Hands down best customer service and FREE flat tire service!I had a slow leak in my tire, until finally one day it flattened completely. Forced to take my car in, I was dreading the long wait and huge bill to come. To my surprise, I experienced the total opposite and got my car fixed very quickly and the flat tire service was FREE. The guys at the front are super friendly and happy to help. The mechanic is a boss and she was able to fix up my car with a quickness, along with a huge line of others.I have other work I need done on my car and I know where I ll be taking it in for additional services!

Great service, always timely, and flexible.I do (almost) all my own car work, and I go to these guys (and only these guys) for my tires. Been going to this location for years and the team has always done good work. The tires I need are pretty unique, and they've repaired tires that I've thought were beyond saving. Jonathan at the front desk makes it easy to get in the shop, and the mechanics make sure you are informed about your vehicle and safe on the road.

I have to say if my car was going to break down while I was on vacation, I m glad I had it towed to Big Brand Tires. Alex was great at communicating in detail what the problem was & keeping me updated regarding car repair. I know Alex was busy behind the scenes to get my car up & running as soon as possible. I felt at ease & confident in their diagnosis & work being done by them, They made an unpleasant situation better. Friends who live locally recommended them. From personal experience, I can recommend them too.

Really great friendly service, You can t beat a free tire rotation! And open on Saturdays too.I will definitely be back when it s time for my next scheduled maintenance.

Highly recommend! Used a chat box online, got tires delivered to store & scheduled. The local store called me a week before my appointment because the tires shipped there so quickly! Recommended to my brother and he got his shipped to the store just a few days later. Great customer service at the local branch too!

This place was great, I walked in no appointment and they helped figure out a leak in my tire and fixed it for free! Very helpful and considerate staff I ll be back for tires in the future.

Have used this business for both tire replacement and AC work. Both done quickly and very professional. I just recently had battery replaced and they made it painless except for my wallet being lighter. That's the price you to own a vehicle though. Highly recommended!

These guys are as professional as it gets. Every time I take my vehicles in I always feel safe. There s this reoccurring feeling with a number of other places in my life that makes me feel unsafe with what may happen or could happen to my vehicles. Thanks Big brand!

Big Brand in Nevada City and Grass Valley are both great stores. They have super friendly staff and great products. That's the only place I'll go for my car services.

Still had the original battery on my 2015 Ford F150, which finally failed. Had to jump my truck early this morning, and just kept it running until I got to Plaza tire. They confirmed that they had the right battery, and took care of me on the spot! Great service, great people!!

I was in a bind when I got a flat on a Saturday & needed it fixed right away. Service was friendly, efficient, and quick. Next time I need tires this is where I ll be going! Highly recommend!

My wife went in for a tire rotation and brake check. Everything was done promptly and profesionally. When she went to leave, the truck had been parked close to a sign and she busted the passenger side mirror getting out of the parking space. These folks told her, no problem we ll get it fixed. They ordered a new mirror, contacted us when it was in and installed it at no charge. Thank you very much! Great service and very much appreciated!

I won't do business here again. They do not fix what they break. 3 out of 4 tire pressure sensors do not run out of battery all at once during the same tire change.
