Johnny. Or rather my hero. This man, I fail to find adequate words to describe how amazing he is. I stopped in for gas before heading to Bakersfield. I was pulling out and he stopped me ever so politely to tell me I need to check my tire pressure. Don't think I'm dumb but I do not know how to and asked if he minded helping. Well low and behold my tires were worn to the threads! They were on the verge of a blow out. I'm not even joking. I have been traveling from Kentucky acrossed the US and before I left had a trip check and was given the okay. This man saw from about 20ft away I had a bulge in my tire. He saved me and my dogs from what could have been a life threatening accident or worse. These folks are absolutely the best. I did not catch the name of the woman inside of shell but she let me hang out with my service animals and gave us some water while we waited. I replaced all 4 tires because they were all just not great. Johnny checked my fluids and within a couple hours we were off. This man did me an absolute solid and I can not thank him and the entire crew enough. Stop in and just have your vehicle checked. Be safe. And keep an eye on your tires. Thank you Johnny from the bottom of my heart you are a blessing.

Thank you Johnny for being our road angel!! I would highly recommend eastside service center!!! We pulled up to get fuel and Johnny noticed something wrong with our 5th wheel and it was a very serious problem.. he saved us from a potentially very bad situation later on the road!! Everyone was friendly, kind, and inviting. Thank you all for taking such great care of us!! Here s your feather Johnny you deserve it!!

Stopped for fuel here and Johny noticed an issue with my horse trailer tires. After he showed me the issue they recommended new tires. I think he may have saved us from a bad blowout. Johny, Jason and Tanner worked quickly to replace the necessary tires on a fully loaded 4 horse trailer and managed to get us back on the road as quickly as possible. We are so grateful for their expertise and help. Highly recommend this establishment.

I give East Side Service Center a score of 10. I had a shredded tire on a Sunday in a Corvette. Eastside was the only place around that was open. They made an attempt to locate tires on Sunday but with no one being opened, it was hard to do so I stayed in a hotel down the street. My tires came in on Monday morning they installed balanced, and I was on my way, the attached convenience store set me up with a chair so I could sit and wait inside where it was cool. Special note. They also had the best gift shop of route 66 memorabilia that I had seen in a long time.Ralph, His brother and the whole team were courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable.Thank you, all for getting me home safelyJanet C

cleanest restroom i ve ever been in. 11/10 recommend. definitely made my 2800 mile trip across the country so so so much better. comfortable, kind, courteous.

They were super nice respectful and got to the problem right away I had an over heating problem and they were Able to help. Place is clean fast and tries to get it done asap they were very helpful and acknowledge why it happened and what I should do next time if such thing was to happen again still think I was a little up charged for just a radiator cap and some coolant but I understand being a outta Towner and them being one of the only ones open after Christmas which makes sense but I don t think a radiator cap and coolant isnt almost 400 dollars but in all would highly recommend them they will get the job done and get you back on the road all around a really good shop that s willing to help customers

Luckily i was referred here for auto repairs after a breakdown. Jason runs a nice place here. frendly folk. My mechanic Daniel knows is stuff. Even worked very late to get us back on the road. There's angels all arounds us. I would recommend this place for sure! Thanks y'all!

Had a leak in the front tire - pulled in to see if they had time to fix and Jason worked on it right away. Turned out to be a leaking valve stem which was the last place I would have looked. Quick, professional, and friendly service. Thanks, Jason!

After breaking down due to a bad battery and alternator, we were left stranded on the needle highway. East Side Service Center got us back on the road in less than a few hours, all while being communicative and accommodating for us. Daniel especially was a wonderful help and went out of his way for us. I 100% recommend these folks, wonderful service and efficiency!

This women s bathroom was such a pleasant surprise because it was so clean. We re headed from Havasu to Vegas and we never expected this truck stop on the side of the road to be clean and well kept but it s pretty much spotless!

Broke down in the middle of nowhere. Eastside towing saved the day. They sent Rudy for roadside assistance . He figured out the issue. Bypassed the solenoid and got me going for 380 dollars the same day. AAA advised the tow would be over 2500.00. Drove the class A diesel home. Thanks East Side dispatch, glad I called you.

