I have used this store for the last 5-7 years for all of my cars, including the latest Mercdes Benz S Class and a GLC Coupe for installing my custom wheels and tires, as well brakes and oil changes, flat repair etc!They have also installed my own tires on all of the cars without any problems!The team and service manager have been great!Thanks again Wheelworks LivermoreDawud Bey

Received really good and timely service. The person that helped me was David and he was quite considerate. Additionally, I found the staff to be honest. I had listed a bunch of services and instead of doing them and charging me, they told me what I did not need and what was unnecessary. Someone else would have just done it to make the money. Honesty is what I appreciate.

I started bringing my vehicles to this location. Staff has earned my trust and respect. I have brought my daughter's cars. Even on a Thanksgiving emergency visit. They were very accommodating. My other daughter asked for help with service on her car. I took her to Livermore Wheel Works. She was very impressed. She went to her local Wheel Works and was equally impressed. As female, she was treated with respect.

I want give 0 stars but no option unfortunately. I have asked Wheel works Livermore to perform complete service as they were giving discounts during Black Friday. They called after some time and mentioned thermostat on my car needs replacement . I followed their advise and went ahead for these repairs . In few days car had issue on the freeway and had to take it back to them. They never called that work is done and when I called they said car is ready. They claim they replaced the thermostat again as it failed already in few days . I wonder what they have done initially when they replaced thermostat. No paper work given after second time repair. Again we had issue with car oil and engine cracking sound when starting. I really doubt if they are repairing at all what they claim to be doing. I would not go there again. Worst experience.

I have been coming to this Wheelworks for over ten years, they are always great. I have had many services done to my truck there and I have always been very happy with it and they have always helped me out when I needed it the most. It's the best auto shop that I've ever been to.

Always check your vehicle after service. After a month when I checked the hood is when I discovered that they failed to put back my engine cover. It s a huge piece that they will surely notice and not bothered to notify the customer.

Whether I ve just gone in for low tire pressure or to fix a leak the agents at Wheel Works have been very kind and helpful. Although I could ve saved $100+ at Costco for my new tires I decided to stay with WW since they were prompt and fair and accommodating.

We've gone to this Wheel Works for years for oil changes, tires/rotations, alignments, brakes - whatever we can get done here as they don't do major transmission or engine work. We've never had a problem with their service. Appointments tend to run mostly on time. Techs must know what they're doing as we've never had to make a return visit after a repair! Front desk staffers are pleasant and get the job done. Communication is great, they call to let us know if something needs to be done and just as often if whatever it is doesn't need fixing just yet. We trust them. That means a lot. Competitive prices & decent sales keep us within budget. Firestone tires have worked very well on several cars over the years. No complaints here!

They are always super helpful and honest with what we should focus on first with our car and I appreciate that! Some things can wait until next service to be taken care of instead of dropping so much $$$ right then and there.

Want to my mechanic with a minor problem with a missing bolt on a shield in the wheel well. They referred me to Wheel works in Livermore and the fixed it in 20 minutes on a Saturday without an appt. Great customer service

On the way to the airport, I was driving on 580 freeway and suddenly a tire of my car burst. Other tires were in good condition. All tire places especially Big o Tires tried to sell me 4 tires and it would cost $1000. I came here on recommendations and they said we can change only one tire and no problem with that. Thank you very much to David, I was very satisfied with his service.

Super slow 20 minutes and line hasn't moved cashier is alone doing her best and super nice tho. If they could give her some help on the register I think it'd go a long way in improving the customer experience

My service advisor at wheel works in Livermore, STEVE, makes me feel comfortable and is a straight shooter and tells me what my problem is and the best way to fix it. Plus we get along very well.

This shop has gone above and beyond with their service. They helped me with a battery, and installed it within an hour.2 days later I needed a plug in my tire and they fixed it with in 15 minutes of them closing. I m a satisfied happy customer.Services: Tires, BatteryServices: Tires, Battery

Has anyone else notices that when you take your vehicles into wheel works. Something else breaks a few weeks later? I took in my vehicle here a few times to get breaks and oil changes and every single time a few weeks later after I take it in something else breaks. Also one of the times my oil filter was not installed correctly found out by an other shop. If you care about your vehicle don't take it here and if you do keep an eye on it for a few weeks, if something else breaks down now you know. The lady working at the front desk is super nice! But the people servicing your cars might be doing something weird.Service: Brake service & repair

We always get good service. Good tire selection, and if they don't have what you are looking for, they will have it at the store in less than 48 hours. Never had an issue, always responsive and attentive to your vehicle's safety.

Ziyad was great. I had an appointment and they took me in right away. While my car was there, they did what I expected and also did their normal courtesy check to make sure the minor maintenance had been taken care of. When my car was ready, I received a call to let me know and it was within the estimated time they gave me. Even though I planned for a longer visit, they got me out fast.No surprises, and very respectful of my time. These guys are great.

Great service, I had a flat this morning, Ziyad was a great help. He got in the tire the same day and got the job completed very efficiently. He was extremely professional and straight forward with the whole process, strongly recommend him. It was my first time there and I was truly impressed. Keep up the good work.

We have been going to this business for a long time, including the time before 2008 recession that forced them to close the downtown location. Love they are back in Livermore. Very honest and fairly priced for your vehicle needs from ties, brakes, alignment, oil changes, and full inspections, One of the most trusted vehicle maintenance service companies in town. I trust our vehicle that has over 224k miles in their hands.

Greetings !!My truck was having issues with it turning left and turning right at low speed. I took it to Wheel Works today and Steve noticed that the drive mode selection was in the AUTO/4WD setting instead of the usual 2^ setting. I changed the setting to the appropriate 2^ and did a test drive and the issue was remedied.A BIG shout out to Steve for his honesty and professional attitude. Thanks
