I went in this morning due to a flat tire. They told me my tire couldn't be repaired. However, the nail was not on the sidewall at all, but they said they found rubber shavings inside the tire. They informed me that I had to buy a new tire so l bought one from them. The manager told me that the cheapest tire was $179 but after leaving and checking their website that was false. And to top it off I asked for a military discount and he told me he couldn't give me the discount because I declined some coverage that was $28, he said that was my discount. I also just took the tire. They told me that couldn't be repaired to another tire shop and they told me that was false. I feel scammed and played because I was a female and I'm sure they thought I didn't know anything about tires so they were going to get over on me. I was also charged a tire recycling fee when I took the tire with me.

These people were extremely generous! I got rocks embedded between my tire and rims on a roadtrip and was steadily losing air. I was definitely afraidnof my tire popping or getting a flat.These gentlemen were able to repair it and at no charge! Definitely glad i stopped by this place!

Extremely overpriced and they upsale. $460 for rear brake pads, and an oil change..!! That's too dam high!! They do good work but the prices. Better off finding your own mechanic or use a mobile mechanic that comes to you.

Raul the Gral Mgr was very friendly, honest, helpful, he explained everything in detail, encouraged me to apply on the spot and his persistence paid off, everything he said made sense and helped me to make a decision. I had three other quotes and he helped me to see which was best and why.I didn't get his name, but the Mechanic who inspected my vehicle was genuinely concerned for my safety and urged Raul to explain to me the technical aspects of tbe problem. All of that along with the Great easy financing made me decide to work with Tire Choice. Thank you! Gabriela Delgado

Do not go here. I just called to inquire the price for a oil change on my vehicle and the lazy employee wouldn't run my vehicle information to see the exact amount of quarts of oil my engine takes to give me the exact price. They try to confuse you to avoid telling you the full price until you get there. They have a bad reputation of stuff like this.

They are very honest regarding parts that need to be replaced. They will actually shows you the parts that need replacement. Their prices are very reasonable.

My boyfriend advised this shop for my car maintenance. I went in for an alignment and received an additional courtesy inspection. They were very informative and detailed about the car and even called the nearby autozone for me as a heads up for wipers and installation. Good service, I would definitely recommend.

It was my First time coming here and I just gotta say that I'll be back for sure. I recommend this place ya'll. Fast and efficient and excellent work and customer service here. ESTEBAN and his team of workers are the best. Thank you guys for taking the time to work on my car. Also Esteban explained what my car would need and showed me as well. I appreciate that a lot . Jorge was so helpful! Got us in first thing on Father s Day without an appointment, gave us a discount, sent staff to another location for the tires we needed, added some oil and polished the headlights for no extra charge. Excellent service!

very good service with affordable prices and a reasonable waiting time. Raul who is the seller has an excellent way of explaining the services they offer and has excellent customer service. The store manager is a very respectful and attentive person who is always aware of the processes done to my vehicle. This place is 100% recommended. Very good work team.

Esteban, Jorge, and the rest of the guys are the best. They have AMAZING customer service that truly went above and beyond. They were great at communicating with me every step of the way. Each time I returned, I always felt welcomed. Any question I had was met with extreme professionalism. They even made sure to tell AND show me exactly what was going on with my car and how they intended to fix it. I highly recommend them.

Called to see how much to service my transmission fluid they said they don't recommend it I said I have oil and filter how much do you charge since it's dealer we don't do that.

Thank you Estaban for the Excellent customer service. Came in to get tires and the tire choice team knocked it out of the park. While changing tires they identified my front brakes pads were worn. The completed pads, tire replacement, alignment in record time. Everyone was very Professional. Thank you

I always receive excellent customer service and my care is taken care of. Whenever there s something that needs to be addressed or fixed. And I ve taken almost all my cars for service. Esteban is always on top of it and makes sure nothing goes unchecked. Amazing service!

Today my experience with tire choice was unacceptable I buy and sale cars so I frequently get oil changes on my vehicles but everytime this one particular manager is there he gives me this stank attitude for no reason I tried to be the bigger person but today was not the day I couldn t take it anymore I now want to file a complaint against the assistant manager short heavy set Mexican I don t know his name but he should not be in charge anymore at any establishment

Every visit i ve made has been extremely pleasant. The manager has provided insights and recommendations on the vehicles i ve brought in that have been very helpful. The staff is friendly and do their task professionally to the best of their ability. 10/10 place.

Went in wanting to replace my tire due to a hole I told Esteban about it and he convinced me to let them check for nails first to try and save me some money instead of just replacing the whole tire unlike other places that would ve price gouged me and not only did they get the job done in 30 minutes but only paid 30 instead of 200. Honestly they are the example of amazing customer service!

Seriously the most kind workers and clean environment. They did a tire rotation and balance in less than an hour. I even found out that with an oil change you get a free tire rotation! They weren t pushy in any way, provided excellent customer service, and did a great job with my vehicle. I will 100% be coming back to them every time! Couldn t recommend them enough.

Usually I go to Firestone but they were trying to make me set up an appointment. Tire Choice let me do a walk in, and they were amazing in and out for my tire patch. I will now be using Tire Choice for any future services.
