This soapy joes is disgusting. This is not just one days worth of nasty either. I cancelled my membership today. Soapy joes used to be great!

So on February 7 went to wash my car and was told I need to update payment for my membership. I agreed and gave the attendant my card, this was billed 20 dollars and I had proof when I returned.So went to wash my car yesterday February 16 and was told there was a problem with my sticker. Then after some confusion a very rude young white female approached. She said give me your card, I had just gotten it back from someone else checking. She came back and told me that I purchased only one wash last time for 20 dollars and could pay for membership but it would be paying again. She was rude from the start her name is Haley (perhaps not the correct spelling). She was the rudest person I have ever encountered there since the car wash first opened.So I ask if I could actually speak to an adult since she was very young and far more immature in interpersonal skills development which at this point degraded into her screaming like a child that what s her age have to do with anything.I live on 30th Street and M Avenue. I have so for a decade. I have been a steady customer as has my wife, and brother in law. But I guess this one transaction not making it right is more important than actually the customers they have.Anyone who has been here knows that they don t let you do your own transactions. Someone always comes up and takes your card and then touches the screen for you. This was most definitely an error on the side of the company. Adding insult to injury was Haley the supervisor who is no more than a child in an adult body.I will return today again to see if they will address the issue and a way forward. As of right now I have videos of the supervisor and the way she acted that I m considering how to proceed with. If not fixed today I will continue to pursue action and will continue to post my opinions about this company and my dealings with them. At minimum they lost a few customers.The video will be added after I go into the office today.

Terrible experience, car was caught up in a fender bumper crash inside the terminal, the attendant was moving cars in with only a foot to spare right behind each car interning. The tracks were moving to fast to handle each car to it's cleanest ..my car was not cleaned.

I absolutely LOVE this particular location. The staff is so helpful. A very kind gentleman helped my husband resolve some payment issues he was having & was able to give him a new barcode right away. Alongside to washing & vacuuming his truck, the 7-11 here does not miss. The staff inside are such sweethearts and will freshly brew us our favorite blueberry coffee.

Been a customerr for over 5 years . Never really have an issue until one employee usually rushes me from cleaning. I have 2 big dogs and a child that can create quite of a mess so it normal timing to vacuum. No one usually complains at me except one elder man. And since they edited my review to sound retarded and horrible at spelling here's my real review with one star less. Other than that I can't complain. I was asked during my cleaning for the review.

I ve been doing my oil change with Soapy Joes for the past 2 years now. The guys are always fast and able to answer any questions I may have. My most recent experience the manager V took his time to explain some things to me as well as help answer another issue I had.

The car came out really clean out the car wash, great condition and fast. The vacuum does it job amazingly, I always come here to get my car clean it saves me a lot of time and money

I love visiting this place for the drive thru washer and the dryers. The only thing I would like better is if the dryer setting on the drive thru was stronger. Cielo was super nice approaching me and asking if I would like to leave a review.

Transparent pricing online before arriving. Drove right in after waiting at the competitor down the road that was charging more and didn't give a complementary car wash.Shop tech even told me I wasn't due for an oil change yet before conducting services (still 2000 miles early). Changing my oil due to large road trip.

15 dollars a month for unlimited car washes. Open from 7am to 9pm 7 days a week. Saturday and Sunday are the most busiest days but if you go early you can beat the crowd. You dry and vacuum your own vehicle after car is washed. No hand car washing available only drive thru car wash.

SAD TO SEE SOO MANY YEARS CAR CARE FOR OIL CHANGE IN & OUT FAST NOW THE SOAPY JOE'S MANAGEMENT IS CLOSING THEM DOWN ...NO RELOCATION BAD TIMES ARE HERE TODAY I WENT IN FOR MY LAST OIL CHANGE I WAS TOLD THERE CLOSING NO MORE OIL CHANGE XMAS IS NEAR BUT people are selfish..my family & friends would go there but IS now gone

Took my truck to get it washed and vacuumed, and when I was all done tried to start it and it wouldn t start. My battery was completely dead. I was panicking and didn t know what to do so I walked over to the oil changing service and spoke to a young man name, Henry very professional very courteous respectful. I asked him if they sold batteries and I only thought that they did oil changes he said yes we do so he walk with me over to the vacuum area open the hood and my battery was full of corrosion and my cable was eaten up by the acid from the Battery he brought out his charger to try to give me a little Jump, so I could drive it closer to the service center he said he had the battery, but he had to order the cable and it would take about an hour within two hours. I was in an out with a new battery and a new cable he was an angel sent from above. I had no idea what I was going to do. I just want to say I wish there were more people like him more professional and respectful and kind. Thank you, Henry.

I m left so happy and excited they fixed my car by changing the cylinders and spark plugs on my 2007 Dodge Caliber I left there as a happy customer. I came in with a rough idle and left with a smooth running machine! Excellent service - their word was accurate- and efficient and the whole team are very very warm and cordial.. I will tell people about soapy joes business, and they gave me a free car wash!

Their carwash scratched my car very badly they have video evidence of it, which I saw very clearly, no scratches before the wash only after. I informed them, they told corporate and then they denied my claim, it's on video and I have the evidence. Don't take nice cars here just beat up old taxis.They have the clearest evidence in front of their eyes and don't give a damn about their customers. If you like deep swirly scratches all over your brand new car then come to #soapyjoes disgusting!!!

The carwash is quick and all the staff are nice. A little crowded at times but the staff, like Genny, ensures the line moves by quick and efficiently

Long line you do have to wipe off excess water of or it will stain. Needs more drying. Long line but good coordination. At first I wasn't sure where the entrance to get in line. Another thing it scratched my car on the side not a big scratch but still its a scratch. I won't be coming to this one soon.2nd time:Came back after months because there was a spider on my window that was the nearest one so far hated it the cars where too close felt like I was going to bump into the other car.Another time went in 2 times both times the rinse was not on. So my car was soaped all over when we walked out had to go to another one close by just because it was not clean and before I went in it was a dirt like if I went somewhere with dirt. Yup I don't go for a reason.

I just love this place and I can wash my car as many times as I need. I wash my car and vacuum it and dry it if there's a space for it available, or just keep going and dry it at home. Either way, I have a clean vehicle all the time. I recommend you get a membership for your vehicle and enjoy the nice clean smell every time you wash it.

Oil change managers are liers they make you get down out of your vehicle the whole point is to make it quick drive through and get car wash or at least sit on the comfort of your own vehicle.
