This is always awesome. The staff are super nice and efficient. They help break things down for you and I'm always in and out of there in 30 minutes or less.They keep a log of services to help you better track your stuff and I get coupons all the time from them.Best service ever if you always find yourself short on time.

They will suck the oil through the dipstick, rather than using the drain plug, as designed.BADTechnician slaps the panels together under the vehicle, and hopes you won't look.Many modern vehicles have these plastic panels for aerodynamics, that remove with a couple of buttons or screws. They remove without care and halfash slap it back on, hoping you won't look.Sad.

I have been there twice. I received great service. It is definitely such a great convenience. I really appreciate the technicians thoroughness and communication at every step. I will reccomend this location to my friends and family.

I recently had a concerning experience at Valvoline that left me feeling dissatisfied and taken advantage of. During a routine tire rotation, the technician stripped two lug nuts on the rear driver's side wheel. Instead of offering an immediate solution, he suggested I drive 30 miles to Whittier, CA for repairs, an option that was impractical for me due to work commitments.To compensate for the inconvenience, the technician promised a rental car, allowing me to avoid taking time off work. However, when I requested a refund for the $40 tire rotation fee, he assured me a link would be emailed for an online form. Frustratingly, Valvoline does not provide written confirmation, leaving me uneasy about the process.Moreover, despite expressing my concern about driving with missing lug nuts, the technician insisted my car was safe. To date, I have not received the promised refund link, forcing me to drive what I perceive as an unsafe vehicle.Feeling ripped off and taken advantage of, I am left questioning how this situation will be remedied. The lack of written confirmation and delays in refund processing only add to my dissatisfaction. I hope Valvoline takes prompt and effective measures to address these issues and restore my confidence in their services.

Said they changed the oil and filter but they did not. I sure paid for it though. It happened about 6-9 months ago or I would file a dispute. Staff was nice about it. Not sure if that made things worse.

It was my first time receiving services from Valvoline. I used to take my car to a family owned shop for my oil change. They started getting sloppy with their work and people were suggesting for me to try out Valvoline.I called on Saturday to see if I needed to make an appointment. The gentleman who answered my call was very professional and helpful. First of all you do not need to make an appointment. Second, he offered to text me a link that contained a $10.00 off coupon.I went on Monday morning. I arrived at around 9 am and was greeted by a young man named Roberto.He guided me unto a ramp , asked me some questions and input my information into the computer.You do not have to get out of your car at all while getting the service done.How convenient is that!!? :)Next a gentleman named Alan came out while Roberto started the service on my car. Alan is very knowledgeable and he continued with entering data into the system regarding my car. He is very friendly and very professional. I really appreciate how they top off your coolant and wind shield cleaner at no cost. They check your tires, and lights, among other things and let you know what needs repair or to be serviced. They do not push you to do any of the suggestions. It's all left in writing for your reference.The whole thing took about 10 minutes.Alan honored the $10.00 coupon I was given and the total was $76.00.It was the best oil change experience I have had. Quick in and out oil change. Didn't even have leave my vehicle. They checked all fluids and lights and let me know any upcoming maintenance schedule items.Thoroughly satisfied my experience

This was my 2nd time coming to Valvoline - 1st time at this location.It was busier at this location and all 4 spots were taken when I got there (maybe just a busier time: Monday ~1130am). I was first in line and waited maybe 20-25min - my service took about the same amount of time. I had an oil change and tire pressures checked this time only. The team was mindful of the waiting cars and kept everyone updated.Overall, the staff are very knowledgeable, answer questions professionally, and inform you of other available services without pressure. (I worked with Alan, Joshua, and Isaiah). Also, prices are fair and reviewed with you thoroughly. I highly recommend trying it out, especially if you just want a quick or last-minute oil change!

This place has become slow and sloppy and I can't recommend it to anyone.I waited for over 15 minutes without even being acknowledged. A bunch of workers standing around chatting looking confused not really doing much work. Three other cars were there two of them already being worked on. One guy was standing around chatting to the third customer about his lifted Jeep for 10 minutes. Two other workers standing around smoking.When they finally acknowledged me it was asking me to back up so someone else that looked like a friend of one of the workers could cut in front of me for their oil change.On top of that they charge a premium price for standard service that you can get anywhere.Service: Oil change

I ve been coming to this Valvoline for years and every single time my experience has been friendly, pleasant, straightforward and no-fuss. And super quick! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Beats waiting for hours on end at the dealer.

I first went to another valvoline location but they couldn't do my oil change since they were out of the oil filter for the mini cooper. I was sent here by their manager after confirming that they had the right filter. Shane is a good manager and even gave me a discount for the inconvenience. All the mechanics there knew what they were doing and felt trustworthy. Thanks, Allan and Hugo! I've been to other places that seem like they are just out to get money but this place felt like they wanted to take care of my car and do the right preventative measures. I thought valvoline was just for oil change but they do more! They scanned my Vin and all the work that needed to be done or checked out showed up and they took care of it. Thanks so much!

Every time I come here, they are quick, efficient, and best of all, they aren't pushy salespeople. I hate feeling pressured into things I dont think I need. They recommend everything the factory would, and if declined, they get right to work. I highly recommend this place!

I'd only give 1 star it it weren't the friendly service. 3 days after oil change and tire rotation I got a flat tire. When having the tire removed I was shocked that all of the lugs were loose. My mechanic said the tire would have fallen off it the not so distant future.

Currently at the location, Dave the Manager is super nice and on his game getting everyone in and out quickly. Was told this location was closed and almost didn't come but so glad I did check because it's easy friendly service. Unfortunately they couldn't fix my headlight as they didn't have the bulb but it's not the end of the world

As always i was in and out in about 15 minutes. No matter what time i get there i am satisfied with the time and the customer service. I had an oil change with extra oil, transmission was topped off, lights, tire pressure checked, powersteering service and I absolutely am satisfied. The staff is very friendly and seems to be happy. I have been a customer for years and will be returning. Its worth the stop in.

Terrible experience. Left the oil filter loose and leaked oil everywhere. I had to replace the oil several times and eventually paid over 300 to fix their mistakes. They also put on the sticker the come back in 3000 miles instead of the standard 5000. Just go to JiffyLube. This place is terrible.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I've been a loyal customer here since they opened for business the Staff are well trained. They are courteous professional and get you back on the road. I like the way they keep your vehicles records and you also get discount notifications. Most of all Valvoline oil is a good product.

I couldn't get an appointment at my regular place so I came here. It was quick, while I sat in my car, they refilled my windshield wiper fluid, and it cost about the same price as my regular place. Manny was super helpful and along with Ana and the others had me out of there in no time. I especially liked that they check each others work, made me feel confident that it was done correctly. Will be coming back for sure!

Easy and fast. Why they are only 4.4 is surprising. I've come here for 3 car ownerships and every person has been awesome. Other places should shop them to see how it's suppose to be done. My Favorite Oil Change Place! These guys rock. They are super fast, friendly, and I do not feel any obligation to buy more services.I bring my car in on the weekends early in the morning and they have me in and out in 10 minutes. You never even have to leave your car. And they have great coupons!Love the service!
