Adriana Boas is the BEST salesperson! This is the BEST experience EVER in buying a new car. Adriana was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly. She new exactly what I was looking for. Adriana went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable with my decision. Thanks to her my husband and I are extremely happy and satisfied with our purchase. The process was so fast that we did not need to sit there for hours. The level of service is amazing! If someone knows about cars is Adriana.

Ricardo at Los Gatos luxury cars service team is awesome. I have been bringing my Lamborghini Huracan and Bentley Continental GT here for years, and Ricardo is very proactive, detail oriented, and responsive. Truly professional and pleasant experience!! Hector was awesome- he sent me so many videos of the Aventador and gave honest answers to my questions. I flew from NY with my son to see the car in person and closed the deal. Gabriel, finance manager, was great to work with, explained all the paperwork honestly and I didn t feel rushed. Can t wait to get my raging Bull delivered cross country to my driveway!!

Hands down my best car dealership experience ever.Simply put, the team here is friendly, helpful & respectful. Adriana, who I worked with on the purchase of a used X5 to replace the family daily driver, is a customer care expert!Of course, this dealership specializes in more interesting and exotic cars than a family SUV. Seems like quite a selection of super cars and special editions.Not to mention the BEAUTIFUL dealership. All around fantastic spot to buy a car.

The people here are amazing! I have purchased a couple of cars and received only the best in class service! The sales team go above and beyond to ensure all my customer needs were met. If anything happened that needed to be solved they were quick to make things right and even better. The service crew give me peace of mind knowing that my cars are in good hands. I had multiple service needs through out the years and there was never an issue that they couldn't resolve. I can always count on them! The management team are also focused around a positive customer experience and have events that I always look forward to every year! I highly recommend and will definitely continue doing business here!

Always great service and support from the service advisers, Marc and Ricardo, and technicians at Los Gatos Luxury Cars. They've maintained by V8 Vantage, DB11 V8, and DBS Superleggera over the years and keep them running in top shape!

The service of repairing the A/C system required alot of time, money, and patience from Marc Lebas, the service advisor and his staff of mechanics. I understand how hard it was to diagnosis and fix the problem, but the shop never give up. After months of waiting for parts from Italy: and their best their top mechanic to repair the wiring problem, as well as a new compressor, the Gallardo got fixed. Although the cost was quite expensive, I believe Marc reduced alot of repair hours to lower the bill as best as he could.Thank you Marc Lebas, and your staff for helping repair my Gallardo.

I have been on the hunt for a Mercedes E Amg wagon for years. I found one posted on their site and emailed if the vehicle was available. Kyle contacted shortly after stating the vehicle was available. We immediately began the process and closed the deal. It was a fast and easy process and was out the door in less than an hour. This was by far the best buying experience I have had at any dealership to date. I am beyond grateful for the staff who took that extra step in making me feel comfortable. Adriana Boas was our salesperson at Luxury Cars of Los Gatos, and she was absolutely the best! We've never had such a wonderful experience at an automobile showroom. She was honest, attentive, and very thorough. Adriana gave us such a great experience knowing that we were dealing with a reliable and trustworthy dealership. Everyone there was very accommodating and super pleasant. We were really treated with white glove service the minute we walked in the door. Accolades to the entire team there, and especially Adriana for immediately gaining our trust and making our car buying experience seamless.

Recently purchased a Lamborghini Urus from your dealership. I love my exotic cars and make numerous purchases every year. 3 in the last 60 days.My experience this time especially with my salesperson Adriana Boas was Exceptional!!From the time I called in, to the actual delivery of the vehicle to Los Angeles was a total of 4 days. It was professional, knowledgeable, timely and such a fun experience. I can t say thank you enough and will definitely be a return customer!

Though I live hundreds of miles away, this transaction was as effortless as a car purchase can be. With the initial contact, Irena was a very helpful, walking to the car to providing me snapshots of the interior in different lighting, to make sure I was happy. Paint protection was verified by a tech, as well as service/maintenance documents, without hesitation. They sent me the original window sticker too. Mr. contract man, Gabriel was patient and understanding through the on-line transaction. Sales Manager Vlad has a fine team representing the brand.

My experience with luxury Cars Los Gatos has been terrific. I purchased a car from their sister store in Walnut Creek and went by Los Gatos to get a small part replaced and Marc was professional knowledgeable and friendly. Made me feel like I have been going there for years. Awesome experience.

Another great experience having my car serviced at Los Gatos Luxury. Even in a time when parts are scarce, car was completed in a timely manner. Riccardo always goes out of his way to make sure things are completed the right way and is superb at communicating. Mark is also equally committed to this level of customer satisfaction and I trust bringing my cars to either of them.

Riccardo is a pleasure to work with... he always keeps me informed on status of service and goes out of his way to make it easier for me (loaner vehicle or Lyft, etc). This is one of the very best high end store I ve been. 5 months ago, I email them to express interest on a Lamborghini Urus. My sales associate Teddy Pham took no time to respond my email with estimated cost of the car I built on the configurator. Explained the process of ordering and eta in details. Since I wanted to make sure my wife likes the car. He arranged a car for us to test drive.4 months later. Teddy emailed me that my turn comes up. So I went the next day to finalize my options. Teddy introduced me to their finance manager Darren to answer all my finance questions. All of us had so much fun talking about the options of my build. How the exhaust of the Urus is not as loud as the other models. Whether I should op for the exhaust now and save $15k than change it later. While Teddy had a little problem entering the options into the system. Now the expert Adam showed up. He knows the system and options inside out. Didn t give me much recommendations cause he thought my build was perfect except for one thing. He recommended changing the privacy glass option, and use the money toward the ventilation seats. I appreciate his honesty by not up selling and put himself into his customers position. I ended up keeping my privacy glass and added the ventilation seats. The whole process was very smooth. Everything was as promised. Everyone is super nice, professional, responsive, customer oriented, and enthusiastic. Also a welcome email from their general sales manager Chris Blank offering if I need any additional help. They truly value their customers from their hearts and they re always there to help.Highly recommended!

I ordered a Lamborghini Huracan Tecnica in January 2022, and I finally got it today!The experience with Luxury Cars Los Gatos was outstanding!Clayton made my journey very pleasant, being always available for all my questions and visits to the dealership.Clayton since first day made me try the cars, and then helped me placing the order. As soon as they got the allocation he put an order for me and kept me constantly updated answering all my calls, emails and spending time with me at every of my visit.Riccardo also has been outstanding, dispensing technical info and good gestures. I got some kind of friendship with him and Clayton, which really helped me going through everything. They also always welcomed me as if I was part of their family, offering me also coffee and sodas.Finally Teddy took my Range Rover as a Trade-In, and I although the price is never as high as a private sale, he considered my expectations and got closer to what I wanted.The overall experience with these people was really outstanding hence I recommend to everybody to buy from this dealership!

Marc insures you are well informed all along the process including a full understanding of costs and timelines. Marc LeBas is the best service manager I have ever worked with. He is in a class by himself. In the last 13 years I have purchased 2 Aston Martin Rapides at LCLG, and Marc has been my MVP on both vehicles.
