I reached out to inquire about purchasing a vehicle from this company, and unfortunately, my experience was highly disappointing. Regrettably, I encountered misleading information regarding the pricing, undisclosed fees, and even the availability of the car in question. It appears that they list cars for sale without actually having them in their possession, and the prices are seemingly unrealistic, possibly designed to attract attention rather than reflecting actual selling prices.Moreover, when I confronted them about these discrepancies and inconsistencies, I was met with unprofessionalism as they chose to hang up on me instead of addressing my concerns. It's disheartening to encounter such practices, and I would strongly advise others to exercise caution when considering this company for any transactions. My recommendation is to steer clear of this establishment to avoid potential frustration and disappointment.

Well unlike some of the other dealers Faceautos does not negotiate pricing. You d have better luck elsewhere if you re trying to save.

Jimmy is super rude. As soon as you tell him there s something wrong with a car he s your enemy. It s like he was upset for getting caught. My dads a mechanic so he came with me. There was something wrong with the car and we told them to please fix it. We returned the weekend after b/c he said he fixed it so we test drove it and it was actually NOT fixed, so we wondered what he did fix and the fact that if we would ve bought the car there would ve been more problems. We were very upset so we called an family member who works in the car industry gave them the vin number to see how much we should offer, he also said that most of the cars he has he probably bought from an auction kinda fixed them up and is selling them to innocent people who know little to nothing about cars. So When we tried offering him a lower price for the car since we would have to end up fixing it on our end he said no and basically kicked us out.

We bought a car from Jimmy today and the experience was great. It was smooth and we got a great deal. I've bought a lot of cars in the last 20 years from dealers and private owners and this was the best experience so far. No hidden agenda just straight business. Very happy with the service and the car.

I purchased a PT Cruiser from Jimmy sight unseen. The pictures were good and honest, he helped get everything done as promised, the entire transaction could not have gone smoother. I have the car and paperwork all in my possession in less than a week across the country.

The elevator is in the back of the building!Not every auto sales needs to be some slimy guy in a car lot. The location seems peculiar, but the business is very straight forward with what you are getting. That said, do not expect to haggle. This is an As-Is little dealership, and they run pretty lean.I couldn't drive away with the vehicle I went to see because a repair part arrived late, but they brought the car up to me in Concord. I am disabled, so the drive was very long for me, and I am grateful they were willing to take that extra step to make up for the hiccup!

Buying a car from Faceautos was pretty straight forward and they have better inventory compared to the other used car dealers I looked at. Getting Car Fax report is free and super easy, they texted me the link to the report before I even looked at the car. Theresa was friendly and accomodating when I did the test drive. Finalizing the purchase was quick and professionally done, perhaps because Jimmy has decades of experience owning and managing car dealership prior to Faceautos. They even fixed the power window motor of my car within a week of the after sale. Overall a positive experience buying and driving my Nissan Versa from this dealership and I highly recommend.

The person who received us was very nice. She waited for us late so we could see the car. We could try it as long as we wanted. In fact, we had several cars in sight, but you have to warn in advance because he only leaves his garage with the cars that you select in advance.We made the deal. The person took care of all the paperwork for the DMV: perfect.To return home, we took the highway. And then I felt a vibration in the steering wheel. I didn't try the car on the freeway: when you bought a car to a dealer, you trust him (you pay the service for that, isnt' it?) I took it to a mechanic to have it checked, and the surprise, right rear wheel bent, "don't drive this car, it's dangerous". The rear shock absorbers also had to be replaced immediately.When you go through a dealer, you expect the car to be checked, and not to come across problems like this. The control, the change of the wheel cost us $800.I contacted the dealer, and he said "come on, my mechanic will take care of it". But we live 70 miles away, and it had to be done before the sale.Finally, we received a notification from the DMV: in fact, the car should have changed registration more than 4 months ago. the DMV reported it to the Dealer, who just ignored the notification. So we finally had to go back to the DMV to get the new plate.So, I would recommend the person, very nice, but pay attention to what you buy, you have no warranty.

I had a great experience with Faceautos. I just got a great car.I wasn t sure if the car was good or not because I don t understand anything about it so I bought the car to my mechanic and I had great news. My mechanic said that the car I just bought from Faceautos it was in great condition. I m really happy with my new car now and thankful for finding this place. Thank you so much!

I no feel they care when you call for the car . I try calling the place three times this Asian man an accent is so rude. I applied for a loan I took a down payment. I have the Money for a car I wanted. He is rude . I asked if I can have a Spanish speaker he said no one is available. I feel you no care for customer who wanna buy off of you terrible service. All he says yes sure whatever. Worst place for customer service no one cares to answer me. I can take my money somewhere else where .

I recently purchased a car from Faceautos from across the country and had it shipped to me. It was a rare spec vehicle with service history that was in great condition. Jimmy was very helpful in answering my questions and even took the car to an independent shop for a pre-purchase inspection at my request, which I paid for. Having never bought a car this way before and considering the risks involved, I can only say good things about this dealer.

I bought a 2005 Acura RL on 12/16/2022 with 141,000 miles on it but my issue was that he didn't disclose that the car had bad motor mounts which needed replaced immediately. I do advise here is bring a personal mechanic with you to check out the car and remember buyer beware! Honesty is lost in business these days!

Bought an 03 eclipse through faceautos. I would recommend this dealer to anyone. Appointments were made fast and the owner even offers same as cash where you pay monthly installments without interest. I just received the title after paying off the rest of my car. The reason I m giving a 4 instead of a 5 star is because I felt the process could have been explained a little more clearly. It was the first time I bought a car through a used dealer (usually buy mine through private sellers). It would have been helpful if the documents were explained fully and not rushed through. Everything checked out in the end and the car works great!
