They sell it to me two different engines. They were bad now I m suffering to get the money back and I asked for another Engine and they already passed three weeks and they don t have a cold me. There s a danger place to buy if you wanna buy pay with your credit card Don t pay cash because they never return your money. They always said they re gonna talk to the owner and they never answer back. I have 97 days and they don t call me back yet to have a solution with my problem

Beware of All Japanese Wrecking and Services - Worst Experience Ever!I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with All Japanese Wrecking and Services, and let me tell you, it has been an absolute nightmare.Not once, not twice, but three times they sold me faulty transmissions. Three! When I reached out to them for the third time, Gio/Jio casually mentioned they had more transmissions available but couldn t send a driver. Instead, they suggested I send someone to pick it up. Fine, I thought, and sent my mechanic to grab the part. But guess what? When he got there, they suddenly couldn t provide any more transmissions. What a joke.To add insult to injury, the owner had the audacity to tell me they would honor the warranty if I could produce the receipt. Of course, the only receipt we had was from the original purchase, and now they claim it s void because it s been two months since then. Keep in mind, they barely sent me the last transmission just two weeks ago!Whoever this unprofessional owner is that I had the misfortune of speaking to, you should be ashamed of yourself. This is not how you run a business. It s nothing short of monkey business. I am beyond upset by this whole ordeal. Some businesses are simply not fit to exist, and All Japanese Wrecking and Services is undoubtedly one of them. Avoid at all costs!

Bought a sunroof assembly and it is good. Prices are a little high but it is a full service junkyard which is good. They delivered my part too.

A tow truck driver referred me this store. I m very satisfied. My transmission broke, and he repaired it. It s very good. I m very happy with this store. I will definitely go here again. Thank you so much All state.

These people took my aunt s money, everything from her account. Don't go here, they are frauds. If they tell you your card was declined, don t believe them because you will end up double paying.

My aunt came here initially for a $70 part. When she went to pay, they said her card declined which wasn't true. She proceeded to buy the part in cash but much to her surprise a transaction DID go through. These people took her information and STOLE all her money from her bank account. We have receipts. Don't go here! They are frauds.

RUMORS ARE TRUE DONT SHOP HERE! they will sell you the wrong part and only give you credit and say you have to wait a week for the right part or a few days to check for the right one, they blow you off and say you can slop together the wrong parts to make it work.

The lady in the front desk is very disrespectful if the owners aren't there or the male staff she swears she knows her car parts of the back she doesn't even take the time to look for the part your looking for I'm guessing she's there cause she must blow the owners off

Kind of an oddity of a junkyard, as they are an used auto parts dealer that doesn't sell auto parts.I found a listing online, and contacted them through the online chat function. After speaking with them about a particular part, they stopped responding, so i just gave them a call.They stated that they do not do sales over the phone, despite what the website says, and when i asked about an email address, they said they don't have one. Bascially they just said "Sorry"Long story short, its a car part business that does not deal with car parts. Must be nice to drive by and look at it though.

This Business needs to have more organized workers and more communication. I can to pick up a ECU for my car because they told me they had it . Gave his the whole number of ECU and he said they did have it . I come to the yard and for them tell me they don t have it waste my time and gas . Horrible place

A simple plastic motor part. That cost 35.00 at the dealer ship new, he pulled the price from the sky of 100.00 used.Sorry! But no, thank you.

This place is totally awful. Called ahead of time to confirm that they had the part I needed. They said 'yes' over the phone. After arriving to purchase the part I waited over half an hour just to be told that they did not actually have the part. On top of that they were rude. Worst of all, the managers kept calling their employee 'stupid/tonto' behind his back. Total basura.

I called All Japanese last Friday and asked if they had a part and someone checked inventory and confirmed they had it. I drove an hour to get there and I was the only customer. After 45 minutes of Cesar saying it s coming right out, he left and then returned to tell me he was sorry but they finally found it on a rack. 45 minutes after that they started to close and then he told me they got it off the rack but it was mislabeled. He then promised that he had seen yet another duplicate of the same part in inventory at their sister shop in the same color and that that s why he told me to come down because he knew he could deliver. He said that I they had to put a hold on the full amount as deposit for the part in advance and they would actually debit the card when I came to pick it up the next day. So after 4 hrs I returned home having paid $130 empty handed. He never called to say it had arrived as he promised but instead kept delaying me for 4 days. At that point he admitted that he couldn t find any place that had it or made it and said I could make the two hour round trip to give him my credit card so he could refund my money. I had already found the part for $30 more before I even called him and went there. I said I couldn t take another half a day off after spending so much of my time and he said well then you lose your money cause he ran the card. I said I ll take that up with my bank and he said good luck we already got your money. Chronic lying and disrespecting customers and their time, was just the warm up act for a straight up rip off scam. This employee might be trying to do side business/fraud at the expense of the owners but the result is the same. They better figure out what business they are in.

Great price for the motor swap I needed. Just under half of what my usual mechanic in Long Beach was charging. Can't give them more than 3 stars though because after bringing my car home there was a major oil leak, and the air connection behind the new motor was not connected securely, eventually came loose and cause it to stall (not hard for me to take care of, but shouldn't have happened in the first place). They did take care of the leaks for free because it was from their work, but the interior was filthy after both visits. If the work wasn't so sloppy this place would be much better.

I purchased a part on a Saturday with a 30 day warranty. I called the following week to inform them the part I was asked to get by the mechanic was no longer needed as the mechanic got the exact same part else where. According to their website it states their business hours are from 8 am to 5 pm on Saturday's. I came to the location to fond of closed at 4:10 pm. Not good for business. And, now since they do not refund the money spent, I have store credit. Waste time out of my busy day...

Only came here to buy a dome light after it was recommended to me by a junkyard. I asked the guy in front if they had it, he said they did and he charged me $80 for it. I thought it was a bit much but I needed the part so I purchased it. Guy in front said the part would be out in 15 minutes, but I ended up waiting about an hour for it after he told me plenty of times that it was almost out. All in all, I can only suggest bringing your business here if you like subjecting yourself to horrible experiences. 0/10 will not come again.

Customer service and prices here are great. I needed a new starter and they explained everything to me and got it done quickly. In and out, no hassles. I know they'll take good care of me and I'll be back next time I need something for my car.

The young man at the counter was fabulous. He recruited help from a yardman or and then searched himself to find the parts I needed to bring my 2004 Honda Civic back to original air intake configuration to qualify my out-of-state vehicle for CA smog check. He even came out to the street at his own suggestion to see exactly what my car needed.This yard had only one of the parts I needed, so the young man went to work on the phone until he found a place not far away with the other part, going the extra mile to get me a more favorable price from the other dismantler. I couldn't have asked for more and have never had such excellent service in 45 years of going to wrecking yards for parts.
