If only every business was as competent and caring as Advanced Auto in Martinez. I had a dent in my Challenger, and they made the car--which I am extremely picky about--look better than new. Six months later, when I had an accident with my truck, my first thought was how I didn't have to worry, because I knew Advanced Auto would take care of me, and Renee and her husband did. Their wonderful people doing wonderful work. The best--

Friendly and informative staff. Front office, Vanessa and Tali were amazing to work with. Polite and professional! Renee and Jaime are experts in the field. I felt confident my car was being repaired right! My car looked better than when I brought it in. If you re looking for a good auto shop, I highly recommend Advance Auto Body.

If I can share with you guys my experience with Advanced auto body. It has been probably the easiest most professional experience I ve had with any auto body repair shop I have before. They took care of all most everything for me. They made my truck look brand new and gave me a life time warranty. The staff was so comfortable to talk to about my repair, that it made me feel like I was with family!!! thank you so much for a wonderful, great experience Advanced auto body!

Renee and her team at Advance Auto Body did a fantastic job on my repairs due to an accident. With the special paint, and a recommendation from the dealership, I wouldn t trust anyone else. She completed the work when promised and the car looks and drives amazing. And Renee handled all the insurance back and forth. I had no idea and am very happy I had Renee in my corner to make sure my car was restored to the condition before the accident. Highly recommended.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I took my vehicle to AAB to have it repaired based on a recommendation from my Insurance Company. The staff was courteous and professional. The quote was informative and concise. All the parts replaced were new OEM. From the reception area window you can see the Auto Body repair area. Their shop work area is clear and tidy.AAB offered a quick appointment to begin the repairs and took care of all the communication with my Insurance Company as you would expect; however, because I was dealing with the other Driver's Insurance, I wanted to postpone the repairs until they assumed responsibility AND it was convenient for me to be without the vehicle. AAB rescheduled the appointment to a later date and told me they would order the replacement OEM parts so there would be no delay. Good customer service.They quoted me an ETA for repairs and kept within that time frame. The work was done professionally and they communicated with me mid repair to keep me updated on the progress.When I went to pick up the vehicle they did a walk around and pointed out all the repairs so their work could be inspected. The vehicle had fewer than 1500 miles when the accident happened and when I inspected the repairs, it looked the same as when I drove it off the show room floor.They did a yeoman's job on the auto body repairs. I have no complaints and no hesitations on recommending them.

This body shop really likes to take your money and your insurance's money. Sent my car here since it was close to home after a minor accident that caused damages on the radiator, hoses, and some body damage. Coolant was obviously leaking from the accident. It took them almost a month to start repairs since they "couldn't get a hold" of my insurance company, Geico. After 2 more months they finally "repaired" my vehicle, only for it to over-heat and warp the engine head. Why? Because they forgot to put engine coolant. Now after me paying my portion and releasing the vehicle with my signature and saying it is paid in full, they want to send me to collections because they didn't receive a check from Geico. By the way they lied and said the warped engine head was from the minor accident to Geico causing them to total the car and they "only circumstantially discovered this later". Now I have a much higher insurance premium to pay, and a car payment again.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Renee and Ryan are exceptional! You can absolutely trust them with your car and wallet. I just drove home, smiling all the way, from their shop. Brand new light, bodywork pressed seamlessly into place, literally 10 minutes later. And a frank assessment of paint touch up (counseled against it, money out of their pocket!). No question that we won t use any other body shop, and I m gonna sing their praises to family and friends. Thanks so much!!!!

