Do not go here. I called to schedule a service for my diesel RV and received rude customer service. And it got worse when I asked for a cost estimate for an oil change. The guy on the other end pretty much stated that I was wasting his time. So unprofessional.UPDATE: I am adding to my review after the owner responded. The owner did not tell they do not work on RVs. He even suggested I could bring in my RV on Tuesday, which is why I was asking for an estimate. At no point did he say they do not service RVs. He recommended an RV service when I asked about seat belt installation. And we were not going in circles. I was already committed to taking my RV on Tuesday and called back to ask about how much it would cost so that I know what to expect. And regarding leaving a review for this unpleasant experience. It is very much warranted, so I do not appreciate you calling me rude and unprofessional. Not once was I rude. The one with the rude behavior was the owner. Again, that is very unprofessional. and it is very unprofessional to play the victim and point the finger on a potential customer.

If you ever have a problem and you are in Napa, Ca area than drive the extra mile and go to this place! They will solve all your problems, you ll get the best experience, the shortest time and the best prices. Reliable, friendly and capable to fix what others have no idea how it has to be done! In our case we paid $1,100 at Love s shop and spent 24 hours and they couldn t fix the problem. This family business charged $128 and Brian found the problem in the first 30 seconds after he start looking for what was wrong!!! 45 min later everything was repaired and WORKING!!! It was our greatest experience in our 5 years of Truckig business! Thank you all of you for a great job!
