Great service professional equipment great rates good tires shop is real clean and they have a lounge and free coffee for Customers!!Mechanics are professional, and do a good damn job. Highly recommended if you need service to your vehicle or tires!! Los Banos Tire shop is the way to go!!

These guys are absolutely coming from the repair industry a 30-year Master tech I observed a clean shop employees that were on point a service advisor that knew what was going on and how to get it done and most importantly how to take care of a customer and his safety I had a tire that was bad unbeknownst to me I thought I had two and there's actually three he took charge got it done within my budget and I'm extremely happy I recommend him highly and this is coming from a guy that spent most of his life in the industry thank you Los Banos tire for your accuracy and attention to my plight

I was attended to right away. The job was done within about 20 mins, and I was unable to take the deal for all 4 tires at the time, but I was given a discount for a future visit. The tires were moderately priced and I was overall satisfied with my visit.

Of course we all have to look around and try not to spend much on anything we are buying. Anyway, I called different shops and compare their pricing. Some are really not honest and some are just fairly enough. I was suggested to come and check this shop and I was amazed for the pricing/ customer service and crew personalities. They are absolutely awesome very good employees. I only bought one used tire and It was very low cost compare to the places I went and called. You guys definitely deserve a 5 stars. I will definitely come back to this place

Came here with my newly purchased project, a 2011 Mustang GT. I needed Headlights and a swaybar relocation plate installed. The swaybar relocation is supposed to allow you to push the sway bar slightly forward so you can have clearance for a 15 inch rim. All they did was used the plate as a spacer. Didn't bother to look at the video I showed him to properly install it. Now I that I have installed expensive wheels the problems came to light. I wasn't aware of his careless work and these expensive wheels now have deep metal on metal gashes. I've been debating taking legal action as these wheels as I mentioned are very expensive and didn't move more than 2 inches before being badly damaged. To top it off I tipped them pretty hefty for dishonest work. Also I had to adjust the Headlights they installed as they weren't calibrated at all. Never done it before so had to get a hold of someone from Ford. I would not come back nor reccomend them to anyone.

Lost a wheel off my truck while on a trip and got towed to Los Banos tire. These guys had my new hub in stock and had me back on the road in less than 2 hours. The owners two sons worked on my truck and knew exactly what they were doing. It was obvious that they were trained very well, I couldn't be happier with my experience there! Thanks Los Banos tire!

I don't know where to start so I'm going to change my review by saying I think you should be very careful. Get a second opinion. Because my second opinion cost me $ 80 compared to $$$$$

Jose and his expert team are awesome!! Detailed my car after working on it . I Highly recommend this tire shop and auto repair. I would never wish this poor experience on anyone!!! Horrible experience from the start, the owner had a horrible attitude with me. I had a flat so a tow truck left my car there overnight and I went right when they opened. I felt uncomfortable buying a tire from him I knew he was trying to scam me because he was charging me extra for one tire. Owner refused to just patch up the hole so I went to a different tire shop and bought one of theirs and went back for them to install. He purposely stripped my wheel lock, I just had another tire changed so I know this for a fact. Very unprofessional and money hungry would never trust them with my car again. As I was leaving there was another woman complaining about a tire she bought from them the day before. I advice you to trust your gut.(Response) I was already informed that I could have my tire patched no problem by a worker until the owner came to me. I did not want to purchase a used tire from this owner specifically because of their unnecessary attitude and an over priced tire that was referred to as a tire from the garbage . Overall you know your tire shop messed up my wheel lock purposely. I do not have anything to gain from lying about my experience, I just don t want anyone else experiencing the same. You can deny everything but once again I have nothing to gain about making lies about this place. Hopefully the owner can learn to be a kind person to people in need and not try to take advantage of them during desperate times. Have a great day.

These guys are great . I got a great price on brakes and rotors. I showed up a bit early and they helped me right out. They finished in good time and I was back on the road. Excellent experience! I will return.

Best service in Los Banos! Prices reasonable and following up with oil changes your tire rotations are free. What they do is fill fluids as needed and I couldn't get Walmart to even do that. So they will always get my service. Did I mention I've never waited longer then 15 minutes and that's in a busy day.... I love this place!

I have had 3 tires low on air. Each time I brought my vehicles here I was taken care of in less than an hour and done.Even though there's no American tires stores on Los Banos these guys are my next best store. I have yet to purchase a tire from this store. But so far they are doing really well.One last thing I noticed was the type of work they do. Normally when tires are patched properly the tire is removed and after locating the leak or leaks most tire shops would put a plug in to fix this. These guys take an extra step and remove the tire from the wheel. Clean and prep the hole and patch from the inside. This has been the new standard in most modern tire shops. If they didn't do that extra step my tires certs would of been voided from American tires. So that is a big deal.I'll be looking at Los Banos tire in the future when I need a set of tires for any of my vehicles. So far I'm happy and will continue coming here.

I went to this tire shop for a simple alignment because my car was pull to the right a bit. When I received my car back it was pulling to the right even more and would vibrate over 70mph. I asked them to do another alignment because it was covered under their shops warranty, but he told me the tool had broke and would not be fixed for 2 weeks. Logically I figured that since they made my car worse and could not repair it I would get a refund. WRONG, he became upset and asked me where on the receipt it says he would and even if he did give me a refund it would be store credit and would only be half of what I paid. Not an honest mechanic.

Needed some tires to get back on the road, didn't have my size in used but have me a good deal on news. Service was quick despite being busy. Even sprayed all my tires down. Very Happy overall.

I bought 4 set of tires here one year ago, I got a flat tire, and come here found out a screw had damaged the tire badly and need a new one, they honor the tires warranty and professional installation. This is a honest tire shop in Los Banos. They will have all my future business. Thank you

We had a flat tire passing through en route to the coast and they stayed open late to make sure we didn t get stuck in Los Banos overnight. They were super helpful and didn t gouge us. Really great people.

This place is honest, and the staff was very friendly. Got my tires fixed with no hesitations. Prices were great as well. Highly recommend this place and it's local.

I wish this shop was in Fresno! My dad and I drove out here to look @ a car on craigslist. We saw their shop on the way and decided to take in the potential car for inspection. They charged us reasonably to give a full diagnostic and even quoted us on the work. Quick, professional and informative. Thank you!

Extremely Friendly environment! I would recommend to everyone in the area to come here if you need any tire stuff done. They offer complimentary items inside though I m not sure if you can enter right now due to COVID19. All in all, recommend you coming here.

They worked late on Saturday and Sunday to get us back on the road to Washington they even let us use their truck. I really appreciate their kindness. I highly recommended Los Banos Tires.

Warning!!! Do not go to this mechanic shop it s a total scam. First it was my engine that needed to be repaired and thousands of dollars they say it s my cattle catalytic converter and what thousands of more. Im stuck with the can and just have to take my lost smh.( Plz save you re money)

i got a few things here and something's fixed . but not to long ago i was having trouble with my transmission. i had them diagnosed my problem but they could not get a read with there computer handset. so they took it for a drive and said my first gear needed to be replaced. It did not make since to me so i wanted a second opinion. the others took there time to find the problem and it was not the frist gear ot was second and fourth. they had the wrong diagnose and over 500.00 more to get the wrong thing fix

Very great place and very great people. Jose is outstanding and the workers are very friendly. I would recommend this shop to everyone, if u read anything else on here other than that don t fall for it, they are great.

Not even acknowledged after standing inside 8-10 mins. Nobody outside said a word. So I gave walmart my 500 plus dollars for new tires.
