Received an oil and filter change this morning. They provided quick, excellent service. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely be going back for future oil changes and smog checks.

I needed a fuel filter for my diesel truck. They were able to order and do the work within a day. Once I went in, it took an hour for the fuel filter and oil change.

We've been using this location for years for oil changes but recently chose to bring our 2006 Honda Pilot here (instead of the Honda dealer) for an oil change, cabin filter replacement, air conditioning recharging, and some fluid replacements. The work was done very quickly; I'm sure it would have been at the dealer all day. The cost was substantially less than the dealer would have charged. Just SO much more convenient, quicker service, and better prices. Very pleased with this location. You will not be able to get any type of ball park figure, let alone a quote, for a Oil Change from this place unless you show up in person as advised when I called this morning.The gentleman did not even attempt to ask for make, model, year ...

Stay away from this place! We don't even want to give 1 star, it's that bad. Used to be a nice place, nice people, nice service, NOT ANYMORE! After 15 years we used the service, in the last year we were treated terrible and offended every time, were lied to, pushed to do more expensive oil, they said every time: there is no oil in stock that we needed, and that's the oil change place! We want a simple oil change and every time they don't have the oil in stock?They verbally gave us a price that we will pay, and at the end, at the register the cost was $70 more, and we were totally bullied and attitude of the manager was awful and ugly. No politeness, no caring, lying in your face and raising voice. Have you noticed? They never put a price on the invoice when you leave your car for oil service. And then they charge you what they want. We will never come back, but if you go there, make sure to see the FINAL COST for the service you will get, NOT THE ESTIMATE, BUT FINAL COST. Every oil change place knows exactly how much the cost is for your car. So...good luck.Service: Oil change

I would ve given a higher rating but this is now the second time this has happened with one of my vehicles and I just don t like being lied to.The first time this happened was on a 2008 Dodge ram that I owned a few years ago. I specifically requested mobile one oil and Mopar oil filter for my truck. They said no problem and I trusted their word. I then took my truck in for service at a Dodge dealership and it was almost due for another oil change so I had them put the truck on a lift and lo and behold there was a generic brand oil filter, I was not pleased.Fast forward to my newer truck a 2014 Dodge ram in which I also specifically ask for Mopar oil filters. Speedy was the last one to touch my truck back in December when I had the oil change done. It was due for another oil change this week so I decided to do it myself as most of the shops in my area were booked for another two weeks. I get underneath my truck to pull the oil filter out and I see this? Mighty oil filter? Never even heard of it. Again I specifically asked for Mopar. If you don t have it then at least have the decency to let me know you re installing something completely different and not charging me premium cost for a generic oil filter.Now I have to question whether or not they actually installed mobile 1 synthetic oil in my truck to begin with. Sorry but never going here again. You blew it.

The oil change alert came up, so I returned to SpeeDee on LG Blvd. They checked my records and let me know that the last time I was there they put in longer mileage oil so I could go another 5000 miles no problem. They checked the levels, everything was fine. They could have sold me another oil change, but didn t. How cool is that? Thanks, guys.

Today I saw a Speedee Employee verbally attack an elderly customer. The customer was trying to pull in for service and went to the wrong entrance. This worker (who drives a blue corvette) was upset he was cutoff and got out of his vehicle to scream at the customer. The customer repeatedly apologized, but this worker was verbally abusive and it was absolutely disgusting to see how our elders are treated. This is all right before the customer is getting their car serviced!I ve used speedee repeatedly as I grew up in LG, but will not only boycott it, but be sure all my family and friends know what kind of service they offer.To the business, please take this seriously and I m open to revising this review and subsequent actions if any action is taken on your part.Thank you and have a great day

Bad vibe at this place. My last oil change was around $120 and this time somehow it was more than twice as much. High pressure upsell and half-truths are used to catch you off guard. I don t recommend and I will not return here.

I brought my vehicle in last week and let me tell you, it was fast. I got AMSOIL full synthetic and I saved money. Plus I did my research and found the AMSOIL the be at the top of the list. Very happy.

While we didn't get our oil changed at SpeeDee, I would recommend this business based on their compassion and kindness. My rental car broke down at the intersection where their business is -- oil drain plug fell off somewhere along the highway and I had no idea until I noticed the oil % number plummeting. Car died (engine seized) and they let us have the car pushed (yes, pushed by two incredibly kind strangers) into their parking lot where it sat for four hours as I waited for the rental car company to send a replacement car and tow the broken down car away. They were patient, understanding, and are the ones who figured out the oil drain plug was missing. They couldn't have been nicer or more helpful - much appreciated by this weary traveler from Boston. If I lived in the Los Gatos area, I would definitely support this business!

