Very friendly staff. Had a very smooth transaction. They arranged rental vehicle from enterprise as well on time. Did a great job on my car which was involved in rear end collision. Contacting them is also very easy.

I wanted to start off by this is my second time I come here to this location with a different vehicle, but last week I had a great experience with their service. I had to come in for a small fender bender, and the Kristina M. Did a great job taking care of my car. She kept me informed at all time how my car was doing, and when my car was done she showed me how great this place works. My car looks amazing and I am thankful for the staff that connected and acted very professional. Great affordable place and great quality.-satisfied customer

Jackie who coordinated my repair was fantastic. She was friendly, thorough, and walked me through every step of the process and estimate. My repair was completed lightning-fast and looked great! I wish the rest of my car looked as good as my bumper does right now. Very pleased with these guys and hopefully I'm not in any more fender-benders, but if I am, I'd be happy to return here.Services: Full body wash, Painting, Body & Trim, Paint repair

My wife and I were rear ended in San Anselmo (Marin County) and our car recieved extensive damage. We called AAA and they advised us that Crash Champions Los Gatos was an approved AAA repair shop.Jacqueline assisted us through out the entire process and would highly recommend the shop. She provided the highest standard of customer service.You drop your car off and it is repaired at an off site facility. AAA and Crash Champions arrange to have the rental car company pick you up to get your rental car.Car comes back cleaned and detailed.Services: Body & Trim, Paint repair

Are you looking for a repair shop that seems mismanaged?Are you looking for a repair shop that will repeat the same excuses for their reasonings for delaying repairs even when they have all parts necessary to complete your car repair and at first give you a timeframe of a little less than a week to complete repairs?Do you want to receive your car still needing further repairs because they apparently lack necessary equipment to finish the job?Then look no further than Crash Chamions in Los Gatos!We truly did appreciate dealing with Evelyn s condescension when she finally decided to message us after making a whole stink of letting them know that as a working family we would need a car, either our own or a paid rental. We especially loved the almost bragging she saw fit to send in an email about how they have many other customers in their shop who also need cars yet they ve been sitting in their shop for months . You know, as in we shouldn t be complaining as we re not the only ones who made the mistake of choosing their shop for car repair.So if you ve made it this far in reading the review then I implore you to please choose another shop as they seem firm on giving you the hardest time in an already stressful part of your life in dealing with repairs after an accident.Services: Body & Trim, Welding

They were the local AAA body shop for a recent accident. Danielle was absolutely amazing and handled all of our needs from top to bottom. Stayed in communication regularly about the status of my car and took care of all the insurance issues. Amazing customer service. Not that I want to have to have work done on my car again but if I do I am going there.

This is a second time that I've been to Pan American to fix my car. It was for a minor issue this time, but I received the same care, high quality work and professionalism. I truly appreciate and trust Daniel who runs the satellite office in Los Gatos. I highly recommend them.

I had some body work done here and they did a fantastic job. Excellent communication with updates almost daily (by SMS or email). The car came back to me on time and looking absolutely like new (including a thorough cleaning!). Very happy.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I have used Pan American twice. The first time, it was at the suggestion of my insurance company. Most recently, another driver hit me, and damaged the entire driver side of my Tundra. I went back to Pan Am because they did a good job the first time. Not only did they do another great job as far as the repairs were concerned, I was able to pick my truck up early. I picked it up yesterday, 1/23/19, instead of the originally scheduled date of 1/29/19. 6 days early and my truck looks brand new. Also Danielle, who you will probably be in contact with, is very easy to work with and gives you an update every step of the way. I highly recommend Pan American if you need any work done.

I have owned a lot of cars over the last 45 years. In that time I have had people hit my cars which resulted in my needing to entrust the repair to a reputable body shop.Not all of my experiences went well.But for the last 20 years I have had the good fortune of only having any repairs done by Pan American.Some of the negative reviews make me laugh.Complain about paperwork or scheduling...but anyone who can honestly claim the quality of the BODYWORK is not impeccable is clearly unaware of how vastly superior the actual bodywork is over most other shops.The work done by Pan American has never let me down. I have NEVER picked up my car and has reason to complain about anything.If you are not 100 percent thrilled with the quality of Bodywork done by Pan American...it is likely you are the type of person who would complain the wine Jesus made from water was not as good as what you were hoping for.Well done as always Pan American

Great experience with Pan American in Los Gatos! My car was damaged by a hit and run driver which was a real bummer. But Danielle at Pan American really helped out by coordinating with the rental car agency, and keeping me updated on status, etc. The work was great, and car looks as good as new.

I worked with Daniel to have a repair done on my Prius - my car looks like new! It was returned to me in pristine condition - they had cleaned it inside and out. Feels like a new car.

Got my car back after having them fix it but the transmission made noises so ai had to return the car to the shop and wait for another two weeks to get it fixed. Would NOT recommend.
