Very happy with the work and service here. I decided to take my 2014 Toyota Corolla which needed work on the front bumper and fender. Based on the great reviews, I decided to give them a shot. It was a great decision, the craftsmanship of the shop is awesome! They will color match and with great attention to detail make the car look new again. Photos show the before and after. I highly recommend the shop, owners Janet and her husband will take care of you and your car!

The innovative team was very friendly, welcoming, and professional. They were very efficient and helped me reduced some cost. I lost my MacBook at their place and they called me immediately about it. Very nice experience.

Innovative team really killed it, brought them my 2024 Honda with the worst t-bone damage and they completely revived it. Janet went out of her way to pick up the skin replacement of my car at the dealer (which was so hard to find btw) just to make sure it fit the color of my car. Janet and the team really cooked. Car damage disappeared like alakazam, if your in all doubts about where to fix your car innovative will deliver

I can't say enough good things about this shop. The customer service I received from the owners, Janet and Markus, was incredible. They truly take pride in their work and constantly kept me updated about my repairs w/pictures. Above and BEYOND my expectations, I picked up my car and I feel like it's brand new. As someone who knows nothing about cars and found myself in a really sticky spot, I couldn't be more thankful for Janet and Innovative Auto Collision. I absolutely love Innovative Auto Collision! Not only is their work top notch, but the people that work there (especially the owners) genuinely care about their customers and their community. I feel like I finally found a shop where I won t get taken advantage of and I know my car will come out running and looking better than ever. I first learned about Innovative Auto Collision 10 years ago when I had to get the seatbelts in my van repaired. Even back then the service was prompt and professional. Fast forward to 2023 when I needed to get the sideview mirror of my Nissan Altima replaced.Service is still on 10, with welcoming energy. I was able to get my mirror repaired the same day after the part came in, and wasn t charged unnecessary fees like at so many other body shops. Janet is the best!Service: Body & Trim

I got my car broken into on a Friday afternoon and had a broken window, I called around a few shops and was told I had to wait till Monday but Janet was amazing enough to take me in on the same day. Not only that, she was kind enough to open on a Saturday just so I can have my car for the weekend. Thank you innovative you guys are awesome!!!

Very happy with the work done here. I have a new GLA which was in an accident and the driver who hit me wanted to pay cash for repairs, Innovative Auto gave us a a fair rate for the repairs and handled all the payments between us. Janet and Markus!A special shout out to Janet, Markus and Innovative Auto Collision! Don t hesitate to entrust them with your repair needs!!I find people appreciate reading detailed reviews, and I think this shop deserves all the positive ones they ve got, so here s mine: finding myself in an accident, for the first time was both confusing and stressful. Markus, one of the owners, had checked in with me more than once right after the accident to ascertain I did what was best for my particular situation, and explained the repairs and insurance processes in great detail while other shops were rather dismissive in simply providing vague information and estimates, so his guidance meant a lot in a difficult situation.I can not miss giving a huge thank you to Janet, one of the owners, who oversaw the repairs process and not only diligently worked with insurance, promptly followed up on everything, she also kept me updated regularly, with images, of the entire process from beginning to the end.On top of it all, this shop has been understanding and sensitive of my particular circumstances and needs, which is greatly appreciated.I m very glad I ended up choosing Innovative Auto Collision!Dora

This place is THE PLACE if you need body work! Janet was beyond kind & helpful from the very start! We were originally referred to another place by our insurance, and I am glad we didn't go there. Innovative Auto Collision worked with our insurance & it was a seamless process. My daughter's car was involved in a hit & run and Innovative Auto Collision and has a hectic work schedule. Came in to get some information on an unfortunate accident I had with my vehicle and discuss options. Just wanted to say that Janet was really helpful and took a ton of time out of her day close to closing time to go through my options in a no BS and informative way. I absolutely love this place. They are so professional and treat you like family. They are truly honest with you, and try to make sure they go above and beyond your expectations. Janet and her Husband took very good care of me and my husbands car. Our car was very badly damaged but, Innovative Auto Collision made it look like we just got it fresh off the lot again. From now on I will be sure to bring my vehicles here and tell my friends. If you need collision repair trust me take your car here. They will take good care of you. They were literally so nice!Took my car originally to Caliber collision who had my vehicle for over A MONTH and did nothing. Finally they provide an extremely high quote, at which I requested an itemized list where the noted damage that didn t occur from myAccident and things that DID NOT need to be fixed or addressed leaving me with an almost totaled vehicle!! Luckily I requested a second opinion and took it straight here where the quoted me in less than a week for actual damage and no overpricing! And had my vehicle body fixed and painted in less than 2 weeks total time. Great experienceServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Nothing worse than getting side swiped and having the driver ran off! Innovative Auto came well recommended by my family, so even though I live in Hollywood I decided to take the ride and give them a try. I can tell you it was well worth the drive. The owners, Markus and Janet will make you feel like family members from the moment you step in their shop. Markus is always smiling and has great energy that rubs off on you and Janet is super attentive and detailed oriented. I had a high deductible and no rental car, which was a bit stressful, but Markus and Janet was so kind and they gave me a friends and family discount along with paying for couple of days on my rental car (REALLY, WHO DOES THAT NOW-A-DAYS). Janet kept me well informed of the insurance process and Markus kept me in the loop by sending me text messages with pictures of the repair process. I m really happy with the quality of work they performed and the extra scratches they buffed out at no cost, they even had a touch up paint in a small bottle for me to take home. I can truly say they have gain a loyal customer for life. May their business keep on growing and prospering!

