Excellent customer service from Robert. My sister and I walked in and were like deer in headlights. We were way out of our element. Told Robert what our issue was and he went above and beyond to help us. He was kind, professional, and treated us with the utmost respect. Thank you, Robert!

Customer service is 10 out of 10, unlike other auto parts store, aka the zone. I called for my part, and they had my parts ready for me when I walked in.

This store is great they have nearly everything you'll need or looking for and the people here are very helpful and professional and the parking is great just don't park in front of the store as most of the car with the right of way most likely won't let you back out

My experience was awesome! I do not know much about cars and am new to SD. I have no family or friends that know about them either but after one visit I felt comfortable asking questions and they were very knowledgeable. They were also able to direct me in the right direction to fix my vehicle.

Had to return my parts I could no longer use due to the fact of crashing my truck but the cashier was quick, helpful and sent me on my way with ease.

I Came In For Some 30 SAE Motor Oil And Only Found Some 20/50 Motor Oil. I Took It To Cash Box And Asked If This Was All They Had? Yup The Nice Part's Guy Went & Found Some Other Customer, Oh Yeah Put A Bottle Of 5/30 In Front Of The 30 SAE. He Grabbed Me What I Wanted. I Liked How He & O'REILLY'S Treat You . I Recommend Them!

They are super honest! They tested my alternator and said it was fine. I had gone to AutoZone first- on highland and they said they couldn't test it . AutoZone on E st said it failed and I needed a new one .

Probably the best auto parts store around. I go here first if I can, but sometimes the other O'Reilly on Paradise Valley Road or over on Broadway in Chula Vista. Staff is always helpful and they have parts in stock (it's a hub store).

I love O'Reilly, they have eeeverything I'm looking for! I stopped calling around other autopart shops because most places never had what I was looking to buy in stock. Every time I call O'Reilly they have it in stock at a great low price with friendly customer service, I'm in and out of the store in two shakes of a lambs tail #BraaapBraaap

My air conditioning compressor went out so I went to the closest auto parts store O'Reilly's in National City and bought a re built one, not cheap $344.00 installed it but it was defected I had to uninstalled it and wait a day in a half so O'Reilly's could re order another compressor, that's three day job instead of one. (The store clerk pretending the manager wasn't in the store but he was the manager or at least that's the name on his uniform "MANAGER" because he DIDENT want to own up to his word in replacing the freon wasted on the install of the faulty compressor.) I can't believe he thought maybe I couldn't read.

Went in for tie rod inner and outers. They had them and the tool to remove the inners.The employee that helped me was very informative and made sure I had everything I needed to complete the job. I'm very satisfied with O'Reilly's!!

I READ A LOT OF GOOD REVIEWS, IT'S INTERESTING BECAUSE I CALLED THE STORE AND I GET A GUY WHO RESPONDS WITH "YEA YOUR GUY IS HERE, WHAT DO YOU WANT?" NOW WHAT KIND OF SERVICE OR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT ?!?! JUST BAFFLING TO ME! I WORK IN AN INDUSTRY WHERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY IMPORTANT AND TO GET THIS KIND OF RESPONSE IS JUST UNACCEPTABLE. I RUN A SHOP HERE IN NATIONAL CITY AND NORMALLY I HAVE A PARTS GUY WHO COMMUNICATES WITH O'REILLY BUT TODAY WHEN I CALLED AND I GET THIS RESPONSE ITS APPALLING.

Bad Customer Service. Some lazy employees. I called and asked about resurfacing some rotors (time,price,ect).When I got there a lazy employee didn't want to resurface rotors because "it was going to take long" even though he talked to me over the phone . They have a few bad apples hope they don't ruin the rest. I am going to a different O'Reilly next time.

I mainly use this store for getting rid of all my used oil. But when I need to use a brick and mortar auto parts store, I visit this store. Big store with all the parts.

Lately I've been noticing that O'Reillys usually has more uncommon items in stock compared to Autozone. Take an exhaust gasket I was looking for, autozone only had their brand paper gasket. But when I checked O'Reillys they had the Felpro metal gaskets. When it comes to exhaust I'd much rather go with metal gaskets.
