I, unfortunately, have used Caliber collision multiple times for various reason. They are by far are the company I would recommend for body work. Their communication about the progress of your repair is stellar. They do great work! They are also a premier repair shop with most insurance companies.

I highly recommend Miguel and the team at Caliber Collision in Los Gatos. They provided 5-Star service and were super helpful throughout the process of my 3 repair cases for my car. I was super impressed by their attention to detail, their follow up and updates, on time completion and excellence of work. They became friends to me through the process. They worked great with my insurance and processed everything with ease and zero hassle. Thank you Miguel and team! You guys are the best. PJ Johnson

I took my car in to have some paint re-done & my car ended up having to be at the shop a little longer than planned as the shop needed to order a toner to match the paint perfectly. Anthony drove me to & from a dental appointment I had so I could save $ on taking a Lyft. Additionally, the shop fixed a rubber piece that was sticking off my windshield and installed a set of windshield wiper arms. This shop took care of me and my vehicle. I'd recommend taking your car here.

Once a stellar body shop, caliber Collision in Los Gatos tool 3 months to fix my fender bender (minor job). Not sure what s going on there shortage of staff, unavailability of parts, or poor management. I expect better from this shop I have been going to for 30+ years.

Had a dent repaired in my Jeep. They were awesome. It looks like new!They communicated status daily. And my Jeep was returned cleaner than dropped off.Listen. My Jeep is my baby. It is the first new car I ever bought for myself-I always put raising my kids first and drove beaters. I finally treated myself to a new car after becoming an empty nester. I was nervous handing it over.I feel like they treated my car with the same-if not better-care I would have.I highly recommend them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I am a NV resident & was hit by a semi in the bay area. Had my car towed to Caliber in Los Gatos. Matt was extremely helpful answering all of my questions on my many phone calls & provided a fair estimate to my insurance co. He helped make the car driveable so I could get it home. Going to Caliber Collision in Carson City for repairs. Thanks Matt, you're the BEST!!!

My insurance sent me to Caliber after an accident. Although I arrived late in the day, my technician (Melissa) stayed late to get my paperwork done.Melissa kept me informed of all progress. I was notified in a timely manner when there was a delay (the paint match from the manufacturer did not match the aged color of my older car and some repainting was necessary). I was not charged for the extra work.I needed my car back as soon as possible, so Caliber finished the work and released my car (Julian even dropped it off at my home!). However, they were still not 100% satisfied with the color match, and offered to repaint the hood free of charge, at my convenience. Again, Julian offered to pick up and drop off the car to make it easier for me.Their commitment, professionalism, and customer service are excellent. They did everything possible to make me satisfied, and I certainly am satisfied!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I brought my 2020 Mustang GT in for some pretty considerable cosmetic damage to the front and rear end, after a collision. Caliber did an incredible job on the repairs. They absolutely exceeded my expectations. The customer service was just as excellent as the handiwork. I absolutely recommend going to this shop for all of your collision repair needs. They will not let you down. Great service. I had come in a few years back for a lift gate replacement job. About a month ago, it started to malfunction. They were willing to do warranty work and do it with a smile. That's stellar customer service - kudos to the new manager who stayed late to give me my keys. Thank you!

Benito knows cars a lot. Throughout the whole time, he was very friendly. He kept me posted about what was going on with my car. I am very happy with their work. The whole place is very nice and friendly.

Excellent and will recommend. I was wowed by the exceptional service and professionalism of Caliber Collision Los Gatos. I had part of my 2019 Mercedes Benz GLE400 dent repaired and repainted. Communication was quick, and the cost was fair and accurate. The technician Luis Mata Garcia perfectly matched the paint. Service advisor Melissa Leaman was friendly in telling every detail and keeping the progress updated all the time. I was a little worried about matching the color, but boy was I wrong. I highly recommend Caliber Collision Los Gatos!Service: Painting

Wow! Fantastic shop and great service. My Dodge Ram was involved in a fender bender and after shopping around, I was finally helped by the Los Gatos Caliber Collision. While we didn t actually get our car fixed because it wasn t worth saving. They gave us honest pricing and held our car at the lot for two weeks while we decided how to dispose of the car. Highly recommend!

This is the second time over the years we have taken our vehicles in for repair. The were helpful, professional and on time. Both vehicles have specialized paint color so matching can be a challenge. The first vehicle(repaired in 2016) wasn't quite right with paint so they kept the truck and fixed the color, spot on the second time. For the car most recently (Aug 2021) they had my bumper repaired with perfect paint match in just 2 days. Hopefully we won't need to services again but if we do we will go back to Caliber.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Caliber Collision did a fantastic job! The repairs are of superior quality. The work was completed in a timely manor. And most importantly, Matt and the others with whom I dealt we're excellent listeners, they treated me with respect, and gave me the feeling that they genuinely cared for not only my property but also my personal situation. I had my catalytic converter stolen from my Prius, Melissa and Caliber were fantastic at getting me back on the road as quick as possible. Went to get an estimate for body work. Insurance company sent us to this shop. Came out took photos of the car let us know he d be calling us back the next day for eta. Never met expectation on phone call. Called into the shop to find out what is happening and it looks like we are waiting on 1 more part . I voice my displeasure with zero communication. I hear crickets.No empathy. Then when I tell the receptionist that she s not understanding me her voice goes up two octaves with I m sorry no one got back to you. People don t enjoy being jerked around nor do they enjoy fake empathy. The call by me initiated 3 weeks after our initial contact. 3 weeks. No communication, this isn t a place you want to visit. I can only imagine what happens after they have your vehicle. Some people do great work but don t have any business sense.Looks like we will find another shop to do out work.Avoid this place if you like straight forward clear expectations.

Tom at Caliber is incredible, I had never been through an insurance claim and from the day I dropped car off until they completed the work he was very attentive and responsive and his communication is top notch. He made the whole process very easy and his supporting staff did a fantastic job. My little race car had some aftermarket parts and he went above and beyond to work with my insurance to replace with the same mods. While I hope to never see him ever again I would highly recommend his services, thank you Tom.

My bumper was unfortunately hit and luckily I found caliber collision to help me. They did a great job and it was a great experience! The car was ready for pick up on time, as scheduled. My bumper looks brand new!

They were very professional, nice and kept in touch with me. My car looks like new after a tree hit it and put multiple dents and broke out rear window!
