to go to BMW and get a loaner instead of waiting but looked online first and found a Midas at 9413 N. Sierra, Fontana. MIdas gave me a quote and time I was looking at. The price was better and time was better. My car was on the lift in 10 minutes and they got me out within an hour. Midas will be my go to shop. I will make sure friends and family do not go to Mountain View from my past recommendation and instead call Fontana Midas. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME MAKING AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE. Mountain View should get someone with people skills like the guy at Midas.

Javier is great. I had a nail in the tire too close to the sidewall. So they put on my spare so I could run my errands while they ordered my tire called me when the tire came in. Had it put on my car and I was out the door in 30-45 minutes. Thank you so much for your professionalism.

I showed up to this store at 5:25 with a nail in my tire thinking this was a different tire store .i asked if they had time to help with a nail in my tire ..he was very hesitant .came out side to try and look where the possible leak was and then said they really don t have time ..even though i was the only person in the lobby. He said Come back early in the morning ..I then drove to Americas Tire down the street and got there at 5:40 and they took me in with no hesitation and a warm smile and fixed my tire even though their closing time was also at 6:00pm. Will not return to this store.

I brought in my 2023 Camry for an Oil Change and tire rotation. The person who helped me that day was Javier. Javier was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. In my personal opinion, I believe companies such as Mountain View need assets like Javier simply because he understand the concept and the importance of providing excellent customer service and he also understands that this kind of businesses requires a lot of trust between the client and the service advisor.I would recommend anyone to go see this guy, if you enjoy a high level customer service experience Javier will take care of you.

It's always cheaper here than anywhere else. I've had many jobs for my 06 Toyota performed here, and each visit was an honest deal. Much more than tires, I use them for general repairs and tune ups. Ask for Steve, the last honest manager.

Manager was nice enough, but, as a Marine, the American flag stand was on the ground, which allowed the Flag to touch the floor. So that's a one. I wanted a price to install tie rods on my jeep, with my parts, they don't do that, want to know why,? I bought my parts from O Reilly for $277.00, I said give me your price, for parts, if it's better, I'll use yours. Their price parts were in the $800.00 range. Keep that in mind.

Went to have a nail removed from a tire on a sunday afternoon. Luckily they were still open. Closes at 4pm. They were able to remove the nail and apply a patch inside the tire and in just 30 minutes time I was on my way home. The charge was $25. For the patch.

The Jiffy Lube at this location DID NOT HONOR the CORPORATE $20 COUPON and LOST A LIFETIME CUTOMER ! Service was pretty quick. There lead mechanic tried to scare me into getting new front and rear break which they were quoting me $600 to do. I passed and then took my car to my trusted mechanic and was assured that my brakes are totally fine and still had months until then needed to be serviced.Be careful and always get a second opinion on any maintenance that is suggested.

Went here after my tpms light came on driving home from work. Talk about customer service, these guys are great. I called on the phone, no appointment and asked what the wait looks like after 2 other places had 3+ hour waits. This place quoted 1-1.5hrs which was manageable for me. Instead upon arrival, they diagnosed my problem within 10mins (no nails, just tire pressures were off). They topped off my tires, has me on my way. Talk about customer service!! They have absolutely earned a customer next time I have any issue with any tire for me or my family s cars. I would strongly recommend this location, just a great experience overall

Pulled in just for a tire pressure light on my dash and without missing beat and with a smile Marc helped me immediately. Never been here, never planned on, i just googled the nearest tire shop and luckily I ended up here and immediately felt at home. Also I saw a '64 Impala with green candy paint, spokes, and bagged with switches, overall a good experience.

Came in on a Friday midday to see if they could squeeze me in for an oil change. The man who helped me was super friendly and helpful. Made some recommendations and even gave me a little discount they were running at the time. I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes! They didn't try to upsell me on anything which makes me want to come back again! Price for the oil change was just right at around $55-60 for the synthetic blend, plus they do free tire rotations.

My brakes went completely out on my way from Nevada. I had a warranty with Goodyear tires. Jacob at Mountain View tires honored the warranty. He was very kind and he explained everything. I would highly recommend this business.

I was happy. Got the tires I wanted. They were easy with scheduling me for installation. I had 4 new tires installed + alignment done on my work van.

Super nice folks- had problems filling tire at gas station and was heading home to San Diego- didn't want to do drive with one under filled tire. I went there looking for help - the service guy did something to valve and filled tire and checked others. No charge! And while yes it only took him 5 minutes - if that - it seems like that neighborhood type of service doesn't happen that much anymore. Thank you!

Brought my truck in for repairs the other day and the repairs failed resulting in additional damage to the vehicle. Originally, the manager charged me for both the first repair in addition to the second, more costly repair. I posted a review on Yelp and was contacted by Paul, one of the owners, only hours later. Paul refunded me all the additional costs caused by the first failed repair. They really want to keep their customers happy, it seems. Great public relations.

This place is amazing!!! On Sunday I called them at 3:35 cause I had a nail in my tire. They close at 4. Sam told me to come asap and they would take care of me. The person who fixed my tire was so nice and fast. This place has great customer service...next time I need tires, this will be the place!!

Absolutely fantastic service. Gave me a quote on multiple tire brands and prices. Offered me an oil change and tire alignment. Wasn't pushy. Will definitely go there when the time comes. Overall, great experience. Will recommend to friends and family.

Tire blew it while I was picking up my 6 yo from school. Made it to the Goodyear and spoke to Edwin. He is a lifesaver! He was very nice and courteous! Said it would be an hour but when My two kids and I got out the car, they were able to help me right away and was out within 15 mins. Would definitely recommend this place based off of their amazing customer service alone. They took the stress out of what could've been a disaster.

We were in town visiting friends for the day, went out to start the car to head home(4 hrs away) and it wouldn't turn over. Called AAA to come and replace the battery, they didn't stock our cars brand of battery. So we found Mtn View Auto repair on yelp and called to see if they had one in stock. George was very friendly and told me to bring the car in to replace the battery. Sincere we were out of town and he knew we were in a bind, he took our car in right away to get the battery replaced. In and out in 30 minutes- Thank you guys for saving the day! Highly recommend this place for any auto repairs, tire changes or whatever!

Really sorry to say that I won t be returning to this place after coming here multiple times with many different vehicles :( Took a vehicle to them this last Saturday for a oil change and to repair and or fill whatever tires needed it since the lights inside car indicated those services were needed the car ended up having many issues with it that I declined for service at that time stating I d only wanted the services requested for that day. Got the car back after paying around a hundred bucks with awkward silence at check out and come to find out both of those service lights for engine oil and tire pressure are still on in the vehicle. They are working lights so I m honestly unsure if anything was done at all for the hundred bucks I spent here. Disappointed.
