5 star service by Rod Cavalle from the moment we met him as we started our car inquiry. We were chasing certain specs and had taken us to another dealership, but knew we wanted to buy from Rod based on our initial experience. He was patient, informative, and genuinely kind. Just had a great experience buying my first ever BMW. '24 X4 M40 Brooklyn Grey with Tacora Red interior. My sales rep was Charlie, he was very patient & clear with answering all my questions. Thomas was also great, extremely understanding. I absolutely love my new car.

Shout out to both Alex in sales and Travis in service. Alex was a huge help with my purchase. I am new to BMW but he definitely made it memorable and I will be back for sure for my next purchase. He took the time to ensure I was happy with my purchase and even came in on his day off to close the deal for me. It is unfortunate I only got one key with my car though.Travis in service has been extremely helpful. He makes sure I am being taken care of in a timely manner and always goes over everything with me and reassures the confidence I have with my new to me X5. Thank you both again. Truly exceptional service from both!

I was just car window shopping but I ended up buying a car from them. We drove from San Diego since the dealership have the most inventory around. Raul was very helpful, patient and friendly. He answered all our questions without hesitation. I will go back for my next new BMW to this location again. Very friendly employees. I highly recommend it.

We purchased our car here several years ago and have always brought it in for service. Their service representative Chad Ludwig is great! He always explains the work needed and makes sure we are comfortable with it. They always make sure we get a loaner car if needed, their waiting area is comfortable and has a great coffee machine and water! The whole place is always very clean and bright. We will never use another dealership!

Fantastic customer service at BMW of Murrieta. Had to take in my vehicle for some repairs, Allison the service adviser was patient and properly documented all my concerns. She promptly and properly communicated with me throughout the whole repair process. The mechanic Jamal sent a video link detailing the his findings,and what repairs were needed. They had the car repaired in a timely fashion, with no unnecessary delays. Valerie in the courtesy vehicle area was amazing too, she was quick and efficient, got all the necessary documents and had me in my loaner quickly. I would recommend taking your BMW to them for service.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this dealership. Initially, a sales manager aggressively pushed for immediate payment and pickup. After canceling an optional third-party warranty, I was promised a refund within a week because they need a signature from another manager. It has now been nearly a month without the refund, and despite multiple follow-ups, I have received no response. Every time I call, I m told the manager is busy and will return my call, but I never hear back. This consistent lack of communication and failure to process a promised refund is unacceptable for a brand that prides itself on customer service.

Purchased my first ever BMW from here less than a week ago, an X3: Alpine White w/ Cognac interior. Did lots of research before going to the dealership so we knew what we wanted and the price point. Worked with David Townsend on a deal and drove off the lot with the one we wanted the same day. David was very friendly and accommodating. Very happy with the level of service he provided. They also gave me a fair value for my trade-in which helped seal the deal!

This dealership is one of the best I've ever been to. They are super friendly and very attentive and treat you with respect. Alex T is a great salesperson and got me an excellent deal on the i5 and Bert Park was excellent at explaining all of the maintenance packages for the car. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone!!! We visited SEVERAL BMW dealers and this team was above and beyond all the rest.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I had Ana help us with our trade-in. We first came, and it did not work out how we wanted, but even though we didn't get a car that day, we really liked our experience. We had Daniel help with our loan. Both left such a good impression. Both worked hard to do anything possible to help.So, since we had such an amazing experience, we came back today and had a car in mind. This time, it ended up working out. So leaving extremely happy If you're looking to purchase/ lease/ or trade-in, ask for Ana and Daniel. They are a great team. Definitely will highly recommend family and friends.

On a recent Sunday, I made the drive to visit this dealership, as I was promised to be happy with what they could provide on pricing on a new X3. Long story short, I did not come away feeling that I got such a good deal.Although the salesman was pleasant, he did not offer the price that we had discussed on the phone. Further, I was left to sit for many hours as he worked other deals, and ultimately spent the entire day there. The salesman said since the day had been so long, he would call me on Tuesday to walk me through some of the additional functions of the car. Not only have I not heard from him, but I have had no follow up whatsoever from the dealership to check on my experience, or to see if I had any questions. I should have just continued to work with my local dealerships. Yes, my fault, but certainly was not a good experience.

Special thanks to Dave Townsend. I ve purchased many cars over the years. Dealing with Dave is by far the easiest. He is extremely knowledgeable and he treats you like a Family. Always one phone call or a text away. I m sure BMW is so lucky to have someone like you. Keep it up brother!

I was amazed on the service I received to have my front breaks replaced. BMW of Murrieta went beyond any service I had ever received from Mercedes and Land Rover. BMW of Murrieta picked up my car at my house for me. My car completed quick. Best customer service I have ever received from a dealer.

