Attended to my needs as expected as we have used this location before. Had all 4 tires mounted balanced and also a alignment. Staff kept me informed as to progress along the way so yes satisfied and would recommend this location. I have one closer to my home but feel this one is more customer service than the Oakridge location. Only complaint is store needs more chairs for those waiting for repairs.

I would like to commend the people at Wheel Works Los Gatos and specifically Margaret the floor manager for their exceptional kind and empathetic treatment of my daughter who came to them last Sunday with a broken downToyota Prius, even though they are a tire shop, took the time to try diagnose her car's problem and help her to get home safely. Their dedication and respect to the customer entering the facility is exemplary and beautiful to experience and I want to sincerely thank them for going above and beyond to make the customer feel valued and safe.I salute your most prized asset-your workers!!Thank youMargaret and the rest of the Los Gatos Wheel Works team

What a pleasant experience. The gal behind the counter (didn t catch her name) was so kind and patient, even with her phone ringing constantly. Will definitely be back. Car was done when promised. Happy in Los Gatos!!!

This location has always been my go to over the years. They have an early drop off option, keep you posted on progress and I never have issues creating an appointment. They ve been very thorough and super helpful for the needs of our car.

Margaret is just amazing!!! She knows what she s doing, super smart, kind, funny and just really great at her job. I take my SUV there, my husband takes his Mercedes there, and my daughter takes her Volkswagen and Margaret is just awesome.

Staff was great. I called the day before. Let them know that I would be having to wait. Because I'm coming from 20 miles away. I kind of expected to get out of there in about 3 hours at the most. It ended up being almost 5.

I required emergency service on a Sunday when other more recommended service outlets in the area were closed. These people over charged for a pair of lower quality tires that don't match the other pair of tires, they claimed that I needed two new tires, as one existing tire was unrepairable.But what was much worse was that they claimed that my oil was very low and it should be changed, as well as other dishonest services that were falsely presented as urgent needs.

Wonderful location, Wonderful people & Wonderful work. Always understood what I wanted & always provided recommendations if anything else was needed. Never had a problem with my vehicle for many years even till this day.

Excellent customer service and a great result overall. The company was very helpful and accommodating in replacing a couple tires and fixing my alignment on my Jaguar. I d highly recommend using this wheel works for any of your needs. A+++!

I had a 10 a.m. appt. for a maintenance job this a.m. and was reminded about it for 2 days I dropped off my car at 9:50 and talked with the very polite man on duty. I asked how long it would take since I had to get a ride both ways. He said "a couple of hours." I returned 3+ hrs. later and my car hadn't been touched - was parked where I left it. He said it would be next.I left - never to return.

I had to have some work done on the front suspension from hitting a curb. Margaret at the front desk took great care of me. The guys fixed it up faster than expected and I had my jeep back in a couple days. 100% recommend this place and shout out to the whole crew. Thanks guys!

I took my car in to have a flat tire inspected, and they ruined my bumper (estimation for repair came out to ~$3,680). They have taken 0 responsibility for thier actions.I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere.The service manager mentioned that he did not note any damage on my vehicle in the condition report that Wheelworks records when they take your car in for service. The purpose of this report is to ensure that they deliver your car to you in the same condition that they received it + the value added by the agreed upon service. This indicates that the damage on my car was not present when I dropped it off at Wheelworks. I have made multiple attempts to obtain the abovementioned condition report, but Wheelworks has not granted me access to it. I believe that their unwillingness to cooperate is likely due to the fact that the clean condition report is proof that they are liable for this damage.Before posting this, I gave them the opportunity to resolve this matter privately; however, they fallaciously maintain that they did not damage my car and have provided nothing to resolve the dispute. I'm disappointed and appalled at the treatment I have recieved as my family has been going to this business for ~25 years.I will make one last attempt to resolve this matter informally shortly. Wheelworks/Bridgestone are free to reach out to me to resolve the matter.Service: Tires

They told me 2.5 hours to do a tire rotationCame back after that guy just looked and said you don t have your lug key. Never asked for it to begin with and wasted my day doing this. Thanks

I have had worked done on my car on three different occasions.Blown tire due to pothole. Excellent serviceI heard a sound and thought my brakes needed service.Free inspection showed that the brakes were fine.Replaced shocks and struts along with one motor mount.Work was done on time.I would recommend this shop.

Management is great! Special thanks to Eric and his team that always services my vehicle and recommends. After taking my car to so many places by far they are the best and most reliable. I will keep coming here and send family and friends. They are also very prompt and welcoming ! =]

I ve always had a decent experience here at Wheel Works. The problem I have is that there is always a wait. They seem to want people to leave their cars and come back, but I can t do that. My dog got tired of waiting too.

Nice service. My care rides much better with new tires.They are very busy, so you may find your install date pushed back. Plus some waiting time when you arrive. I think I had a 3hr wait until it was done.
