I read the reviews before selecting this company. I expressed my concerns to Hugo and he advised the issues when painting a car.The job was done well and at pickup unable to see any line from new paint to old paint.I was surprised they did take out all the dents in my hood and removed the clouding my my right headlight making it look almost new.I can say I am a happy person.The only issue was the technicians left the lights on in the car which meant I had to get a jump the next morning. It was very sunny so I didn t notice the lights were left on. I will make sure to check in the future.Thanks for your help Hugo.

I reviewed CC last year after my vehicle was repaired when it was recovered. I used them again when somebody attempted to break-in and as expected that did a great job repairing the door lock/handle assembly quickly. Very professional and they keep you constantly updated on the status. A special thanks to Hugo and his team.

The crash champion team was so wonderful! I had back ordered parts so my repair took longer than expected but the team kept me informed the entire time. They also reassembled my car so that I could still drive it while pending the parts. As soon as everything came in they turned around the work so swiftly! I highly recommend this shop!

Crash Champions on Roosevelt proved to be absolutely wonderful. Not only was their customer service amazing, but their communication was very effective keeping me updated with text messages and emails. Not to mention their repairs were perfect. It even comes with a warranty! I cannot recommend this place enough!

I felt very comfortable leaving my vehicle in their hands, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Repairs did take a little longer than expected but through the whole process I was kept fully informed about what was going on. Upon receiving my vehicle back I was very pleased with the quality of the repairs and would definitely recommend this business to friends and family.

Left the bumper crooked the first time. After showing it to them they took it back, took it apart, BROUGHT IT BACK WORSE, entire bumper, had a big gap between the hood, the fender benders, and the bumper. I was rudely spoken to by the manager, Mike. It was the last hour of the day on a Friday, and it seemed as if they were just rush to get out. He made rude comments, i.e., we can bring another Mercedes here and compare apples to apples! (with irritability and his tone of voice, sarcastic, laughter and facial expressions that were clearly obvious that he was frustrated). he stated that none of his employees were available to make fixes at the moment, I asked if I could bring it back the following week, he suggested Monday. Monday comes around, he calls me and says, I am so sorry but none of my technicians are in today, I totally forgot they had a training and they will be in training all day. I told him it was OK, I would bring it another day and they were supposed to call me by Wednesday, it s Thursday today and did not hear back from them. I truly believe their technicians are not well trained and equipped to work with luxury cars IF YOU HAVE A EUROPEAN CAR, DO NOT TAKE IT THERE!!!! or anything NEWER THAN 2020. They are not up-to-date with their skills for a newer technology. As I was driving off with my vehicle, I light came on blinking, and making a sound that the ENTIRE HOOD WAS NOT LATCHING ON, before they locked the door so I got back out of my car and he had clearly LIED to me when he said technicians had gone home, because he went to the back and pulled a technician that had to work on tightening the latches on my bumper so that my hood would close. MY CAR IS STILL DAMAGED AND HAVE CALLED MY INSURANCE TO FIND ME A NEW SHOP, I DO NOT TRUST, TAKING IT BACK THERE, EVEN IF THEY CALLED ME BACK.

I took my car here to get my whole front bumper fixed. They did such an amazing job with everything. My car looks brand new again. They even washed it and cleaned the inside. Looks like I just purchased it from the dealer. They did a better job with the car wash too than the dealership and I paid for that car wash. Gabriel and his staff are super friendly and professional. Gabriel went over everything with me, he s very patient and answers all your questions and concerns. He also was very good about communicating with me for any updates on my car and when it would be ready. My car was done on time (not that that mattered to me because I wanted them to take their time) and there was no rush but they did an awesome job. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back for anything else. They re amazing. Thank you to the whole team for their hard work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
