literally will not let anyone else touch my car. They provide boutique level service for great rates - best in the region by FAR. Took care of a monstrous oil leak for me this week, handled with extreme expertise. Bryant goes above and beyond the actual job itself to make sure everything is clean, seals O rings and bolts are fresh, and keeps you updated the whole way through. As a new bmw enthusiast, I couldn't ask for a better mechanic.

Took my e36 m3 in for a diff replacement and also a run though of some work my friend and I (both amateurs) had done. Bryan and Jerico are both fantastic to work with. Their attention to detail, along with the customer service they offered was truly exceptional. Jerico went above and beyond to check my car and torque bolts to the manufacturer spec. He even sent me pictures while performing the work. Now that s customer service!Super happy to have found this shop, these guys are genuine car enthusiasts and are reasonable too.. Will be my go-to shop moving forward. Thanks again for the honest work, guys! The community needs more shops like this.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Took my f10 M5 for an AC inspection, and oil change. Gotta say, this is the best shop I've taken my BMW from 5 years of ownership. Great customer service and fair pricing for quality work.

Took my 2009 750 Li here. After taking my car to several mechanics including dealership too, I was happy to have found an Auto Shop near home with good reviews. Got Transmission & Radiator fixed here. They did a good job. They were honest & very upfront. Would recommend to other BMW owners to bring their cars here. Bryan & Jeriko are very knowledgeable. Keep up the good job!

Bryant helped me with an oil leak and clunking diagnostic for my 2005 325i. He provided a comprehensive inspection, including pictures and videos of the problem areas. Communication was excellent and I saved a ton over what Fremont BMW wanted to charge for the same services. They even went above and beyond and recommended the parts I had thought were bad were actually in decent condition, thus saving me additional money. I'll be back with my next BMW!

By far the best place to get any work done on your BMW. With my busy schedule I'm always concerned about getting taken advantage of when it comes to car issues.Bryant and Jeriko are very honest, and knowledgeable they will go above and beyond to make things right in a timely manner. Usually i don't write reviews unless i have bad experiences . But with Bryko motors i have to tell Jerriko and Bryan are amazing people, professional and understands the pain of customers. They charge the price on the repairs that you think you feel is reasonable, i have been to many auto repair shops and i felt i got cheated or misled or overcharged . But Bryko is the place where i feel i can go in and walk out with happy face. My full stars :) to Bryko motors

I took my 2008 135i to a local dealership because there was oil leaking onto the front of the engine. They found failed oil filter housing gaskets, but also a crack in the valve cover and an oil leak at the oil pan. The quote was massively expensive, to say the least. Before committing, I decided to check out Bryko after reading all of the reviews online. Their shop is really clean and they use all OEM BMW parts. Bryant and Jeriko are knowledgeable, professional, and just plain nice guys; they have dealership experience and are factory trained. I can't think of any reason to visit the dealership, as they have all the credentials and offer a much better price. They replaced my valve cover and oil filter housing gaskets in no time, and even detailed my engine bay! They showed me how minor the oil pan leak was and told me we could just monitor it; the sign of a truly honest business.I'm more than happy with the service Bryant and Jeriko provided me and the absurd amount of money I saved. Without a doubt I'll be using them from here on.

2010 BMW 535i would not start before work. I had car taken to my regular shop. It needed a starter. The quote I recieved seemed a little expensive so I called around. Looked this place up because its less than a mile from my house. They are BMW certified mechanics and found an appointment for me the next day. Excellent customer service and price. I have recommended them to my family members who also own BMWs.

My 2007 750Li developed a big coolant leak after it was rear ended on the freeway a few months ago. It spent over a month in a body shop in Fremont and came back looking better than it ever has. Unfortunately, it had no coolant when I got it back. Not wanting to take it back to that body shop for missing this issue, I called BRYKO up to have them diagnose the problem. They immediately found that the coolant expansion tank was cracked at the mount and promptly replaced it.About one year prior to the accident and the subsequent coolant leak, my car developed a very annoying rough idle/misfire when starting and under heavy loads like launching off the line. I personally replaced all the coil packs, spark plugs, air filters, and the main intake manifold boot- and the issue improved but still never fully went away. I asked BRYKO to see if they could diagnose the issue. They checked for any vacuum leaks, disconnected and reconnected all the major sensors on the engine, smoke tested the car to see if it could be related to the dreaded valve seal issue that these older BMW V8's are notorious for. No leaks and no smoke were found. The connections were all good, and lo and behold the issue just went away. After all that work, they could not reproduce the issue- and I am ecstatic to report that I have not been able to reproduce the misfire issue a week later. Because they could not find the real reason for the misfire/rough idle, they did not charge me for all that diagnostic work- even though the issue was resolved. That is amazingly honest customer service right there.Since I rarely drive the car, I asked them if they saw anything else critical that needed immediate attention- and they recommended that I fix a transmission leak that they found. You can live with little oil leaks from the engine because you can always add more oil, but you absolutely cannot let transmission leaks go- so I gave them the green light. They found that the plug adapter sleeve and pan were both leaking, so they replaced both without any issues. Done deal. The car shifts smoother than it ever has, so I am an extremely happy customer.With the coolant leak, misfire issue and transmission leak addressed, you may be saying to yourself that these types of jobs are not anything special. Any reputable BMW servicer can perform these types jobs, so where do I get off giving them 5 stars? Over the last 20 years, I have mainly taken my BMW's to two of the highest rated shops in the Bay Area: Bavarian Professionals in Berkeley and MotorSpeed West in San Jose. I can say first hand that the quality of BRYKO's work is on par with both of these fine establishments, BRYKO's prices are more affordable, and they are located only a few miles from my house in Union City. No more driving to Berkeley or San Jose at night for late drop offs. The convenience factor coupled with Bryant and Jeriko s excellent customer service skills earns BRYKO 5 stars in my book. They have a customer for life!

Great customer service and able to fit me on a Saturday afternoon. I needed a recently change battery registered and the shop I bought it from couldn't do it. I called Jeriko and he was honest and half the price of the other battery place in Dublin. Call before you go and these guys will help you out. Thanks again Bryant and Jeriko!