My service advisor Victoria is the best. I have worked with her the last couple times coming in and she has went above and beyond to help me. BMW deserves a 10 star when hiring her she will be stuck with me for life. Thank you BMW and Victoria for helping me with my tire.

Valerie (Val) was wonderful and a joy to work with. She probided me with a loaner car that had more space than my personal vehicle and I was able to use it the entire entire time my car was getting worked on. Thank you so much for helping me out. The absolute BEST team when it comes to BMW care. I brought my car in due to a horrible experience with a local wrap company causing thousands in damages. I was able to get into BMW immediately to get my car back to its beautiful self. Big shout out to Alex Harmsen in the service dept. She communicated everything along the way, detailed and documented every part of my car while it was in the shop. I also want to give a shout out to Ryan the service dept manager for turning my nightmare experience around and being so understanding. They were able to help me in the process by getting my damages covered by the wrap company which wouldn t have happened without their thorough inspection and expertise. I will never go anywhere else for my BMW needs. This IS your place. They actually care about you, and your vehicle and give you honest feedback. It turned a hellish experience into a positive having them on my side. Thank you BMW!!

Wow, this dealership is amazing. I had the pleasure of working with Dave Townsend and he was just really easy to work with. I can confidently say this was the best car leasing experience I have ever had. Everyone here was great from turning in my lease to the finance office. Nothing makes me turn away from a deal faster than a pushy sales person and that was the total opposite of what I experienced. A genuinely nice and efficient process to get into a new car. I recently had the pleasure of working with David R. at BMW, and I couldn't be more impressed with the exceptional service he provided. After purchasing my car late in the evening and dealing with less than ideal weather conditions, I returned the next day to get it detailed and washed. David went above and beyond to ensure my new car looked its best.Not only did he take care of the detailing process efficiently, but he also took the time to address some of the new owner questions I had. One of the standout moments was when he explained why my car required the physical key to unlock the doors a detail I wasn't aware of (and I still can't grasp since cars were able to do this over 15 years ago. BMW, step your game up!), David's solution-oriented approach didn't stop there; he promptly sent me an email with instructions on how to download the My BMW app, allowing me to access and control my car from my iPhone.What truly set David apart was his willingness to go the extra mile despite not being my sales advisor. He patiently walked me through various features of my new car, including demonstrating the use of the lock/unlock function on the app to streamline the process of getting in and out of the car without pulling out the keys. Additionally, he took the time to explain and demonstrate the parking assist feature.David's commitment to exceptional customer service and his thorough knowledge of BMW's technology made my post-purchase experience seamless and enjoyable. I am grateful for his dedication and professionalism, and I highly recommend reaching out to David R. for anyone seeking outstanding assistance at BMW.

BMW of Murrieta makes me a happy Customer again! I purchased a brand new X5 with a M Package that really makes it stand out. My favorite #1 Service Advisor, Victoria Gutherey is still taking great care of me with her outstanding Customer Service. I absolutely adore her and the energy is always upbeat and pleasant. best to work with throughout these years. Her professionalism is A+ and I would certainly recommend this Establishment to my friends and family.

I really appreciated how prompt the service was. Victoria was thorough and went over all my service options with me to make sure my car would be up and running again smoothly. Great people and great services! After ignored at BMW of Escondido we went to BMW of Murrieta, greeted by Sales person Mark, we ended up buying our very first BMW. And went in for problem with charging, service advisor Mathew, he figured out the problem during check in! We can t be happier!!! Great people great smiles!!!

This was my first car buying experience. I did not come to BMW of Murrieta for an upscale vehicle or BMW but wanted a 2014 Toyota Rav4 they had listed. My salesman was Steve M, I have to say this man stood by the company and upheld their reputation to a rather loyal extent. Renee in financing was a bad** and so patient in addition to being the woman I want to be when I grow up. We were treated with complete respect and kindness from the moment we stepped on the lot until we left. Employees had smiles on their faces, we were greeted, doors were opened, we indulged in coffee while in limbo and questions were answered. For my first car buying experience my expectations were exceeded. Don't hesitate, see what they can do for you!

I've been using BMW of Murrieta since moving to the area 6 years ago, while they were at their smaller location.I've always been treated nicely, regardless of how I'm dressed or what I'm there doing.The service bays are hospital-clean, stunning.The lobby is spotless, with desk areas for working, lounge chairs for relaxing, even exercise bikes for getting a little workout.Overall, very nice staff, spotless facility, and overall pleasure.

Went in for service today and the team was excellent (far better experience than dealing with the sales team). The service advisor (Alison) is always pleasant and helpful with a smile that lights up the dealerships. Met with a Technician who was also welcoming and service oriented. I had to leave my car and the dealership provided a loaner which allowed me to interact with Valeria Flores which made the visit perfect. She to was all smiles, focused, friendly and went the extra mile to wrap up the visit. Unusual, but very much appreciated service experience at the BMW of Murrieta.
