Silmi Auto Sales located in 6347 Thornton Ave, Newark, CA 94560, Ehab runs the business from last few years, who has depth knowledge in this business which helps the clients to finalize the good deals. He is customer focused and responsible, offers the complete set of documents, which ease the process of purchase. He offers the great value to the car. He also helped completing all the registration and DMV documentation which adds value as his services. I would recomand him to anyone who wish to purchase car.

Silmi is a genuine, wonderful kind man. Our English was not good and he corrected me when we overcalculated the price. Really be honest with others. So, when we were still hesitant, we finally decided to buy his car without any hesitation. He also provided us with a lot of extra help and delayed the party and dinner without complaining. Needed a safe suv for my son ASAP as he was starting college away. We called Silmi auto sales Sunday morning as we saw an Audi Q5 we are very interested in, the owner came in on his day off, allowed us to test drive the car and gave us maintenance records on the vehicle. He also pointed out himself that there was a faulty sensor that needed repair but because the car had just reached a lot and we were the first people to see it. He offered to have it fixed at my personal mechanic or give us a discount on the car. We chose to have it fixed and it took about 3 days and my son is now driving his new car and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. Really happy with our purchase and truly appreciated the honesty and integrity, will definitely be back. Looking forward to doing business with them

Bought my first car from here. Business owner Ihab was helpful and informative about the Audi i bought. Very straight forward and honest about the car. Gave a comfortable setting. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I came across a MBZ E 350 on Facebook. We communicated on messenger and got the impression that this person is trying to sell his car. Once I drove from San Jose, I got turned off that this is a dealership.Waited for him to come and his approach changed my mentality immediately. Ihab was kind, courteous, professional, and straight forward. I Asked many questions on the car and all were answered correctly with proof of maintenance and The carfax. I was leaning on not getting the car but the way I got treated was beyond belief. Never at a dealership I was so relaxed and not pressured to purchase. We agreed on a price and within 20 minutes everything was done and there were no additional items to purchase at signing. I have purchased over 18 cars within the last 40 years and this experience tops it all. If I ever want to purchase a car again, he is the only one that I can trust to get my business. Great job sir and very appreciative on being so patience with me. Too bad there are no stars after 5, he would get 10 from me.

I came out to the Fremont area looking for a car desperately to commute to work. When I reached out to Silmi Auto Sales about a Chrysler I was interested in, I felt like I was dealing with a family member who was trying to give me a great deal with full transparency and communication. I saw other beautiful cars on the lot that caught my eye too but this Chrysler was it for me. It was exactly as advertised so I didn't waste my time like I did with all these other dealerships. Hands down the best car purchase I've ever dealt with. No pressure and no hassle. Most of these car salesmen just want to make a quick buck off of you and get a car off their lot. Even with this economy, Ihab was honest with me and gave me a very fair price. I recommend all my family and friends to check out Silmi Auto Sales. I bought a 2006 Mercedes S350 from Silmi auto sales a couple of months ago and this car is in excellent condition ,everything he said about the car was true, no sales pitches trying to convince me and the price was excellent considering all the other cars I saw before buying this one. Ihab went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisifed even after the car was sold following up with paperwork , not only would I buy another car from Silmi but I will also recommend everyone to go purchase a vehicle from there, Honest and professional ,great car and great customer service

We bought a 2012 Audi Q5 recently from this seller. The car was in awesome shape and we were able to obtain it at an affordable price. He's very easy to deal with and straightforward. We look forward to working with him again in the future.

I walked in the other day and purchased a 2009 bmw 328i for a great deal! I couldn t find any other dealer or Craigslist ad that can beat that deal. The gentleman was very honest and told me everything about the car. I wish I can give more than 5 stars. would recommend to anyone looking for a car. This guy will go beyond the line to help you find what you need. Thanks for being patient. Will come back for another car some day!
