I always have great service when I come here. I called ahead of time to see if there was room for my car to get an oil change (only one bay). It's good to call in case there are cars ahead of you.I hardly had any wait, and my car got serviced in great time. Rather than driving further away to the dealership, I'm taking my car here next time, too.Additionally, I took my car here last month for a smog and had great service, as well .

I had to get a smog check and came in on a weekend prepared to face a long wait. I was pleasantly surprised that it was so quick and easy! There was only one car ahead of me and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The person helping me also honored an online coupon which was a plus.

Have brought numerous vehicles, numerous times. They always have me in and out with 30 mins. Pricing is fair but they gladly accept coupons as well.

We have been taking our cars to get smogged here for years. Usually I just call ahead to see if they are busy and I can't think of a time they were busy. Last time I went I waited about 10 minutes for the person in front of me then another 10 minutes for my car. They are pricey, but I have always been able to print a coupon on their website for around $40 off the printed price list. On the last visit there was a little cute dog that was hanging out in the waiting area.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!! Concern over being ripped-off is something we all deal with these days, and automotive repairs is probably one of the most common areas for this to happen. Having used this place several times in the past (and sent my wife and friends by when smog check issues arose) I drove my latest auto addition here for smog check, a gift from my parents for our teenage kids to use, only because it was a title transfer.I caught them on a slow day and they were going to get me right in and out when they found out the reason I had come and who had gifted the car they immediately stopped and said that a gift from a parent was exempt from smog check, even though it meant giving up an easy fee! What honesty! They then further explained as my car was 6 years old it WOULD require a smog check this year at renewal so I was ready to have them do it right then anyway and they said since my registration wouldn't expire for another 6 months I should wait 2-3 months to avoid possibly having the certificate expire before the renewal arrived (they are apparently good for 90 days). Again, very impressed with both knowledge and honesty.They have certainly made a customer for life!KG from Livermore

All of my cars have been smog certified since they opened and only experienced 2 situations where it failed. The 1st was tied to my gas cap which they corrected and the second was tied to my knock sensors. I was able to correct this at home once I looked up the code on the internet then watched a YouTube video on how to replace them.Until something goes way off course with these guys, I am staying right here and sure it wont.Thanks,

I went to this location due to closeness to my home and it was later in the afternoon. I was informed of an "evap test" for my car due to being 95 or earlier the cost was $40.00. Yikes, oh well I was there already. Then I was told I would be charged a SUV fee because I had a Jeep Wrangler (small vehicle). I argued that one and they did not charge me. I watched the techs performing the test from the viewing window and watched them using a large flashlight to perform the visual check. I found out later that I had an item that is an immediate fail. This item was not brought to my attention. It is my my opinion (hindsight) that they did not mention it to allow a fail when I needed a retest, due to the vehicle not passing the primary smog test. After having the vehicle worked on to correct the problem, I went to another test only location in Livermore. this location only charge $10.00 for the "evap test" and no SUV fee. overall $50.00 cheaper. Guess where I will go in the future!

High. Way. Robers!. They charged me 100 dollars for a simple smog check and did not even tell me in advance how much it would cost. Stay away from this crooks. There is nothing discounted about them except discount business ethics.