If you want your car restored to near-mint condition Innovative Auto Collision is your go to shop for autobody repair.My car was rear-ended and was not driving as smooth as before my encounter with a rock star from Florida.Markus and Janet, owners of the shop treated me like a rock star and gave my car love. They acted as a liaison with the insurance company and Enterprise Car Rental (newsflash, I learned from Janet that car rentals companies pick you up and drop you off).The repairs took as long as they took in light of our current pandemic, but the work was impeccable and I higly recommend this body shop and their management to all local residents of downtown Los Angeles and South LA. you will be SASTISFIED!!!Si quieres que tu coche se restaure a condiciones cercanas a la menta, Innovative Auto Collision es tu taller para la reparaci�n de tu auto.Mi coche fue chocado por detr�s en un accidente, y no estaba conduciendo tan suave como antes de mi encuentro con una estrella de rock de Florida.Markus y Janet, los due�os del taller me trataron como una estrella de rock y le dieron amor a mi coche. I love this shop. They really help me and my girl out . Our Ford Edge 2013 had a nasty cut on the whole right side. Well Janet and her husband the new owners of this body shop did an excellent excellent fantastic job!!!.I picked up and it looked fresher then when I got it from the dealer. I suggest to anyone who want to see there car fix and fresher then when they got it from the dealer, should hit this place up....You want regret it...

Marcus and Janet King are very nice people. They went beyond what they needed to do to make sure you have a smile on your face. They fixed my 2018 honda civic three times, and they made it look brand new. They are wonderful people and I would recommend no one else

This place is a life saver!! The owner Mrs. Janet is such an amazing person and beyond helpful. I had a minor little bumper and scratch on my car and she went above and beyond to help me out. This place is amazing if I or anyone need something fixed on your car and you want it to look good as new you need to come here they will treat you with respect and kindness and help you out with anything you need. Janet and her husband (Owners) took such good care of my Honda Civic! I gave them 5 STARS because, the front bumper needed a paint job, the job was well done! And the inside of my car cleaned which was the cherry the cherry on top for me. They went above and beyond!!!!!! Thank y'all

I have no words to describe how satisfied of a customer I am this was my second time coming to innovated auto collision after being hit two times on my Nissan Versa 2014. I felt bad having a new car and being hit two times but Janet and her husband made me feel like home they are so helpful and so understanding they helped me with all my needs. Work Wise: color match perfect that's very important to me car body overall perfect just like when I got from the dealership. I am truly thankful! Thank you Janet!

5 stars are not enough to rate this shop! They have just been more than amazing! We are 2 travelers on a big roadtrip from Canada to Central America and our Van got badly hit by a car in Malibu. We found this shop and the moment we walked in we felt secure and taken care of liks with family. They helped us with all the insurance and were actually able to get our car fixed in as less as 24 hours. We would have been lost without them! The workers did a great job and the owners Janet and Markus are just angels - in a very professional way! We highly recommend this shop not only for locals but also for international travelers who get the bad luck of being involved in an accident and need to deal with the situation asap. THANK YOU GUYS!

When we had our last heavy rain in Los Angeles, my car was literally raining on the inside. I found an auto body shop near to my home to find out what the problem was. Janet informed me that my moonroof was leaking. I just knew they were going to tell me that I needed a new moonroof. Far from it!!!! Janet looked at it and informed my on what the problem was. They could have easily said I needed a new one, because I wouldn't have been the wiser. It was a minor issue with a very, very reasonable price. I didn't expect such honesty. I was impressed. I also asked to look at some before and after pics of some of the work they have done. Amazing! This will be the only auto body shop that I will take my car to. One very satisfied customer.

First off, I want to say that I previously posted a five star review for this business, but my opinion of their service has changed greatly in the past two weeks. I was originally supposed to receive my car back on a Wednesday afternoon, but at 3:00PM that day they suddenly had to push it back to the next day, but I was unavailable the entirety of Thursday and Friday and needed the car back for the weekend. Janet offered to drop the car off Friday morning, and therefore prompted me to pay over the phone before receiving the car. I paid at this time, but ended up getting off of work early so I texted her and told her I could come pick it up myself. I wasted half of my day waiting for her to let me know what time the car would be done, when she finally texted me at 4:15 saying they closed in 45 minutes. I hustled over and picked up the car, only to see that an airbag light was on on my dashboard. I had somewhere to be at this point, so I just didn't say anything. Fast forward three weeks to last Saturday when Janet called and texted me saying we owed her more money because she messed up the deductible payment. Texting a client about the business' mistake on a weekend day is incredibly inappropriate and rude. I was out of town and wasn't dealing with her mistake on my weekend away. Approximately a week later on a Monday at 7:30 PM, she texts again a similar text, but says "a prompt response is needed". Once again, texting me outside of business hours which is inconsiderate and unnecessary, all because of a mistake she made. I responded to this text alerting her that I was out of town and that she can't expect an immediate response if she's texting people on weekends and after hours. I also included in this text that the airbag light was on in my car, and that this light had never been on before their service on my car. She completely ignored this text and began to call me multiple times on Tuesday evening at 7:00PM saying that I have completely ignored her, which is untrue. She said that if we did not pay by Friday, she would be sending it to collections, which is completely outrageous as I had engaged with her and never said I wouldn't pay, I'm just not going to accept someone harassing me on weekends and nights for their mistake. Also- who sends something to collections after a week? Ridiculous! When we finally spoke to Innovative Auto, her husband had no clue of the events that had occurred. They offered no real apologies for the inappropriate behavior, and she spun lies about what has happened. Before this, I definitely would've recommended them to anyone but now, definitely not! After a driver running a red light and totaling my car. Innovative Auto Collision repaired my car in no time. The work was absolutely flawless. Prices are very reasonable and overall the professionalism/work is impeccable. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. My hybrid and I are eternally grateful:-)
