Excellent service, very helpful and informative on the service being performed. Hopefully you are never in a car accident, but if you are I definitely would recommend getting all your repairs done at B&S Hacienda auto body repair, painting & detail.

My tesla was hit in a parking lot . I called and was given an appointment immediately. The shop followed up with my insurance, took care of all the paperwork , ordered the parts from tesla promptly. I was also given constant updates through email . After the repair, Car looks like as if nothing ever happened to it . Thanks to Amanda , Lenin and Rodney for the amazing customer service. Rodney even took care of another minor issue as a courtesy.

B&S Hacienda Auto Body makes it so easy, reasonable, very personable like family, and excellent work!Car accident. Fender bender. Left passenger, door, side quarter panel, bumper and rim damage.It was a more of a paint scrape and door was not badly damaged and bumper. Paint is well match, looks very smooth, and refurbished the rim like new! B&S keeps you updated on their progress and pain free. Even received a shuttle. I also recommended them to the other party. They have different locations.Highly recommended by everyone.Thank you B&S Hacienda! And Ty! For taking care of us.The car looks awesome! Ty for everything!You are the best in your business!

Stopped by to have the bumper on my honda looked at (I had backed into a "snow" bank) and spoke to really nice guy, lenin. Lenin explained the best options and even touched up some chips in my paint while we talked! Super knowledgeable and helpful. The place looked well run and the shop bays were well organized. And the yard didn't look like a Pick-n-Pull like many body shops. Nice cars being worked on including several Teslas. Note: I had the roof of my honda painted at the B&S in Pleasanton last year and that was a great experience as well.

This body shop was recommended by the car dealer years ago. Since then we have returned for every fender bender and mishap that four young drivers and my husband and I had. The staff is professional and compassionate-they can fix any vehicle and work with any insurance company to get things done right and put the car back on the road with minimal fuss or inconvenience. I wouldn t consider going anywhere else.

B&S has exceptional service and excellent customer service. My truck was repaired like it was brand new. Not only did they repair my truck they also detailed my truck inside and out prior to me picking it up. Minor fender bender rear end collision, no injuries. Needed new rear driver side quarter panel, wheel molding, and paint. Car was in shop 4 months, due to waiting on Tesla parts. Lenin kept me in the loop every step of the way on a weekly basis via text message. All documents communicated via email at drop off and pick up. Lifetime guarantee on all their work. Everything went smooth as far as updates from both Lenin and my insurance. As far as prices, initial estimate, was approx $3000. After internal inspection, bumped up to appx $13,000. This went thru insurance as the other party was at fault so I just pay my deductible, thank the Lord. This review is 5 days after picking up car to give it some time if I notice any issues. No issues that I am experiencing so this is a 5 star rating for B&S, Lenin, and all staff involved. Thank you all.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Lazy individuals with no accountability for your cars . It s probably getting fixed by insurance and they know this so they treat it as such. My car came back w so many electrical problems it s not even funny . Rodney is the manager and he don t even take the calls he has ppl say he s out the office . Please go to Tracy collision . I would never recommend this place , unless I wanted you to suffer . Paint job was decent tho I won t lie. Not the best and they painted only what they had to (laziness) now I got a fresh bumper and not even a washed car upon return .Service: Body & Trim

The business facility is very clean considering the jobs being performed .Inside the office is clean & pleasant w/ great easy listening pipe music . Manager Rodney and his crew greeted me when they entered the room . Everyone are so pleasant . Rodney event offered if I wanted my car wash . And with no hesitation I accepted it .The job was to replaced the passenger side mirror . He also had buff the side of my front bumper . Great jobGreat place of business .

I recently took my Audi Q7 to B&S for body work. Jorge was fantastic in keeping me informed during the entire process. When I picked up my car I was absolutely amazed at the workmanship. The paint was flawless, the body was straight and clean. I can t tell where the damage was. In fact there was an issue with my rear window trim when I bought the car that I didn t notice. To my surprise this was corrected as well. They went above and beyond my expectations. I would definitely recommend B&S HaciendaServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I was in a car accident a few months ago and hated the other person s insurance. It took 2 months to even get in touch with anyone and once I found B&S to send my car to, they handled everything for me. I did not have to speak to the representative again! When I dropped my car off, I waited less than 10 minutes and the car rental place picked me up. They took great care of my car, called and texted me with updates. On top of fixing the dent from the car accident I had asked if they can also fix a minor ding. Lenin (the guy assisting me through everything) mentioned it would be quite pricy so he d call a 3rd party vendor to do a paintless dent removal. They were able to fix my car and repair the ding all in one go. I am very happy with their service! Everyone is very friendly and they are quick! Would recommend this to my family and friends and a major plus that they have lots of experience in working with Teslas, not many places that I could find near me specialize in Teslas!

Honestly, I can t imagine that there is a auto body repair shop out there with higher standards and better CS skills.B & S was so knowledgeable. All staff members were experienced, professional, and knew just how to handle my cars repair needs. The work was done at grade A level. Also timely. Jorge, Lenin, and Rodney are pro s that I would trust with my Lexus again (hopefully won t need too), and highly recommend. This Tesla approved body repair location did an outstanding repair to my vehicle. It was done on schedule and within the original estimate. When an opening occurred earlier than first scheduled, they notified me and the work was completed even earlier than first planned. Had them detail my brand new car and now swirl marks everywhere. Horrible job. Looks like an amateur did it. Can't believe they would let this kind of poor quality out.Here's a picture...look around the 5.0 badge. That isn't dirt!

I have never used them before but I want to thank Laniel who went above and beyond in servicing my BMW 528I this past week. He made it so seamless and was in constant contact with me. Great customer service provided by his team. He always returned my calls.Plus when I went by to pick up my car, the gentleman who worked on my car, Tony, came by to say hello and explained the to me the work that was done to my car. This is how I call a FIRST CLASS service provided by a great team.
