I've an excellent experience with Giant Bull shop! They go above and beyond to perform work on my Tesla. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, honest and show genuine care towards their customers. They will tell you exactly what needs to be done and more importantly what doesn't with dedication to safety of their customers. Plus they are really well services. Price was very reasonable and work was done quick.I will return anytime I have a issue with my cars. Highly recommend!

My car got super messed up when I put chains on my front wheels when it was snowing in Tahoe. I took it in to get fixed and Daniel was incredibly helpful and got everything sorted out with my insurance. I got my car back after and it looks brand new. Definitely coming back next time. A+ service.

I must highly recommend this place to everyone. The owner has a golden heart as a businessman, he is honest, genuine, morality and very very reliable. His team is beyond professional, they give the best service with very acceptable price. Also, its service is always in time with great efficiency.You won't go wrong with them. I recently had my car serviced at Giant Bull in Fremont and had a really good experience. The quality of work was top-notch, and I was completely satisfied with the repairs done on my vehicle. I had my Acura RDX serviced at Giant Bull about a month ago for the timing belt change and other miscellaneous repairs. The service provided by Giant Bull was very professional (detailed check and effective communications) and efficient (6-hour for the repair) at a reasonable price. The repair shop is spacious and clean. The team is very friendly as well.Overall, I am completely satisfied with the service. I will return anytime if I have problems with my cars. Highly recommended!

Service was top notch. It was quick and easy, anything you need they will take care of you. Great hospitality great service and customer service, I felt like family. I will definitely come back to them even though I live in San Jose I will do the commute because it s worth it. I definitely recommend and Daniel is absolutely the most caring and professionals individual you will ever meet !

Excellent job and extremely good communications and follow ups. Regular sent me lastest updates with photos, all the interactions with insurance were also taken care by them. Uncle Daniel painted all my cars, helped us through many car body issues. Good hard working guy. Very humble shop, I seen him build his body shop from the ground up, and they do car alignments good.

It s my 3rd time here, which is always satisfying. This time, I changed my four wheels and did the alignment at the same time. The store owner explained everything in advance, including the cost estimate. They completed the service quite fast and gave a detailed description of what has been done as the screenshot, which is transparent and clear.

This is a really nice auto repair shop that provides quality, professional and good service!I have an old Jeep car and my car's check engine light was on. The OBD-II codes (I got from another shop before) showed there are EVAP system leak issues. They pointed out the root cause of the issues and fixed them by replacing key parts in the EVAP. They do amazing jobs! And the price is reasonable.The owner of the shop is a very nice and friendly person. Hardworking and considerate! During my car repair, I took 4 Uber trips that costed me $120+. To compensate the Uber cost, the owner performed the smog check for free for me. Many thanks!I would highly recommend this place to my friends!

Daniel and his team are very reliable & trustworthy 100% , there was a lack of communication through my insurance but Daniel was able to take care of things on his end and helped a worrying customer. My car now looks brand new even more than when I first purchased my vehicle! I can t thank these guys enough for being so reliable and understanding . honest great hard workers! This is a wonderful place with friendly service and excellent work! It has everything you need and they do amazing job try to do outstanding job to make the car clean and shine after it is done. A couple times I went to some places and they want to charge me over $2k of work but this owner said it is not needed. Super honest and hardworking people service the work.
