I love coming here because they offer a quick oil change with a free hand car wash. They also have a massage chair indoors and an outdoor patio waiting area.

The guys doing my oil change were great. Even spotted a nail in my tire. However, afterward, my car was put to the side and not put through the wash for 30 min until I finally went to see what was happening. Then, I had to wait another 30. So, almost an hour and 1/2, and I had been 2nd in line at 8:03 am.

1st time here. Fair price. I specifically askee both the cashier and the attendant wiping down my car whether or not the side view mirrors had been blown out, so when I leave there aren't water streaks flying down both sides of my car. Both people said yes, but here I am with water streaks down both sides of my car. This is the biggest pet peeve I have with car washes.

I spent $200 on a full interior detailing and it seems like Armor All was just put everywhere. Even on my mats and charged $200. I ve always gone to Lyons car wash and was more than happy to pay the $200 because of other time I ve had a quick was done on my car and done better than when I spent $200. Every time I get into my car it feels like I m going to slip before even getting in the car. My windows were all smudged with what seems like whoever washed it used Armor All on my windows as well. Even while driving my foot slips because of the chemicals used on my mats make my shoes so slippery, so when I m braking and pressing on the gas my foot slips. My tire rims are not even clean properly. I understand that rush hour happens but I went as soon as they opened to not have to worry about rush hour and somehow still got a wipe down of Armor All all over my car. I really loved this place. Very disappointed.Services: Full body wash, Seat shampooing, Auto detailing, Wheel washing

Hi ,I went to this car wash shop to get my car washed today and when I got home I saw a long & deep scratch on top of my driver side mirror.So i went back and showed it to their staff.I was initially greeted by their staff Ronaldo Estrada and pointed me to his manager Jorge Perez and mentioned the issue.He said he will try to buff it out and see from there.After few seconds my car were brought back and showed me that the scratch did not went away because it was so deep and they cannot do anything else.So I asked them(Perez & Estrada) if what is your protocol when having this kind of issue and they said that there's nothing they can do because maybe it was like that when I came in and insisted that i have that way already and I explained to them that this is a brand car & I came from my house to have it washed and that was not there before and after that they sent me away, they do not even want to provide the owners contact info.I felt that I am being brushed away and does not offer any options or other means to fix this issue ,I was only offered a free car wash but that is not the answer to this problem.I came in with a brand new car and came home with a deep ugly scratch.You're staff are so rude and does not offer any help not even seeing in your camera who or what might have happened from taking in the wash bay to wiping and drying.I have a feeling that it might have happen during drying because I saw about two to three guys working on it and maybe one of the towel fell to the ground and caught a small rock or pebble that accidentally used the same towel and ended up scratching my side mirror.This is not acceptable.I will have to report this to BBB Better Business Bureau to file a complaint if no action is taken.I am a long time customer and having this people running your business has no right to be there who doesn't know how to handle a complaint properly.

Our son went to the car wash on his way to work with a guitar in a case in the car. The workers jammed the guitar case in the back seat and broke the guitar. I called the manager, who told me our son should have read the signs that supposedly say to remove personal belongings. I said that might be true, but his workers should have told my son to remove the guitar case before they jammed it into the seat and breaking it (which would have to be done pretty hard to break the guitar). The manager was unwilling to do anything about it. Careless workers and very poor customer service. Will not go here again.

I like this car wash. They leave your car very clean. My car was so so dirty . They left it very clean. Very nice place. Very nice people. I will come back again.

This is my spot for Oil Changes and car washes. I have veen going to Lyons Auto spa probably for over 20 years and have trusted them with every car I have owned in that time.These are honest good people and the 100% deserve your business.Make sure to tip you car wash guy. Don't be cheap they work hard and live off your generosity.

Being a Tuesday afternoon, I drove right up and my car was taken immediately. When it came out, the attendant did a very good job. I was in and out in 20 minutes.

I have a lot of time to change the oil in my cars in this place once I paid for the synthetic oil and they put me in the regular oil they said they couldn't do anything else and then I bought a charger that didn't work for my car and they didn't want to change it because everyone his sales are final and the manager said that I was always the one with the problem.

I have yet to receive an oil change, however, this is my go to spot for deep cleaning our vehicles. They do an incredible job, no matter how difficult the wash. Check your Tuesday mail as they always send out fliers with coupons. Staff are very friendly and do not pressure you with up sales. This place is amazing in what they do and I will be returning monthly.

Their workers are nice but at times they RUSH doing the drying of cars to the point that they don't do their job pretty well... Inside of car not even vacuumed nor at least wiped w/ clean cloth to remove dirt... Cleaning & drying just for the heck of it! Doesn't even put stuffs in the car where they belong but merely leave them there! How rude can they be?!?!?

I stop in here for exterior washes all the time. They're usually pretty fast. Current price is 8 bucks. Includes Hand Dry . Their work even on the exterior wash only is pretty good. But I have found caked-on bugs and wheel grime that they could have done better.

This was my first time at this car wash in several years. I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service and the detail taken while washing my vehicle. In addition when I drove away there was no water seeping out of my side view mirrors and no water streaks on my doors. I will be back even though this establishment is out of my way.

So, what possesses me to drive 15 miles away to get a Car Wash?!?! I mean I've got at least a dozen or more car washes closer than Lyons Auto Spa. I'll tell ya why. It's All About Customer Service. In addition I don't get a half a$$ job on my prized baby when I bring her here. In fact after leaving Most car washes, I keep a chamois cloth in my trunk, because I have to wipe the car down After they've already done their job. I am always pleasantly surprised when I leave Lyons Auto Spa, because when I do pull over a few miles away, there is NOTHING to wipe up. They've Done Their Job and Do It Well!!So good in fact I purchased their book of 10 washes. I'll ALWAYS drive out of my way to visit Lyons Auto Spa. After my car was washed, I noticed Abel (the manager) getting his hands dirty with the rest of them and wiping down cars left and right. I know some managers out there who could learn a Lesson or Two from Abel. You sir, are the reason for Your Success!! Keep up the good work, my friend. I'll see ya next week (after our next Rain Storm).

I come here regularly to get my car watched. They do a wonderful job. Most of the time. There are a couple of employees who are very lackluster with their detail and I end up driving away with a still wet and dripping vehicle. But for the most part, from The woman Inside at the register to the hard-working employees toiling in the sun to driver vehicles, I can't recommend a place more Ben Lyons Auto Spa. It also helps that they do have a loyalty rewards ticket system

I've been very happy coming to this car wash for many years, something must have changed. Went to get my super muddy truck washed and was charged $10 extra the total of $23.99 which I thought was fair, topped it off with a $5 tip. Next day my daughter went with her equally muddy little RAV4 and was quoted $40, so she passed and left. So, ladies be aware of overcharging.

Best place to get an oil change. Love getting a free car wash when I go to get my oil change done. It has such a cute and friendly atmosphere. Plus it's been down here forever. Well established and good service what more could you want.

Not particularly happy that a bottle of my spray wax I left in my car got emptied out by one of their associates. I understand that time s harsh right now but this is very unprofessional. They did a good job washing the car but I won t be back again.

Velasquez is 100% great. Daniel does 100% good job. Miriam is a nice lady. I'll never go to Valencia Car Wash they don't do a good job cleaning your car and they take you for granted.

Every time I come here they break something!!!!I just was there to have my car detailed. I am planning on selling it in a few months. They completely broke the handle/ash tray door on the front console. They are very rough on interior. They smashed the air conditioning screen so hard that it now is glitched. There is a crack in the mahogany wood as well.Do not bring your car here unless you don't care if it's trashed.