Our truck broke down. Issue with the differential. The repair that would have cost tops $3k they wanted to charge $7700. This is a typical ripoff place for over the road broken trucks. We decided to tow the truck to the other place of course but we ended up paying $1600 for their labor taking off differential and diagnosing the problem. It took them 6 hours of labor to take differential off where regular shops do it for 3 hours. Anyways, this is the place to avoid

Phenomenal job, Daniel was helping us out after be broke down at the side of I-40 at around 12AM. Once we got to a hotel, they took our car to their shop that morning on a Sunday. No other place was open, and we were on such a big time crunch. He even drove 60 miles and back to get an alternater for our car just to get us back on the road. Helped us so much, even wishing me well in my upcoming role in my musical. Life savers, and very kind.

All I can say is,like, wow! My wife and I were off on the side of the road with a highly secure shipment, and they quickly and efficiently diagnosed and fixed our problem without delay! Thank you, Jason!!!

Driving back to California from a Christmas visit in Arizona, suddenly an exhaust heat shield rattled loose with a tremendous noise from the engine area of my car. I pulled off of the Interstate at the first available exit in Needles to check it out, and found East Side Service Center right off the highway. Staff members greeted me, checked out the situation, and determined that they would be able to offer a fix as it was likely just some hardware that fell off. After a 20-minute delay, they wished me a safe journey and happy new year -- without charging a cent for the fix. I was tremendously relieved to have the issue fixed, and to have found such traveler-friendly service many, many miles from home. Keep these guys in mind when traveling through Needles, CA.

My alternator seized up driving through on 40 E. Towed my vehicle here & these guys we able to replace it and have me back on the road in a few hours. Highly recommend & received great service.

This place scammed my elderly mother. Someone approached her as she was pumping gas and said her tire was bald. The tires were only a few thousand miles old. They talked her into having the tire changed for around $900, and this was a Toyota Camry tire, which at the most would be $100-$200, even at high retail price. I contacted the shop when she made it to my house and tried to speak to them about it and they laughed and hung up on me. Seems like they run this sort of scam and prey on people who are vulnerable at the gas station. Pretty deplorable.

Hi my name is Arturo I m a truck driver for a company out of Bakersfield ca. I was traveling west to LA on a Sunday morning when the radiator blew out at the top of the West Point mountain so I called east side service Mr Tennessee answer the call he said he I m finishing a job on the east side of town can be there in 20 minutes so he inspected the damage and said I have a new radiator in my shop and can have you back on the road 5-6 hours not only did he had me back on the road in 5 hours he did an excellent professional job great person to talk to I give them 6 stars out 5 excellent job Mr Tennessee and thank you

Johnny is an ANGEL! In all likelihood he probably saved my life. He noticed my tires and suspension on my trailer were shot. Got it done ON THE SPOT!! Probably took him 1-2 hours. He and his crew did amazing work and were gracious hosts while we waited. Absolute gems!

These people are soooo rude and inconsiderate it's disgusting. I stopped to use the restroom. When I entered the store vomit began to rise. I turned around, went back outside and let it out on the ground. The male worker outside began yelling "the water hose is right here " not are you ok, do you need help or any signs of concern. I then go inside to use the restroom. Someone proceeds to knock on the door several times. Yet no one asked if I were ok. When I come out of the restroom the female worker at the register asked did I clean up my mess. I told her that I vomited in the trashcan, she told me to take the bag to the trash. God forbid if something was seriously wrong with me. Their only concern was the clean up. Humanity was the least of their concerns. I would not recommend anyone stopping there.

Don't let their remote location fool you!They helped me rescue my toy-hauler and my family.Jeff, Ralph and Jason went beyond any expectations to offer help and service! They came to where I was stranded and got us safely back to their shop where repairs could be done.They are fully professional, certified, kind, honest and capable of any repair, big or small.

Tire completely blew on my car and other tire was damaged. They came out within an hour and took both rims off and replaced tires while I was at truck stop! Work truck had everything on it.Whole process was about 2 hours which I found amazing since I was about 45 minutes outside needles and it was the 4th of July.I had figured half a day or more, but they had really speedy service and the dispatch/ tire tradesman were very courteous, helpful and polite the whole time.Life saver since I was in 107 degree heat and in desert.Drive out service was about $325 and tires $125 each.
