Thanks to Anthony in sales & Elliot in finance for making the car purchasing process smooth!We came in initially to test drive the Corolla SE. Anthony worked with us to get a great deal on the car and wasn't pushy at all. It did take awhile for us to meet with finance to do the rest of the paperwork since it was only Elliot on site that morning, but once we met with him, the process was simple and he didn't try to push any extra items on us.I think my favorite part was that a doggie greeted us when we arrived thanks and we'd definitely come back again in the future.

What a great experience from start to finish. Came in with low confidence on purchasing a truck but my guy Raymond welcomed us kindly and with no pressure to buy. He gave us all the info we requested with transparency. And we ended up closing the deal on a truck feeling very confident. Also he s reached out weeks after the purchase to make sure we re good. Definitely a place I would recommend to anyone in the market to purchase a vehicle.

I had a great experience with Anthony from Napa Toyota. Anthony really took his time to help us out and help me find the car I really wanted. We searched and was able to find one which he had transferred to his dealership. No one was pushy and there were no games, very easy process. It was such a smooth process and everyone was so kind. Were coming back for our other car needs. Thank you again for everything!

I recently had my first child and was looking for a family focused vehicle! Had nothing specific in mind and showed up to the dealership just to browse. Chris E. helped me and my husband find a perfect fit for us. He kept us in our price range and size needs, and helped evaluate my trade in. Chris was extremely welcoming and professional with his assistance.All and all, it was a smooth and speedy process. This was an excellent experience. Tyler was very helpful. The first day we came in he took an hour or more. Discussing our needs showing us everything from high end to more basic options. He kept in touch by email (my preference) and when we were ready to purchase, he was able to answer my dozens of questions and get us the car we wanted more than a week earlier than promised! This is our second car purchased at Jimmy Vasser, and we will be sharing our positive experience with all! Thanks to Tyler Gual and Mariano and the salesmen who kept us entertained while we waited to sign!

I worked with Will Cress, who was very friendly and upfront about all the details involved in getting my Toyota RAV4 Hybrid. He stayed in constant communication with me while my car was on its way to the dealership. When I went in to purchase it, he was helpful in showing me how to operate all the functions of my new Toyota. He also made the time go by with good conversation while waiting for my paperwork. I never felt pressured to sign up for anything I didn't want. Overall a great experience.

On Monday 11/13, I found the truck I wanted. Contacted Chris and made arrangements to come in on Tuesday 11/14. Bought the truck and was in and out in a small amount of time. Best Customer Service I have ever experienced. Thanks again Chris and Elliott. I love my Tacoma.

5 plus stars! Tyler was awesome to work with, super efficient, even came in on his day off to close the sale for me. He is a true professional and highly recommend working with Tyler on your next car purchase. Rich Villanueva, Finance manager, made the financing process and signing super easy, took the time to be sure I understood everything. Highly recommend Jimmy Vasser Toyota !

Chris Ettell was very professional and very prompt in all communications with me. It is very important to me to receive responses to my emails and texts in a timely manner. He was able to navigate the purchase of my 4-Runner TDR Pro to my complete satisfaction. Jiminie was great! He was patient and professional with my back and forth on selecting a vehicle. He was then helpful and patient with coming to an acceptable deal. He continued to set up appointments for some work agreed to at closing. Elliot in Financing made the process seamless and fast. I wasn t expecting much after my experience at another Toyota Dealership just the week prior. I went to see them after a phone call from them more or less to see what they had to say. But after some time and several options to choose from I felt comfortable getting into a new vehicle and soon knew it was going to be a reality.

What a great car buying experience! I was in the market for a prius and was referred to Jimmy Vasser toyota buy a family friend. From the moment I walked in, the staff was helpful without any hard sales tactics you might expect from a dealership. All my questions were answered, and I ended up purchasing a 2022 low mileage certified pruus limited. I feel like I got a great deal on a good car. Compared to other toyota dealerships in my area, this prius was a great value, and the customer service was top notch. Once I sat down with the finance person (Mariano), there weren't any unnecessary dealer add ons or up charges. The price I was quoted is what I paid. The next time in the market for a car, Jimmy Vasser toyota will be my first stop.

JVT was very easy to work with. I do not live in the area so we had to coordinate a bit remotely. Tyler was up front about pricing and held the car for me for a few days without a deposit. They work directly with my CU so we had financing lined up before I arrived. Coffee and restrooms were offered on arrival. My Sales Rep Tyler was there quickly to show me the car and test drive. Car was fueled up and ready for my 400 mile drive. Finance was easy and Elliott was informative.

Quentin was absolutely fantastic, and both he and his Sales Manager Kyle took incredible care of my family and I. Just got my New Lunar Rock off-road Taco Today. It's been a pleasure working with Chris and Anthony (and another salesman who helped me with all the documents). They are been very communicative through the entire purchase, kept their promise in the vehicle reservation, and ensured a 100% smooth transaction for me. It's a bit far from where I live but the experience was well worth it for me.Would recommend this dealership to my friends who is also interested in getting Toyota vehicles in the future. Excellent service.

ANTHONY was incredible. I live in Santa Rosa and called the local dealer for a new specific car. They didn't have any and couldn't be bothered. Same thing at the next closest dealer. Then I called Anthony at Jimmy Vasser's and together we found a car and worked a deal. GREAT JOB and thanks.

Scheduled a service appointment for a Saturday 3 weeks in advance because that is the only day I can take off work. I got there at 9am and there are 10 people waiting to drop off their vehicle with only 1 person checking them in. Each person takes 15 minutes to check in, so I'm looking at a 2.5 hour wait JUST TO DROP OFF THE CAR FOR SERVICE. Meanwhile there are apparently dozens of other employees milling around, chatting and doing everything EXCEPT helping customers. Don't waste your time here. At least at Vallejo Toyota they actually acknowledge you when you come in....

Awful service, and extremely disappointed. It was my first time coming here because I had concerns with my Lexus. I ended up getting maintenance and informed them about my specific concern. When they finished, they didn't even address my initial concern; instead, they thought it was something else. I pointed out the issue, and they didn't even know what it was. They then told me it would cost an additional $210, on top of the $200 I had just spent, to have someone specifically look into that issue. What was the point of bringing my car here if I only ended up getting an oil change?Won't come back in the future.

EDIT: I put back to four stars (from 2) as they reached out to me and made the situation right. I appreciate a business that is able to admit their faults and make a customer feel appreciated.While the deal on the used car I bought was great, I don t think I ll ever go back again. They have ZERO ability to follow up on issues whatsoever. I had to follow up myself for over a month just to get the vehicle intake and service information they had performed before putting it out on the lot. Then, when I didn t receive plates for the car after 6 weeks, I called and they blew me off saying it could take 90 days. So a couple weeks later I called the DMV, and they had no record of plates being requested. They had sold me a car with one plate, of course I needed plates. Called them to explain the situation, the sales guy on the phone says that the person to talk to would be in at 11 and would follow up. Come 4pm, no follow up. Finally got an email to contact their DMV person, come to find up they didn t submit the paperwork because they didn t know it needed plates. The service paperwork noted a missing front plate so that s wrong. Anyways, love the car, hate how they drop you like a hot potato the second you re off the lot. I tried to provide feedback to one sales person over the phone and was brushed off yet again. Had a way better experience at Toyota Concord and Vallejo, so I recommend going there.
