Sloppy service. No communication. Didn t tell me they were closing early and had to leave my car over the weekend. A guy was there to help but just to tell me he couldn t do anything hard to find good service in Long Beach.

We had an appointment for a simple oil change and still had to wait over 2 hours for the oil change to be completed after having the appointment for 3 weeks.

Terrible service. Called this morning - on hold for 15 minutes until operator told me to come in for service. Standing in service line for 25 minutes - no one else in line. No service writers. Won t be back.

Got us repaired and back on the road over a Friday/Saturday, when other local dealers were unable to help. Our go-to Ford dealer when we are in the Long Beach area.9
