The third car I purchased at this dealer and let me tell you I have always loved how they truly care about their customers and the service they provide is always excellent. Norberto was my person to go to but he's not longer there =\ . Thank you Jorge for referring me to Vito and Tomas who did an outstanding job and were fun at the same time.I highly recommend them thank you again.

This place is a nice clean area. Staff is really nice and attentive. My sales person is name Micah. We did a lot of our communication through the phone before we meet him. He s very nice and will answer any questions you have.

Service department is a rip off. Go somewhere else. At least get an estimate somewhere else. The service rep was rude and unprofessional. I told him the part I thought was the problem. Turns out I was right. After paying the diagnostic fee he told me the part was 6 months out. He could have told me that upfront. When I questioned him he lied and said I never told him the part. He was very smug about it. If you're going to charge 3 - 4 times more than other places your customer service can't be serving their egos first.

The service and quality of work were very good. However, the price I was charged for the work was outlandish and unfair. To say I got ripped off is an understatement. I spent $5700 for a 100k mile service, a couple of speed senors, and a VSA module on a 10 year old car. The labor was more than half the total cost. It should be a criminal offense to charge people this kind of money and not even offer payment plans. I had to aquire debt to get it done.

I came in today with my aunt because we needed to address our concern about a service that was done to her honda civic last week for the 1st time..I can't say how much we wanna say Thanks to Jorge Sanchez, the Service Manager. He's Awesome!! We are so glad to have him handle the situation with professionalism. Jorge went above and beyond and assured everything will be taking care of without any hesitate. The whole process was at ease for he said he wanted us to have that piece of mind. Excellent customer service!Also the care we received when we first walked in from Martin who introduced us to Jorge . Steve the shuttle service was excellent.Again, Thank You Jorge for your help. We are Happy!!

Purchased a used Accord here at the beginning of 2023. Salespeople were friendly and not pushy. Maintenance department has also treated me well over the last year of oil changes and other maintenance. Would recommend.

All aspects of this sale was outstanding! Jose asked me many questions on my wants and needs. When I told him there was at least 3 criteria's that would be a deal breaker, the first car he showed me had all of what I wanted. Jose was very personable, and not pushy or using aggressive sales tactics. This was the MOST important aspect that would seal the deal. Finance department was a breeze and I got my new car within a few hours. I would recommend Jose to my friends and family.

Had my 100k service done.UpdateWent there for a part, service department can t find a relay even though I have the part in hand with part number printed on it. He said I can t read the numbers I offered to read him the numbers and The parts person said to me I m not a tech .. wth? I went to auto zone, they found the part and sent it to my house because they didn t have it at their store and it was waiting at my house before I even got home . Did I go to Honda??? It really didn t feel like it..Update. 2024, there is something you could do. Fix my squeak. I was so disappointed with my service I forgot I actually went in there because there was a squeaking coming from under the hood . They never actually fixed what I wanted fixed. They just did the 100k service and even in went in there and said, hay there is still the squeak, can you check it out? They acted like I was bothering them, said oh you actually called for a random noise and not a squeaking I know there that leads, give me another 1,000$ . Sale s driven I get it, but I paid . Check my receipt Honda and see what I actually paid for I did my part and paid what was asked and got nothing for it . don t bother going here.

My recent service was absolutely excellent. Such kind, attentive and professional service. I couldn t imagine that my emission system could be repaired in one day, providing for me to not have to cancel my flight/travel plans for the following day. Definitely over and above my expectations, and I would give everyone the highest rating possible. Especially Sam!

Bought a 2023 Honda Pilot Elite from them and purchase process went smooth. Had a warranty issue with it and they took care of it, service department was great provided me loaner while I was out of a car. Definitely recommend great dealer to work with!

People were very friendly. However, I was shocked on how much my routine maintenance cost. The very next day my tire light came on and I needed to add air. Two weeks later my car battery was dead. These things were both checked during my service appointment and reported that they were satisfactory or Good/green checkbox.

Was super difficult to get an oil change appointment. Tried online and calling. Both never worked. On the day of my oil change I left my car and drove off with a friend. when I showed up at the time I was told my car would be ready for pick up I had to wait another hour. Not happy with service department there. You need to expand to accommodate old and new customers.

Anatolye was our sales person. He was very fun, and very knowledgeable! He spent a lot of time going over the many options on our new Honda Pilot Elite. So many options! He made the process very easy. So far we are extremely happy with Mistlin Honda.

During my recent visit to a Honda dealership to view the Accord Sports model, I encountered an attempt by the dealership to add on additional charges for ceramic coating and detailing services worth over $1000. Despite my request to remove these charges, the dealership refused to do so. Additionally, they offered a significantly low trade-in value for my Jeep, $3000 below the Kelley Blue Book (KBB) pricing. Consequently, I decided to visit Merced Toyota and opted for a Camry TRD instead. Notably, Toyota provided a trade-in value that matched my Jeep's KBB value.

Mistlin Honda is the best. Excellent customer service. Kuddos to Armando and Tommy �nd the rest of the team. They made the whole process easy and quick. They also followed up to see how everything was going and to see how I was liking my car and sent informational videos for me to watch @ my convience. I would most definitely recommend them to friends,family and strangers.

My AC was out. It s hot in Modesto. They are busy. They worked me into the schedule and returned my car when promised. The service representatives were great. Jason, the Manager, got involved and really helped out. Great job Mistlin Honda!

I took my brand new 23 honda crv in for a routine maintenance and to get this weird noise looked at that was coming from my door panel. I originally bought the car from capital city honda in sacramento but decided to give Mistlin Honda a shot since it was local. The service manager (I believe his name was Dennis), was super helpful and went on a test drive with me to try and pinpoint the noise. Unfortunately the noise never presented it's self. He took it upon himself to have my door panel removed and have it stuffed with more insulation in order to get rid of the noise. As soon as I picked up the car and drove it back home with the horrible road conditions where I live, the noise never presented it's self again. Thank you for taking my word and helping me solve this issue on my brand new CRV! Would recommend Mistlin Honda.

Armando Diaz and his new and upcoming new manager in training Richard treated me like family made sure I had hot chocolate and water was comfortable and went over all the features of the vehicle did their best to get me the best deal did not give up after me losing my cool during negotiations I'm very happy I went to this dealership to do business promoting our neighborhood and town they did not let me down professional right from the beginning to the delivery
