Went for the free fix finder service and Alvaro was VERY helpful! His customer service AMAZING! He really helped me out a lot with explaining the diagnostic that was printed out for my mechanic. And he listened to me running my mouth, talking about the weather and my car but didn't make me feel like he wasn't listening. I'll come back to this location just for his service.

Needed new wiper blades etc. Jeff gave me excellent service was extremely knowledgeable. He changed my blades for me and I was in and out of store in five minutes. Definitely go to this location for my auto needs!!

The two gentlemen working at this store AutoZone #5376 Eagle Blvd., tonight were phenomenal. Not only did they handle a store full of customers with expeditious service, but they were knowledgeable and efficient with helping us and everyone else as well. My husband and I were beside ourselves with such high quality of service. I/we mechanic on the regular when I am not working as a nurse and am still impressed. Good help is hard to find these days much less quality in customer service, especially in the city. Well done.

When our car battery died even after two jumpstarts, we knew we needed a replacement. Otherwise our car would have been stuck on the street until the next day. After calling three AutoZone stores, it was Jacky and Victor at the Eagle Rock location who helped save our evening and car. Their customer service, care and willingness to problem solve on the spot made all the difference. We will drive the extra mile to shop at your store, thank you for all you do!

My car needed a new battery and I was helped by Alvaro. His customer service was great and he was really friendly and knowledgeable with all the battery options I could choose for my car. He also helped change the car battery for me which I tremendously appreciate! Thank you so much Alvaro! :) The best customer service yet! I will always choose to come here for my automotive needs.

I went in today to get a battery replaced. Jimmy went above and beyond to help me replace my battery and also noticed that 2 of my fluids were low. I ended up buying the fluids and he also helped me pour them in. I was shocked because I know the females always get extra help but he treated me equally and assisted be with a smile the whole time. World class customer service! Thank you Jimmy

I had the wise experience ever from this chain store where the manager Edgar was rude and unwilling to do what a manager should be trained to do which is cater to the customer by making sure that a customers experience at his store was a memorable one but instead he was rude and one minded and erroneous by thinking he knew it all I don t recommend this store in particular unless they give Edgar a refresher course in customer service skills!!

Jesse was so helpful, he saved my day! He helped me pick out the right replacement bulbs for my headlights and get them installed properly, and he did it willingly and efficiently. I'll definitely be back to this store.

Called o'reilly's first because it's closest to me not only will they not will they not see what's wrong with my check engine light they were rude to me before and my friend on a previous visit so I went to AutoZone down the street not only did they let me use their ob2 scanner Alvaro (the manager?) Printed out my report and recommend what to do, this is the place to go they will help you out and work with you even on a busy Christmas Eve!

This AutoZone is very convenient and useful to me. The staff are always courteous and willing to help out. They have a great selection of specialty tools that you can 'loan' out. You essentially pay for the tools and they will refund you the amount when it's returned. The program I great if you occasionally work on your car.

Convenient to where I was in Eagle Rock, clean and organized store, guys who were nice and knowledgeable, and they had the replacement gas cap that I needed for my car. Good place to go.

Well I'm tired of getting played; by these guys everytime I take a battery to be recharged. Stop trying to sell me something I don't need.. Stop pretending to charge my battery overnight and then try to tell me it's bad because it fails a load test. You dont load test any battery under 12.2 volts. Each cell hold 2.1 volts and there are six cells. So 12..6 volts is the actual battery voltage.. The best way to restore a low or drained battery is to trickle charge it until it reaches 12.6.volts. then your ready for a load test. Enter the cca and res capacity and load for ten secs. And measure the voltage. If it holds around 11 it's good. If it falls below 11 volts its bad..ask to see the voltage on the battery before you leave it and prior to them testing it with a load after it supposidly been charged. If it's still at the same voltage as when you brought it in, there's a good chance they didn't charge it overnight. Instead of just fessing up and being honest with you they try to pitch to you that the battery is no good. And that's where they try to sell you a new one., when you dont need one. Knowledge is power. Honesty will keep your customers coming back..Deep cycle batteries may need three to four days trickle charging before they return to normal.

Not the best stock but 90% of the time they have what I need. Everyone who works there is very helpful. Ask them to look up parts for you it takes literal seconds..

If they don't have it, they can order it. The people behind the counter are actually helpful too. Then again, all I buy is washer fluid and cabin air filters.

AutoZone is great but the workers need more training that's for sure I mean they don't really know much about anything but as long as you do you're good to go
