Small, older dealership, but no nonsense. Saw the car and price on-line, at a much better price than in Marin. The process was straightforward. Car buying is getting easier. I just wish the dealer organization would figure out how to generate less paper to sign. It s not a rub on the dealer.

Jeff service manager was awesome! Our daughter smelled burning oil in her new car & he got us in right away and did a thorough check to ensure her car is safe driving in the mountains. Great communicator & took time for us even though it was a busy post holiday work day. Highly recommend!

Great service from start to finish. Dominique was our salesperson and she was fantastic. Very efficient, knowledgeable about the car, services, and more. We were in the market to buy a new Forester for almost a year, Dominique stayed in contact but was never pushy and when the stars aligned we made the purchase. The finance manager was great (way better than the previous finance manager) and got through all of the paper work fast, which we greatly appreciated. We'll be back in a few years for our third Subaru purchased from the Napa dealership!

All the staff at the dealership were so nice and made me feel extremely welcome and taken care of. Victoria was outstanding and made sure I understood how to use the vehicle s features before I drove it off the lot. I can t say enough good things about the service I received. Would definitely give them my business in the future!

We just bought a new Subaru from Hanless Subaru in Napa, they were excellent on all levels, from beginning to the end, our salesman, Alexi, was the best! We had a wonderful experience purchasing our new Subaru at Hanlee s Subaru in Napa. Ron Cooper, our Sales Representative, was fantastic! Responsive, friendly, informative, and low pressure. Always there when we needed him pre-sale, during the purchase experience, and post-sale. And always friendly, happy and low pressure.Subaru s are great cars, and Hanlee s is a great dealership. Couldn t recommend them, and Ron, more!!

Dominique at Hanlee Napa Subaru was totally amazing! From the moment she answered the phone, and through entire process of purchasing my new 2024 Subaru Crosstrek Wilderness, she was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, helpful, and wonderful! Don't bring your subaru here for service. I have nothing bad to say about the service advisors but very bad quality work from the technicians. Had to go back and forth here 4 times to fix multiple problems. I had my engine replaced and after picking up the car white smoke was coming out of the hood. Had the car towed back to the dealer. Picked up the car the next day and car smoking again. I told the service manager i will just fix the car myself. After fixing the coolant leak I found engine leaking oil and exhaust gasket wasn't put on correctly. Brought vehicle back in again and oil leak was misdiagnosed and they replaced another hose. Neve bringing my car back here again. Please don't make the same mistake I did.

I had a great experience at Hanlees Napa Subaru. Originally I was going to the Walnut Creek location, had a 2024 Ascent on order. Nothing negative happened there but unfortunately I had a family emergency and needed a safe vehicle immediately for travel. Knowing I couldn't get an 8 seater 2023 at WC location I looked around and found one at Hanlees. Cherry was great! It was a stress free environment. I didn't even suggest negotiating and walked away with a great deal. I think I was in and out within 2 hours and Cherry continues to check on my satisfaction.

Ron Cooper was our salesperson and he was very patient, knowledgeable and easy to work with. This was our best experience buying a car. Filling out all the required paperwork was very fast. Excellent service.

So far so good. I was extremely pleased with the deal I got from Hanlees on my new CrossTrek. I was able to move out my old lease on a Mazda without any issues, and my dealer is now in Napa.

We purchased my 2023 Subaru Outback Limited from Ron Cooper and the experience couldn't have been better. My husband and I drove all the way down from Sacramento (in a rainstorm!) to do business here. From the minute I made the online inquiry to the final purchase, Ron was very responsive to me and answered all of our questions knowledgeably and patiently.Mike in Finance was great. He also answered all of our questions and handled all the paperwork with a minimum of fuss.My husband has previously bought his Toyota truck from Hanlees Toyota in Fairfield and was so impressed with the Hanlees group that when the time came to purchase my Subaru, we knew we wanted to go with the Hanlees dealer in Napa. I have never had a car purchase go so smoothly or so well. Believe me, we did our research and they really do have the best price--plus, they are part of the Costco Auto program so that netted us even more $$$ off the purchase price--Hooray!We came back a week later to get the ceramic clearcoat put on and again--another great experience with Hanlees--this time it was with the Service Department. They got us a rental car and on the road super fast so we could enjoy the day while they took care of the coating.I love my new Outback! Thank you Ron, Mike and the gang--you guys are terrific!

Fantastic experience at Hanless Subaru with Janet. My engine overheating light turned on while moving back to college cross country solo and my car needed quite a few repairs. Janet was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and they were able to get my car fixed sooner than expected. Thank you!!

I LOVE the staff at Hanlees Napa Subaru! RON COOPER is THE MAN! He is a true professional. BILLY AND CARLOS (MANAGERS) are fantastic and very welcoming and friendly. There will always be good and bad reviews for any business. The reality is that you simply can not please everyone BUT these folks will go above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of. Buy your next car from these guys!! They are awesome!

Very professional shop. Brought my Subaru in for a check engine light. Although they had the car much longer than expected due to some ordering the wrong part, it is running great. They even did a very intensive recall, which included dropping the transmission at no cost to me. They quoted me the wrong price for the check engine light repair and the real repair price was much much higher. They could have charged me full price, but honored the quote which was 60 percent lower due to a mistake in their system. Will definitely return, especially after looking the car over and it looks all together!

I bought a Solterra from them in February, big mistake. I have called the dealership 12 times to try to get them to send in the paperwork with the DMV to get my license plate. It is now two days from June, and they still had not done it. The state is now saying they are going to impound my vehicle if stopped. The worst part is they keep lying about it. I kept asking to speak to the manager, but they don t have one! They kept giving me a sales manager(he had worked there two months, and was just some joke guy). Then they were suppose to send me a $400.00 credit for a EV charger, never got it. Finally after many more phone calls, supposedly they emailed it today.I will never let them work on my car, going to some other Subaru dealership. Run , run run from these guys. The worst dealership on the planet.
