Michael, the lead mechanic/owner was a very nice man who not only did a great work on my VW eurovan, but also drove me home when it was pouring out! Kind, high quality service for a fair cost. Highly recommend!

Brought my car here to fix a flat. The mechanic, Michael, noted the issue right away (a long screw that had gone all the way in) and fixed it in < 2 minutes. In and out in less than 5 mins! Super quick and efficient service. While fixing a flat was pricier at $25 compared to $11 at Costco, this place wins hands down given that Costco asked me to leave the car in by 9am and pick it up at 8.30pm.Service: Tires

This small business provides a good service without gouging you (especially for the area). I called Michael at the last minute to look at the brakes of my minivan and he took care of it by the end of the same day. It was very reasonably priced. Best place to get tire puncture fixed! Every time I come here for tire puncture, Michael fixes it right away. And no issues at all afterwards. Hope they stay here for a long long time! Also price is so reasonable too!Highly recommend!

When it comes to auto service shops, I think the most important factors are quality, service, and trust. Ultimae Auto repair has all of these to the highest degree. Very professional, always doing a great job, and treating customers with utmost care and respect.My 1996 Lexus has been passed down three generations and babied by this team and every work that had been done, i never had ever came back to get it fixed again.Been taking my vehicles here for years and have always received excellent service. I would seriously give this place 6 stars if possible, as Michael is simply the best.Highly recommend to everyone!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Car issues have plagued me since I got my license 10 years ago, and I've had both good and bad experiences with auto repair shops throughout the bay area.I am one who knows absolutely nothing about cars, it is especially important to find an auto repair shop I can trust. I moved to los gatos over 3 years ago, and naturally, my car issues followed me here. Within my first month of moving here, I needed to get my tire and rim replaced on my lemon of a Mercury Milan. My first home in Los Gatos, adjacent to ultimate auto, so I thought, why not give them a try? I had a great experience working with michael. He didn't try to sell me anything. He didn't tell me I needed to fix irrelevant problems x, y, and z. He simply fixed my car at a reasonable cost, and he even let me leave it parked there while I was out of town. Since then, I have continued to go to ultimate auto for everything related to my car, despite now living several miles away. This place has proven to be an amazing, reliable, and trustworthy auto repair shop, and I refuse to go anywhere else. Most recently a driver backed into me and destroyed my front bumper and my radiator blew, and I called Michael to let him know I'd be dropping off my car and he took care of me.Do note that michael is nearly always either short staffed or overworked. He literally always have cars in the parking lot that are needing his magic touch so do not expect your car to be done in an hour or so. Drop it off and call and Uber/Lyft/Taxi, its better to have quality fixture and know your car is in great hands than to rush everything around you and regret later!

The owner is mike very knowledge of cars from old to newer ones. Very friendly person. He is a local auto repair shop. The main issue i have is it takes several days to get your car back. Friendly prices. Open 6 days a week. And till 6 pm. Allways ask him to check other items when he has your car.

Really nice staff! I took my car into their shop without really understanding if what I was experiencing was an issue or not. They took my car out for a test drive, and then put it up on the hydrologic jack. In the end, the issue was not anything serious worth fixing. They did not charge me for their time, despite my instance that I wanted to! Really good people that I think you can trust.

Mike helped me. Really helpful and friendly service. Checked smaller to larger items when getting car fixed to pass smog. I could tell he was trying to be cost conscious. I hadn't used his shop before, but I will from now on.

Went there for a car assessment before selling it. Michael looked at it. He seems really straightforward and reasonable. He was recommended by the buyer of the car. Will most likely save his contact.

800 dollars in Air conditioning repair and two years later it all leaked out of the system. There are now two major leaks atleast. When I asked them if there wanytjing they could do they said two years is a long time for a A/C system. Seems to be poorly run. I think they could stand by their work a little more.

Trusty and fare priced.I have a Tesla model x and it sprung a leak in the rear tier just when I got new tires.It would have been prohibitive to get new tires again.These guys patched it up (when everyone else said no . )
