Highly recommend this body shop. Gary is dedicated on helping his customers get the quality work they deserve. He works well with insurances. And for me he went the extra mile. My car was totaled and my car was picked up by the insurance earlier than they said they would. Gary was thoughtful enough to help me get all my personal belongings out of my car before they towed it.

Gary will get easy fixes done for little to nothing. However, this is a very casual shop with no boundaries or professionalism. He said to bring snacks in exchange for a fix. When the fix was done, asked for a peck on the cheek from my daughter. This is completely unprofessional, a violation of boundaries, and borderline harassment. Do NOT go here if you value professionalism or basic respect of women.

This is my third time taking a damaged car to Preferred Image, and all three times they did an unbelievable, amazing job. Cannot recommend them high enough!

If I could give Gary and his team 6 stars, I would. Customer service was first class. Paint match - perfect. Panel alignment - perfect. Mechanicals - perfect. If you love your ride, don't waste your time getting quotes from other shops - just go here.

I had some minor damages to the hood and front end of my 1995 Camry. Because of the age of the vehicle, I was on a tight budget, but Gary and his staff took good care of me, finding a solution that made my car look good as new and even charging me less than their initial quote. Very grateful for their expertise and will definitely be returning if I ever need more work done!Service: Body & Trim

We used Gary's garage on a previous occasion for our Tesla and they did a fabulous job. There was a minor body problem on the car last week. I dropped by to see if he could fix it. Gary asked if I could bring the car in the following day. I did so and he fixed it while I waited. Even gave me a donut!Very accommodating and friendly. Highy recommend.Service: Body & Trim

Went to get a quote for collusion repair and the guy asks me a lot of questions, after looking at the car he got angry that I actually got a lawyer for the accident said he s not going to give me a quote and I wasted his time! Went to another shop close by and as soon as they saw my car, they noticed the extend of the impact and internal damage. He showed me where actually the internal bar guard under the bumper is bent. Avoid this place, it doesn t seem like they know their job and they need to learn to have some respect

I had been driving around with a damaged bumper. I stopped by Preferred Image and Gary, the owner, diagnosed the problem and helped me on the spot! Its was a small fix, but they went out of their way to get it done quickly without me having to make an appointment. The repair was perfect and they charged a very fair price. This body shop is the best body shop I have ever been to. Customer service is excellent! The staffs are very professional and honest. I took my car here to get the bumper on the side get repainted because it was scratched. They told me that they were able to get the scratch off without actually repainting my car. They restored it to its original look. They did not charge me a dime and the best thing was they even gave my car a car wash! They are awesome! I will definitely share this to all my relatives and friends! Highly recommended! Thank you so much Preffered Image for a wonderful experience!

Called to ask about a repair status update, the woman who picked up the phone off the bat says Make it fast, I m busy! How disrespectful can one be with someone you never talked to before especially if you re running a customer service business. Save your time and money folks! Go with the big guys like Caliber Collision, at least they give basic friendly customer service.

Small office, no waiting area. Had to wait outside the office for 15+ minutes before Gary was free to give an estimate. My observation, Gary loves to chat things up, leaving no time for discussing alternate/cheaper repair options. He only fixes cars one way- the way that will make him the most money. My suggestion, take your car there if you're loaded or if insurance company is flipping the bill. If you're looking to get things done on a budget, find another place.

They repaired a very bad scuff mark on my Tesla; and also fixed two other small dents that I did not ask them to do, at no additional cost. And then they washed the car; it's the cleanest I have ever seen it, like new. Finished the work on time and were friendly and professional. Was unable to complete repairs and debated authenticity of crash related problems. Had to return because did chargec AC, after replacing and repairing radiator still has leak and must return again. If you need minor body work ok, if you need conplete quality repair work reccomend to avoid.

Everyone there has gone out of their way to help me, all I needed was a door handle repair on 10 year old minivan. I know they have other customers with beautiful, newer, expensive cars but they treated me a if my old minivan was just as important. Truly a classy place.
