This shop is awesome! Was here visiting "home" from out of town, and one of our bikes we brought with us needed an emergency fork rebuild. The local Yamaha dealer was booked out for a couple of weeks, so I picked up parts from there and brought them over to Cycle Depot. They rebuilt the fork and even ground off a stuck EZout for me. Solid work and nice crew happy to help you out when you're in a bind. Pricing was super reasonable, too. They will be my go-to shop for anytime I'm back in the area.

Great bike shop for all your repair needs. They also sell bikes, and they have a lot of them.

I've been coming to Cycle Depot for years since they open. Always courteous welcoming and took care of many of my motorcycles. Anything from simple oil change to total transmission rebuild on my Kawasaki Vulcan 1600 "Wally". Great crew to deal with. Double thumbs up.

Stayed open late for me and got my chain replaced in 20 minutes. 6/5 stars. Best motorcycle service I've ever had in LA.

An absolutely amazing experience. They're incredibly helpful and you can't beat them in customer service. They do their best to make sure you're taken care of. If you have any doubts, lose them because these people are fantastic. Shoutout to Andy and his brother Randy...

I made an appointment to get some saddlebags mounted on my Victory Gunner. I was told that they had mounted these bags many times and it would be a 2 hour job. I brought my bike in at the scheduled time (when they opened) only to be told that it would be ready later that afternoon. Since I was told it was a 2 hour job, and it was 30 miles from my house, I had planned on waiting for the bike. Now I had to use public transportation to get home. I called them that afternoon only to be told that the service manager was out and to call back later. I called back at 3 that afternoon and was told that the bike would be ready the next morning. I arrived at 11am (the time they told me it would be ready) and the job still wasn't finished. That is when the mechanic admitted that they had never installed these bags on a Victory before. When the bike was "finished" the install was awful. I took the bike because I was supposed to be on a road trip and was already 8 hours behind because of the delays. After my trip, I had to repair the shoddy installation. Use this shop at your own risk! If you like to be lied to, hear excuses why your bike isn't finished and appreciate poor work, then this is the shop for you. I will never go back!!!!!!

Highly recommend this shop. They got me in quickly, fixed a flat rear with a nail in it, sold me a new front tire that was overdue and got me back on the road in about an hour for a price that can't be beat. Professional and laid back staff, quality work, I will be back (hopefully not too soon).

Had a few things done here including routine oil changes and tire replacement. Staff is great, mechanic working on my bike was able and willing to explain everything he was doing to it when checking other components (just for my knowledge and curiosity). Super quick service and quality work. Only 4 stars because their prices are a little high but when it comes to bike shops I suppose you really do get what you pay for.

I brought my bike with a lot of issues from Florida. These guys were friendly and helped me take my m109r off of the trailer. Extremely professional and they fixed everything for less than mechanics in Florida. Trust worthy bike mechanic.

TL;DR:I wouldn t go back to these guys again. Their customer service are smooth talkers and friendly, unfortunately their bike service is terrible and I feel like they put my life in danger. Stay away from these guys.yeah they got my bike up and running, but i dont trust the work these guys do. i really debated on giving them 1 or 2 stars because really their customer service guys were so nice. but, i decided that these guys could seriously hurt people with the shoddy work they do.Not sure why everyone is saying their prices are reasonable. I had to get some of their work redone at the dealership and I spent far less money there.

I know it was only a chain lube/clean/adjustment, however, they got me in right away, had it done very quickly, only charged 19.50, and even cleaned my fairings. I was visiting from Seattle and they were all very friendly. If I lived in the area, THIS would be my shop. You guys have a special place in my mind anytime I come back!!

This 4 Star isn't a full review, it's partial, but because of my over fone conversation w/ Ramon from parts Dept, his friendly informative help for a newbie like myself, merits automatic 4 stars. Even though I mentioned part (sum what incorrectly, since I'm a car guy) he didn't give me sarcasm, was professional & corrected me. I'll be coming in for a part I need. Completion of this review, to be continued..( Updated) Ok I hadda drop 1 star due to them not being to sure about part I needed. I brought sample, they were still unsure, I purchased 2 different sizes, ended up having to modify it myself when 1 didn't fit (sigh) seems parts Dept not fully knowledgeable nor do they have data in system to take care of multiple makes/ models...Update: so far I've came to replace my tire Wen needed, they get me taken care of and outta there so I can continue my days. Enjoy small conversations, meet Kool customers now and then. I think bumping them up to 5 Star sounds legit for service I go for, they've earned it

Trusted repair for 20+yrs. Competative pricing considering the high quality of work. The staff are very friendly and willing to answer any questions you might have. They have connections to many quality outside vendors for both hard to find parts and specialized service. Finally, the owner Tommy, is a nice guy, which doesn't hurt. That's why I have used Cycle Depot for restoring my '75 Honda 750, turning '83 Suzuki GS1100E into a high performacr 1200 drag bike and upgrading the forks on my current '01 Triumph 955i Speed Triple for occasional track racing.