Stay away from this place, the manager will rip you off, his name is spence. he tried to charge me a lot for oil change telling me my 4 cylinder car is a 6 cylinder which is not if i did not argue then i will be overprice they also dont check and inspect coolant and etc.

Stopped into there for an oil change. The manager deployed all the classic slimy sales tactics to try and turn my $120 oil change into a $950 full service. Got a very bad, creepy vibe off of him. Will not be back.

Seating area is large and comfortable, and staff was super friendly. They explained everything they had done and I was on the road in no time.

DON'T USE! THEY EMPLOY HIGH PRESSURE UPSALE NONSENSE!! I have a 2011 Lexus ES350 with 130,000 miles. The recommended oil in my owners manual says 5w-30 which I have always put in my car. The technician told me I would ruin my car unless I used the synthetic which was a $25 upcharge. He said Lexus recommended synthetic for all their cars and in fact the only oil they use now is synthetic. I said no wanted 5w-30 my usual. He threw a fit saying I put it in at my own risk. Said if I put regular oil in my car I would need an engine oil flush whatever that is. I said no. At this point I said I don't need this grief so just went to my usual mechanic who confirmed what I was thinking 5w-30 is fine. I called the Stevens Creek Lexus Service who said they would put 5W-30 in my car. WHAT NO SYNTHETIC!!??

This people are joke . original estimate for the oil change was one hour and we accepted then they call us back and told us they need another three hours for oil change and it is normal since they doing high-quality job totally scam stay way from this company no trust see if your time . Excellent, quick and honest service. They're generally a little more pricey than other quick-service-type places, but there are always discounts available and the people there take good care of your cars. They'll take the time talk honestly with you about your vehicles, which can be very rare among these types of services.

Came in without appointment. Was meet by Customer Service Rep Jacob. Very Friendly, honest and informative about the service needs for my vehicle. Great Price, Great Quick Service! Never disappointed when I come!Thanks Jacob for getting me out Quickly!!

My go-to spot. They have a simple and quick service that gets the job done.Yes, they often try to up-sell you by saying things like "Have you thought about replacing your air filter?" (even though it's fine) but if you can see through that and say no then you should be fine! Again, good price, quick service.

Expect to pay $146.00, out the door, for AMSOIL XL synthetic lube/oil. Expect a wait for smog (with no mechanical problems), runs about 1 hour and costs around $78.00 out the door. Staff can be rude at times.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Love this place. Quickest oil changes even when they re busy. There s a super nice African American gentleman (Darren? Daryl?) who is always super kind. They never short me oil lik jiffy lube and oil can Henry s does. They ve become my go to place! Highly recommend!

2016 Coupon says $29 and when I get there my invoice is almost $90. Big difference! I ask how long and guy tells me 40 min. Took an hour 5 min. Ants climbing wall in waiting room. Cigarette smoke coming in through open back door....ugh. Not so speedy. Don't know that I will be back.2018 decided to try one more time since due for oil and speedee does smog and due for that also. Arrived at 745...they open at 8. Service guy checked my truck in at 750, first one here! But no smog since machine not working today so ok...already here will just get oil. Went into waiting room that no one turned lights on yet so I found switches. The guy didn't even give me any options with service so sitting here wondering what type of bill I'm going to get ugh. You know that sick feeling you get when you think I knew I should have gone somewhere else....yep feeling that. Finally got truck at 830. Bill 75. ? Wonder why got charged 90 first time?

Super slow for SMOG checks. They quoted 20-30 minutes. Took them an hour. No one was in front of us in line, they just prioritize oil change over SMOG. They got mad at us when we asked if there was an update or if we could have our car back. Oil change has been fine, but don't come here for SMOG.

Brought my son's Subaru in for an oil change. In and out in 15 minutes. Best price and service I've gotten in a long time. Only annoying thing was the whining guy with a huge pick up complaining about the fact he had to pay more cause his engine took 11 quarts of oil.

I went here with my 09 Lexus with(150150)and had the oil change they were super helpful I got the 5w30 energy conserving oil which says on my cap for non car ppl that means syn I was giving the options but the guy asked me if I do a lot of driving I do they have the AMSOIL signature series which is good for 15,000 miles and they offered me the extended life filter I also did the engine oil flesh and my engine runs quieter and much smoother(Lexus recommends models use either 0W-20 or 5W-30 multigrade synthetic blends to maintain its engines . Check with your owner's manual to determine which type is appropriate for your specific vehicle. Each of these oils ranges in viscosity to adapt to changing outdoor temperatures)

Had a light go out and showed up half hour before they closed, one of the guys (don t know his name) hopped right on the job and had me out in 20 minutes, week later my oil light came on and since I had such wonderful service I decided to go back instead of using a coupon for another oil change spot, again had me in and out with great service. Will return again!
