Had Malachi (The Kid) come out to assist one of our drivers. He arrived within the hour that was given at the time service was requested. He promptly helped our driver get back on the road. The rate was fair and service was prompt. We appreciated his help and kindness!

They saved our tails!! Fixed a broken off rearview mirror on our motorhome. Temporary fix got us back on the road again in no time! Thanks to Matt. We believe that was his name. You are awesome! Thank you! Highly recommend.

By far the worst experience. Driver ran out of fuel and they showed up and put 50 gallons of fuel. They charged 8 per gallon. 500 callout and three hours of labor when the guy only worked an hour and a half. Total charge was 1225.00 They didn't even get the truck on and were asking to tow it to their yard. They are some crooks and everyone in the area apparently knows them for it. I had another mechanic shop go out there and got my truck running in under an hour for $350. No tow was ever needed. Save your money. Call someone else.

If I could give a Zero I would...Worst ever.. don't waist your time dealing with these clowns..get your vehicle towed somewhere else where there are true certified mechanics... like ASAP Diesel repair 1 hour down the road.. and thanks so much for stripping out one of my filter housing bolts and not telling me.. And the screw was missing the other shop said.. So much for BEING Called honest Johns!!!!!! SMMFH

They fixed my valve cover gaskets for me they were extremely reasonable they were more reasonable than anyone in Fort Mohave or needles they did the job quickly efficiently they're friendly to respectful they work on everything semis cars trucks RVs you can't go wrong is there a Mobile Mechanic they'll come to you really you can't go wrong using them

Where do I begin, this place saved my whole family today! My husband and I, and our three kids, ages 6,1, and 5 months old, and our two dogs started traveling Tuesday evening from SC set out for our family in Los Angeles. After what had already been a rough trip, soon as we was 9 miles from California state line coming on 40 west in Arizona our car lost power. It went into engine fail safe mode and just wouldn't go. We immediately panicked not knowing what we was going to do, we could afford a tow or anything like that. John didn't question anything when he answered the phone he immediately said he was coming even when I said I had no money but I had my kids with me. He showed up promptly and tried his best to diagnose my car problems. With a bad obd port he could not get the codes to read. He made a call to Brothers Towing in bill head city and was able to get our truck towed at a very affordable price for my family considering our situation already. Then here's the next part, this guy went above and beyond and hooked up our 4x8 U-Haul trailer to his truck and lodes my whole family car seats and dogs and diaper bags into his truck and brought us to his shop in Needles California. The whole time with a positive attitude and a very outgoing energy. Even leaving us with words of positivity, because he knew we was stressed. Thank you John!

Had a flat out in Needles near midnight.Called a few times and did not get a voice response. Did get an initial text back, but literally couple hours delayed response.Definitely not a place for CARS even though it shows up on "tire repair".

John went over and above to get our rig off the side of the road. We lost a wheel on our way back from a trip (all 8 lug bolts sheared off). After exhaustive and unsuccessful tries with our roadside assistance company to get towed, John came out late and helped get us to a safe place until repairs could be made. He also was true to his word and made the permanent repair as soon as he was able. I would definitely recommend Honest John's service to anyone needing roadside service.

John was extremely helpful when we rolled into town with a blown hose resulting in 115degree heat. He tracked down a part for us in Las Vegas, helped us find a rental vehicle for us to go get the part, replaced the hose the next morning and had us on our way within under 24 hours.

We were pulling our toy hauler and lost an entire tire. We pulled into a rv parks for the evening. I called Honest John s number.He came out to where we were parked and assessed the problem. We needed a new hub, bolts and cap. He ran around gathering all the parts and put our spare tire on just before dusk. He stayed on the job until it was completed. I was given a price for several hundred dollars more for just towing., than John charged for all his work ..Thanks again.

Never again, I requested a price for a cooling hose part delivered and one gallon of antifreeze 470.00 ok no big deal, I was in the rest area about 45 m away. By the time they brought it to me they charge me 870.00 , they also had a trip going the way to fix a different truck so it wasn't a trip special for me .ty. yes sr we spoke on the phone you said we won't charge you for going back to get the part that Freightliner gave you as a wrong part, how was that my fault? And why should you try charging me for, when you have the Vin # from my truck . Anyway have a wonderful day. I' I'm lol

Honest John has an accurate name. Upon breaking down on I40 late in the evening, we texted John our situation. He responded almost instantly, and indicated he would meet us at our campground early the next morning. Upon arrival, he quickly diagnosed the problem, called around for the parts, and drove 2 hours to acquire the parts instead of waiting 2 days for them to arrive locally. Parts in hand, John quickly repaired the issue and got us back on our way. His rates were very reasonable and he went above and beyond to get us back on the road again 10/10 would definitely recommend. Thanks Honest John!

Excellent service. John and Matt genuinely care about their customer/ driver needs and do everything possible to get you on the road.A driver backed into semi truck and did extensive damage. I would have been stuck on the road for entire Christmas week if it wasn t for this shop and extra effort they made to get me out of freeway, get it into shop and worked through the night just to get me back on the road . Thank you so much..they also have space for your trailer.If you need assistance with your truck, Rv or car, this is the place to bring it. Came in to see about dropping off a uhaul that was to be returned to Ontario ca, the engine light turned on and the cab smelled of gasoline (my 75 yr old mother was driving, she insisted) John immediately looked at it and deemed it unsafe. He took the time out to call corporate and the ontario office kept the truck to repair it n somehow my mother did not have to pay extra fees. Thank you so much for investing your time in us. Way over priced !! They had me sitting there for 4 days just for them to replace an Air compressor line . After driving 100 miles, my truck broke down again because they didn t tighten the Compressor line. They don t answer calls when they know you won t be able to move and take care of others while you sit at their Shop. NOT So Honest and Unprofessional.

Called John for roadside repair, mechanic came out first thing in the morning diagnosed the problem but did not have the part. gave me the name and number of a competitor shop who could help me and did not charge me for the service call. Amazing, Honest, friendly service from this company.Thanks John and Mathew

John helped me with my RAM in a pinch. Autozone tested my battery, alternator, starter and tried to sell me the whole store. John came out and determined all I needed was a battery. I was able to return the expensive (and wrong) alternator they told me I need. Thanks John! Cost me $75 for 30-60 minutes of his time. Totally worth it to feel safe driving through the desert

I had a tire blow out and it took the exhaust out and bent the rear shock. It took some wiring out with it. With Jon s speedy actions he was there when he said he was going to be . I explained the situation and what had happened. He grabbed the parts needed and fixed everything on the side of the hwy. he got me going to my final destination fast !!! I highly recommend stopping by here if you are having trouble with your truck. No one will work harder to find your issue than Matt will. My issue was related to sensors and engine overheating. Was on my way to lake Havasu my truck started overheating on the 40 pulled over in that heat confused so I looked up a mobile mechanic and I found honest john he took about 45min to get to me. Turned out it was a hose he fixed and I was on my way. Great service would highly recommend if your broken down it that area