I am very disappointed with those people. I took my old bike to be restored since it had been not in use for about 8 years, I knew it was going to need a lot of work, but the most important thing before to do any work they supposedly did the compression test to cylinders, they told me the engine was in perfect condition, (they have no records of the results the test) I trusted them and ended up investing about 3 grand in external parts, 3 days after the completion of the work the bike broke down, guess what the diagnosis was? No compression in the front cylinder...again very disappointed.

I've come here for almost a decade and don't trust taking my Suzuki SV650 anywhere else. Pretty much been the same guys running the shop since I started coming here. They rebuilt my motorcycle after several incompetent mechanics hacked it up, and it runs better than when I got it.

This is a Solid Place. The staff are helpful and honest, albeit a little rough around the edges. It is a fully functional and equipped Motorcycle Repair shop, and also has retail items such as OEM parts, tires, helmets, and apparel for sale. The two main mechanics are hard workers, and proud and committed to their craft. You will not regret going here, the shop will take care of you.

Found this place after my motorcycle broke down 2 hours away from home. The guys at the shop were very knowledgeable and professional. Helped me get home safely same day. Definitely recommend them.

I took my 1994 Honda CBR 600 F2 to cycle depot to have work done. They came to my place picked the bike up .I wanted new fork oil and seals along with valve adjustment and new battery since it had sat for several years. They were very honest if there was something that I thought needed to be done and it wasn't necessary. The shop does excellent work and all the staff is very professional. They will always be my shop to work on my bikes.

They clearly need to work on customer service. I called them to order a tire for my scooter on Friday telling them I had work Wednesday morning and needed my scooter back running. Guy named Lee said he would leave a note for the morning guy to order out on Saturday and it would be in Monday for the work. I call Monday long and behold no tire ordered and had to wait longer to get a tire in. Now it's Tuesday they picked my scooter up at 1 and tell me they can't promise a time it will be ready for a simple tire change. It was my first time coming to them and over all the experience has been less than satisfactory. And to top it off I had to call them to check if my scooter was done after they had it for over 3 hours for them to tell me "oh uhh it just got finished."

Their mechanics are a reflection of their respective owners. Honest, great integrity , hard working, up to date with the latest in motorcycle technology. They are a staple in the community. If you ever need a good reliable honest mmotorcycle shop CYCLE DEPOT SHOULD BE THE PLACE TO GO TO FIRST.

*BEWARE* hmmm.. at first it was good.. I bought a used engine and they installed it for me. Used engine leaked alot of coolant after taking it home. It was towed back to their shop to diagnose what the problem was. They found the problem. I decided to tow my motorcycle somewhere else so I came to visit the shop to settle my bill. I found out that my motorcycle IS NOT in the shop and is offsite with their "Ducati specialist". Hmmm.. suspicious but ok.. nothing I could do.. paid my dues. They said the motorcycle was gonna be ready the next day, great! Bike was picked up by the next day and was brought to the next shop. Here comes the trouble since I didn't go with them to fix the leak. Their "Ducati specialist" decided to return everything super fast. So fast he installed the wrong bolts in which the other bolts where not torque'd properly. Wires not fully connected. ABS was also not connected! Even the other spark plug was missing! I guess that's their definition that the bike will be "ready". Would I recommend Cycle Depot? With my experience? ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!

Brought my bike for a second time and it stayed there for over a year. Every time I was told that the bike was ready, it really wasn t. They never took the time to test the bike before it was given to me. So I was going back and forth because the bike wasn t the same ever since I brought it to them. I know they took the engine apart and put it back. They never bothered to put oil on the oil tank or at least a tiny bit until I ve decided to check on my bike. I was closed to ruin the engine. That was the last chance I gave them and that s why I would never ever take my 74 HD Sportster to them. A big F for Cycle Depot.
