Avoid this place if you genuinely care about your Ferrari. I had a check engine light that went off. They assured me it was a spark plug issue. As soon as I got in the car and pulled away the check engine light began blinking then the car powered down. The car was never test driven or properly diagnosed. I bought it back and had to wait 4 days until they replace what now they believe was the ignition coil. A week later car broke down and even in a worse state then it was before I ever bought it in. It is still not fixed and in my garage until I am able to get it until another service center.The biggest issue is the extremely poor communication by Steve Cervantes, service advisor. He would never provide updates and seemed annoyed whenever I would ask for one. He never replied to texts, emails or phone calls. A week would pass and when I ask if he got any of them I would not get a reply or he would say no. When I would call the service center and ask for him, he was either at lunch or was told he would call me back. He would never call back. I don t expect everyone to be on top of it, but always being away from your job and never replying or updating is the worst experience I have had from all the different car brands in the past.Do not trust him or the service center with the vehicle you value and worked so hard to obtain. I d check out the LA service center or even ship your car some place else.

Luis Lozada at Newport Ferrari is a true gentleman and now friend. Assisted me in getting my first Ferrari and went above and beyond 5 stars. Guys a gem! Hat tip to sales manager, Brendan Martin. The team at Newport are a class act! After driving a Ferrari, I ll never look at a Porsche again!

My family and I stopped by this dealership while we were in town from Colorado. My son has an incredible passion for exotic cars. Seeing this dealership was the top of his dream list. When we walked in, Ray and his entire team made sure they made the experience for our son something he would never forgot. Luis and the entire team made the experience simple, thorough and first class customer service. This was my first Ferrari and absolutely won t be the last from the team at Ferrari Newport Beach.

This dealer is top Class. I worked with them on a trade in on a 488 and purchase of a FF and they went over and above to make the deal work out. If you are looking for a Ferrari I would call and work with Chris.

We cannot thank the staff enough for making my son s dream come true. He is such a fan of luxury cars and told us he enjoyed looking at these cars more than going to Disneyland. We only expected to drop in for a quick peek around but they talked cars with us, invited the kids to sit in one, turned on a few engines, and even gave us a bag of swag on our way out the door. Watch this boy grow up to buy a Ferrari because of this experience. Thank you!

I ve called this place twice now to set up an appointment to go look at a vehicle I am interested in purchasing. The receptionist always tells me that the sales staff is busy and that they will call me back. I have yet to receive a call back. Shutting the door on customers before they walk in.

Being from North Dakota we don't see many Ferrari's or dealerships and this was on my son's to do list for this trip... The staff here was great and showed him around, fired up a car, gave him some brochures, and we bought some souvenirs. Great people who treated us well even though we obviously were not buying a car. If I ever do buy one, I will go out of my way to do it here. Thanks for making my son's day extra special.

My wife and i went to look at the Ferraris at this store. They asked us to wait because due to Covid we have to be shown around. Then the receptionist tells us one sales person is on a call and the other sales person is talking with the GM. I guess they are too busy to show clients around. Instead of taking care of a client who was ready to buy, the sales person and the GM decided it was better to stay in their office and talk. It s disappointing that they have such poor level of customer service.

Newport Beach Ferrari is outstanding. Jason Amador has been absolutely amazing to work with. I would highly recommend Jason - he will take really great care of you through the whole process and make sure you get the car you really want at a very fair price. The whole team there is great too, and we absolutely had a blast at the Ferrari event that they host at Mastro s in February... We re huge fans.

Brian in service assisted me with a car I was purchasing in the area. Things can tend to be stressful when completing a transaction from across the country. Especially, when more than one dealership is involved. However, his assistance with a PPI was seamless. He was extremely thorough and took time to educate me throughout the entire process. I felt as if I was right there the whole time!!!

I live on the east coast and have had the good fortune to purchase Ferraris, Aston Martins, AMG-Mercedes, and R series Audis, from numerous dealerships over the years. My recent purchase of a Ferrari from FNB was conducted entirely by internet and phone. The experience was exceptional in every single aspect of the purchase. And it was stress free and fun. Yes, that too. And no, I didn't fly to California in the middle of the Covid Dragon Virus to inspect the car. So this was a deal built completely on trust.The dealer provided detailed information of the car's conditon. Numerous photos. Videos of the interior and exterior. On the ground and on the lift videos of the vehicle. Complete visual documentation. All done without excessive inquiries. Shipping was all arranged by NBF, and the car crossed the US to Massachusetts and arrived within 8 days of the purchase papers clearing. The car arrived completed detailed. Interior. Exterior. and, yes, underneath. Outstanding.And then there was the pricing. I traded in a Ferrari as part of the deal. I know what you are thinking. What an opportunity for a haggle fest. Nope.Didn't happen. I do not have excessive funds to spare on an unfair pricing excercise. The General Manager and Ferrari sales associate proposed pricing on both the trade in and the car purchased at a far more competitive price than the other national dealers I queried when searching for the right Ferrari Pista to buy.If you don't call this folks when considering the purchase of a Ferrari, you are missing out on a great opportunity to experience a really great experience. I hand out these kind of endorsemants very rarely. These folks earned it. Bob D.