Renee runs a tremendous business -- she is professional, transparent, and effective at helping her customers navigate the insurance claims process. Renee and her team are amazing. They have done tons of work for my family and every time we are very happy with the results. The extra mile they go to bridge the gap with insurance claims speaks volumes of this business. I would highly recommend you try them out next time you are in need. We bought a used civic for our daughter and took it there for a clean up. We thought the car was just black but by the time they were done with it the green fleck was shining through and it looked like a totally different car.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I cannot even tell you how much I loved working with this service. Someone hit my car while I was in a store and my insurance sent me a list of places including Advance Auto Body. The front desk person (I believe her name was Anna? Sorry I forgot D;) was so nice and so great, exactly what I would hope for in Customer Service in a stressful situation. The damage only took them a week and a half to fix and when I got my car back not only was the damage completely repaired but they cleaned the ins and outs of my car! I didn't ask for that. I didn't know they would go that extra mile! My dog passed away in Feb, he was a sheddy angel. We were together for 8 years in and out of that car. I wanted to get my car cleaned for the longest because his hair is still everywhere and I couldn't get it out myself, and I couldn't afford the services. Getting in my car after picking it up from Adv Auto body, gang, I low-keyed cried. I miss that little boy a lot, he was my besty. I feel like it's been really hard to move on from his death, especially with his short baby hairs still everywhere and just getting in my car and it being cleaned was just, it's such a gift. I am so grateful. Going from such a stressful situation and then feeling like it was a blessing because of you guys. Thank you thank you so much <3Service: Body & Trim

10/10, my 370z was rear ended and looks even better than before. The damage looked minor but they went above and beyond with repairs, they found more damage underneath my rear bumper and they had fixed everything. On top of that, I did not realize my hatch was dented too, they took the time to fix the dent, repaint the hatch and return the glass. Afterwards, they took the time to detail my car, which gave it a brand new showroom look. The turn around time was very quick in comparison to other shops. Everyone there was very friendly and guided me through what was needed. 10/10, would recommend to everyone, would for sure come back here for any damage.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My car was damaged by a large chunk of metal on the freeway. It had minimal body damage but had mechanical damage from the chunk of metal going under the car.Advance Auto Body did a great job repairing my car. It drives perfectly now. What I was most impressed with (besides the excellent work they did fixing my car) was their customer service. They detailed my car and it looked better inside and out than it did prior to the accident. I hope I don't need any more body work done in the future but if I do, I will definitely go back to Advance.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

I was rear ended and brought my car to Advance Auto Body at the recommendation of the Concord Mazda dealership. I don't have much experience with this and it's not a fun task to have to deal with, especially when another person's insurance company is involved. Renee was super responsive and communicated very well throughout the process. Their office is very welcoming and the entire experience was enjoyable. It took a couple weeks due to delays from the insurance company, and I was warned it may be tricky to match the paint with the new bumper, but the finished product looks perfect. Hopefully it's not something I need done often, but it's good to know a great place to go, and I figure this review will be helpful to others.Service: Body & Trim

While an unlucky vehicle accident brought me to the body shop, I feel like luck shined on me that I chose Advance Auto Body. Renee, who is the owner, and her top shelf team made my car like new again, which was quite an accomplishment considering the damage. She kept me updated and well-informed every step of the way. And, to put icing on the cake, she had the car thoroughly detailed before I picked it up, which was a totally unexpected and delightful surprise. You can absolutely trust Renee s shop to deliver quality work and great customer service. Thank you, again, Renee and team!

What a pleasure it was to work with Renee. Friendly, efficient, and great at communicating the process! We had a front bumper repair needed after little fender bender in the snow, and while we were there Renee and her team also fixed some damage we had from a previous oops. Both looked amazing, and she worked with us and our insurance company seamlessly. If we ever have another need for body work on our cars, we will absolutely be coming back to Advance Auto Body! Great detail work! Fast and great communication from beginning to end. Renee was very helpful and made sure I was updated every step of the way. From the time I dropped my truck off I was informed of what would be done and when I could expect to have it back. The paint work done on my truck was excellent! I give Advance Auto Body Shop A 10 out of 10 , not only their services are superb but also their staff is Gold and super friendly, what can I tell you my girl Renee went above and beyond to get me the best estimate/repair that saved me thousands of dollars, made new friends with Bob who's soo adorable, my whole experience was the best ever, the timming and repairs were excellent, more than what I expected ,I'm soooo glad that I came across them. I m very happy with the work they did. I love my car and when I was rear ended my left rear fender was bent up and coming off. My insurance company tried to steer me to their own body shop. I took it there for an estimate. He didn t even bother looking under the car. He just walked around and took pictures. I was not impressed with the looks of the garage. I am not one to usually write reviews but the owner Renee was so helpful after we went to this shop right after I was in an accident. Even though, my car was not repaired in this shop because my insurance did not think repair was the best option, I still think this is one of the best auto body repair shop in this area.
